Casa Concord är en 3 sovrum 2 badrum saltvatten pool hem med en två bil garage. En privat uppvärmd saltvattenpool hem som är omgiven av frodig landskap skapar en privat resort som tillflyktsort i ett mycket lugnt område. Som vi vill behålla på det sättet. Att respektera våra grannar medan du tycker om hemmet är ett måste! Inga höga fester eller ljud tillåtna. Inga fjäderbrytare tillåtna.

Hemmet är en delad plan master svit på ena sidan och andra två sovrum på andra sidan.

Det stora sovrummet har en plysch bekväm king size-säng med lyxiga kvalitetssängkläder med ett master bad som hade en promenad i dusch. En stor garderob. Takfläkt & 24 ”TV.

Det andra sovrummet på andra sidan hemmet är en bekväm drottningssäng med takfläkt av lyxigt sängkläder och 25 ”TV. Klinkergolv

Tredje sovrummet har två kuddmadrasser två sängar, lyxiga sängkläder takfläkt 15 "TV. Plyschmatta.

Familjens underhållningsrum har 32 ”platt-TV med Genie DVR.
Super bekväm soffa över stor stol och osmanska. Två läder vridbara stolar. Kakelgolv.

Den har ett bibliotek med bökspel och mer soffan drar ut till en drottningssäng. Kakelgolv.

Matsalen sitter sex bekvämt och där vinglas och fina rätter för underhållande och helgdagar. Kakelgolv.

Köket är fullt utrustat och organiserat vilket vi hoppas att varje gäst kommer att upprätthålla och respektera. Kaminen är en glasskiva med en mikrovågsugn ovan, en stor diskmaskin. Diskbrickor tillhandahålls. Kakelgolv.

Det bästa för sist utanför lanai poolområdet är fullständigt skärmad. Det frodiga landskapet ger avskildhet och en resort-känsla. Det finns en sittgrupp med fyra stolar och kärleksstol. För de utomhuskvällarna finns det ett matbord för 6. Gasgrill. 4 solstolar att sola i solskenet. Poolnudlar och flottörer är hemma. Poolhanddukar tillhandahålls också. Det finns en utomhusdusch för att skölja bort sand eller bara för att duscha ute!

Vi tillhandahåller strandstolskylare paraplyer och strandleksaker under dagar på stranden. Vi ber dig inte skölj sand i poolen eller föremål vid tvättställ i garaget.

Hemmet har en full stor tvättmaskin och torktumlare för användning. Ligger i garaget.

Det finns två kryssningscyklar att använda under din vistelse också. Åk på egen risk.

Detta hem är en perfekt tillflyktsort för familjer och vänner att göra fantastiska minnen och koppla av och njuta av Siesta Key, nummer ett!

Great house and host

Donna has thought of everything that you may need while staying on her property. She was also very responsive when we had a minor issue. House was very clean and inviting and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space. The lanai and pool were a treat within themselves! Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two miles from the beautiful Siesta Key Beach and all it has to offer. It suited us perfectly!

Very clean and well stocked, Beautiful pool and lanai.

We had a very nice stay, very nicely decorated. Very clean and well stocked. The host asks a little more effort from the guest, which also contributes to the wellbeing of future guests.

Month of March

This is a very comfortable house, well stocked with kitchenware, sheets, pillows. Great pool! The area is close to everything, we really enjoyed being able to get to downtown or St Armands Circle within a half hour no matter how bad the traffic, easy access to Siesta Key, good restaurants close by, Publix very close (of course) and many other stores. Our only downside was not having access to the bikes in the garage.

Lovely Month

We found the house to be very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great month, our first time in Sarasota area. It was close to everything. Donna was very responsive and available. We would like to come back again.

A REAL GETAWAY

From the beginning of our exploration of Gulf Gate Estates, the experience has been nothing but top-notch. The VRBO description of the property was excellent and accurate. The house was immaculate, beds good, kitchen well-equipped and the lanai/pool area was a dream. We had never experienced a salt water pool and it was exquisite. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. We have already reserved space for next year!!!

Happy Place in Sarasota!

This house was ideal for us. Large enough, yet quaint. It is centrally located where we needed to be close enough to Siesta Key. The management staff is very responsive and helpful. It was fun to watch the gecko's and birds around and near the pool. It was very clean and comfortable. We'll definitely want to stay here again sometime. Thank you so much!

Charming location, well cared for Prop, moving up in amenities

Donna's (owner and prop mgr) home is a pleasant 3BR,3BA wonderfully located near major No/S0 roads and easy Siesta Key. The home is clean and the beds were comfortable. The screened pool area has 3or4 separate seating/sunning areas. ITs mature landscaping makes it is quite private. The property manager has several specific rules she does not want over-stepped (see welcome book) and was found to be quick to respond and most pleasant. The pool was cleaned weekly and heated to 84F, as advertised. The home had a basic cable package, comfortable family room viewing and a decent TV. You can tell that the home has been freshly painted, there is some new and newer furniture and the kitchen set up is decent. The provides several additional items to this list .. but we enjoyed (many times) the beach chairs, portable coolers, pool towels, floating noodles and outdoor propane grill. The owner and house cleaner respects/adheres to COVID protocols. The furniture in some of the pool area is comfortable/functional but a bit dated. The owner said she (constrained in 2020 by inability to travel in COVID times) will soon make planned upgrades We had a wonderful stay at this very nice location which I think will continue to see ongoing TLC from its owner. PS - very friendly neighbors, charming/tucked away location and a safe neighborhood

Awesome Stay

My family and I had a great time at this house. WE stayed there for over 4 weeks. Everything you would need is provided for: dishes, wine glasses, placemats, bakeware, towels, sheets, etc., The neighborhood is close to everything but not busy. We like quiet! Beaches nearby. We drove to Turtle beach to watch the sunset and to swim most days. The neighbors were nice, and the owner super-responsive. We ate alfresco most nights on the porch and would definitely rent it again. The pool is saltwater, a plus for us. If you don't like cold pool water, heat the pool. We didnt because we like cold water and don't like heated pools. Thankfully there's a choice not to heat the pool.

Casa Concord was perfect for us!

Enjoyed the home and pool very much. The home was immaculate, spacious and fully stocked. Accessibility to restaurants and Siesta Key was great, The outdoor space and pool was wonderful. The owner was wonderful to work with(very responsive) .

Cozy and welcoming, just like home!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house is clean and comfortable. Room for everyone to spread out. She has the house stocked with everything you need for a vacation stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and any utensil you would need for cooking. She has towels for the pool and the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the little ones. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths and even face cloths specifically for removing makeup. I felt as comfortable as if I were in my own home!! And the owner was easy to get in touch with. Any questions or concerns we had, she responded immediately. Check in and check out was very easy! The location of the house is minutes away from the grocery store and some of the best restaurants and the cutest coffee shop. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The heated pool is very nice and secluded from the neighbors. A really nice retreat!! I would highly recommend this home!! And would definitely stay here again!!

I grew up going mostly to Siesta Key Beach, Turtle Beach and Lido Beach but my fav is Siesta Key, as it is to millions of others. I have traveled a lot over the years, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, UK and may place in the US and Caribbean. I have live in Cormack,NY., Sarasota, Seattle, NYC and now live in Boulder Colorado where I raised my two children. Giving them the summer beach vacation experience with many trips to Sarasota and Siesta Key. I'm a ceramic artist, nanny, hairstylist. So life if full and ever evolving. I love hosting and meeting new people from all over.

I fell in love with this home at first sight it has great bones and needed a lot of tender loving care to revive it. The pool area is our favorite, we are outside as much as possible while we are at the home! And hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
