PRIVAT BÅT RAMP SANDY BEACH GATED COMMUNITY, 3 SOVRUM & 2 BAD

Detta hus ligger på Shafers Waterfront Resort-fastighet belägen på Dike Road, Mojave Valley, AZ. Vår utväg har två hus 79306 och 1565718. Vi har 2 privata däck och båtramp för din användning. Vi har också en sandstrand; samt ett grässtrandområde.

Våra fastigheter ligger över floden från Needles i ett gated community. Ett av våra däck går ut över flodpunkten och det andra ligger precis utanför vår sandstrand. Detta hus ligger mindre än 120 fot från vattnet.

Shafers Waterfront Resort har 120 fot flodfront för våra 2 hyror. Husen ligger på två tomter, vilket ger dig gott om parkering för alla dina båtar och leksaker.

Båthavnen demonterades 12 oktober 2019. Vi väntar på tillverkningen av vår nya brygga just nu.

Detta hem har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Inuti hittar du 2 queen size-sängar, 2 enkelsängar, 2 hopfällbara sängar och en dubbelsäng. De utrullningsbara sängarna och luftmadrassen vår förvaras i sovrummet klädkammare.

Soffan kan användas som en säng. Endast om du täcker det med ark. Extra arkuppsättningar förvaras i varje sovrum för din bekvämlighet.

This house is 3 lots up from the Needles bridge. has its own launch ramp and beach. 4th time I have rented this home and the front unit too. Plenty of parking for multiple boats and trailers. The host is very accommodating.

Everything you need!

We loved staying at this property because it had everything you need. The house had all the basic essentials such as toilet paper, body wash, laundry detergent and kitchen utensils. The location is ideal for using our Sea Doos and so convenient to use the boat ramp every morning. The beach is nice and loved the little gazebo which provided shade when you need a break from the 100 degrees. We will definitely stay here again!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

I don't have enough words to describe the condition. The owner came back to the home twice and took pictures of people and cars on the property. She showed up at 4am and even opened the front door to look inside. She interfered with our use and enjoyment of the property. We got in at 5pm, and the listing says 1pm. The house was not cleaned, or vacuumed. I had to run the dishwasher and wipe down the frig myself. She had dogs in the home and didn't pickup dog poop. Her elderly parents used the restroom before they left, which is not sanitary. The deck was warn and a little girl fell through it, thankfully not hurt. The yard is overgrown and you cannot access the fire pit due to the weeds. The bugs are bad at night. There are no lights out on the grass/beach. There is no book for instructions on what they want done at checkout.

Very professional and nice owner.

There was a couple of issues that were beyond the owners control, but when they were brought to her attention she immediately took care of them. The house and location were great, me and my family had one of our best vacations ever. Definitely planning on staying here again.

We are a Mom & Pop place.

My grandfather, GuerdanTaylor purchased these two lots while Jack Shafer purchased the second lot down the river form my grandfathers. We have since sold the single lot after inheriting the two lots we are on now. The second house was built to assist with the payment of property taxes.

The Rental is only a few steps to the river and this home is behind the larger white house. Full beach access with all the amenities for boating and river enthusiasts. Private dock and launching site. Plus sand and grassy area for all to in Joy the river. (Our Home is on the River with the Rental nearest to the Dike Road.)
