Perfect home base!

The owner is very prompt and helpful with anything you need and you couldn’t get a better location. Feels like a stay in the country but close to all the amenities and attractions!

A few things needed attention

Large stove burner was not working, kitchen table chair broken, air filter needed changing desperately, We did see bears very close up! It was roomy enough for our family.

Wonderful family home

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house was perfect and exactly as described. We even had a bear visitor! The location is perfect. Close the city and all of the attractions but tucked away nicely away from the hustle and bustle. 10/10 recommend staying in this location!

Family blessings

We stayed here with our granddaughter that was visiting from Florida and our 2 other grandchildren that are both younger. It was the first time seeing snow for our beach loving granddaughter. Having all that yard to play in was wonderful!! Plus the younger 2 loved the swings and slides. The kitchen was huge and we had a fabulous family dinner with all the supplies needed to make a great, healthy dinner. Beds were super comfortable as well! We will definitely rent here again!!

Love this place!

We travel to Gatlinburg for our getaway and rent various cabins/homes. This location is our favorite place to stay— the owners are available for any needs and the home is very clean/comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!!

This place is absolutely stunning! Our kids had so much fun playing pool and foosball. The property is enormous. My favorite VRBO ever. I would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This property is beautiful! My family and I had a wonderful time here and had everything we needed. The grandkids had a great time on the playground and the grown-ups had a great time in the hot tub. Thanks to Roberto and Claudia for their kindness and hospitality.

As good as it looks!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were better than expected for the price. The owners were quick to get back with us when we had questions. There was plenty for all ages to do when we weren't about the town, which was close enough for convenience but far enough to not be crowded. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable

We made the trip for my daughters wedding and had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the fire pit. We had coffee every morning there. The kids loved the hill behind the house and the pool table. Thank you for a lovely time.

Thee Perfect Location

This was the absolute best stay. From Roberto's list of attractions and food prior to our stay, to the location, we simply couldn't have found a better place. This wasnt our first time renting in Gatlinburg, but this was by far the best property. They had the house and property decorated for the holidays which had my kids over the moon excited. The house was well stocked, clean and absolutely cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The Foosball and pool tables were a hit as we had family tournaments in both. Onsite laundry was a bonus. Highly recommend and will book again for future trips to Gatlinburg

Spring Break Dollywood

Great property for kids. Our 8 and 5 year old great nephews loved the swing set, slide, and fire pit. Our group included ages 9 months to 66 years and we were all happy with this property. Some hooks for coats, clothes, towels would be nice. The fire pit needs to be replaced.
