Jasmine Villa

The property was very nice with incredible views. We loved staying there. The only negative thing I would say is that there were no cards or games in the house.

Great location & stay

Really loved our time on St. John in this property. Had a couple minor hiccups (washing machine not working), but the property manager was quick to respond and help out. They really made it easy providing a cooler, chairs, etc. Looking forward to coming back and will definitely be looking to stay at this villa again.

Stunning

Absolutely stunning views! The home was beautiful and very clean. We especially loved having mustache the cat around. The only downside was the oven didn’t work. I recommend Jasmine to any family and friends.

Marshall - Birthday

The property was as photographed and described. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Stefanie and Paula were terrific. One thing that was not mentioned was the cats. There were several and quite off putting, especially if you're not a cat or even an animal lover. We couldn't even enjoy the outdoor space because of them. The kitchen was really nice; however, the microwave needs to be upgraded for ease of use. I would STILL recommend this location and would come back!

Dear Tanji, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay at Royal Palm Villa. It was a pleasure having you, and we are so very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would like to apologize for your disappointment with the neighborhood cats. St John has a wonderful care center for animals, to ensure they are spayed, neutered & healthy. This is all supported by volunteers on island and off, and is one of the main reasons that St John has less of a problem with stray unhealthy animals than some other islands that one may travel to. We are glad to hear that you would recommend a vacation at The Hills, and we look forward to welcoming you and your friends back in the future! Sincerely, Vacation VI

The house is fantastic and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip!

Guest services gave great suggestions for taxi (Chico was the best) and restaurants. The meal delivered to our room upon arrival was excellent. Martin was also so helpful when we needed him for a maintenance issue. I highly recommend this property for family or friends.

Excellent House For Large Gathering

Loved the property - great layout for multiple families or friends, bedrooms were nicely sized, kitchen large and useful & absolutely loved the outside table where we all had breakfast together every morning before going to the beach. Large washer and dryer which helps immensely & a good stock of beach gear - cooler, towels, etc which means less packing & is super useful. Worth the money :)

Fantastic house

The house was exactly as it states. It was perfect for us! Each sleeping area has its own bathroom which was great since we took our daughter and 5 friends (college age). Would definitely stay here again!
