Inexpensive, adequate and clean

We stayed here for my daughters graduation and chose it because we needed three bedrooms and we wanted to be close to her house and CC. It was an inexpensive stay for three bedrooms which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The furniture in the upstairs bedrooms is very barebones and the beds were not very comfortable. That being said I realize that this was a very affordable option for our family. I would suggest new pillows at the very least. We did have a good stay, the house was quiet and mostly comfortable.

Nice home near family

We wanted to be near our family and this home was lovely. The old craftsman features (wood trim, clawfoot tub) were beautiful but we enjoyed the updated kitchen. The dining room table was nice to be able to sit and eat at.

There is a park and walking trail right on the corner and it’s beautiful. The location offers so much to do so close to the house.

Decent place to stay

The house had a great location, very close to many things. Only issue could be parking as the parking for this home is street parking. The house is on the smaller side but worked fine for family of 5.

Worthwhile

Overall my friend and I had a good time! The view from the front yard was very pretty and the location was very convenient! Checking in was a bit of a struggle and getting in touch with the host took a while. It was only a short delay and luckyly we got in after a few hours! Gave us time to explore the nearby places.. I do want to thank the host for a comfortable experience.

In Colorado Springs for a wedding

As other reviewers have noted, the house is small, but with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it had everything we needed. It’s in a good location, quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Colorado Springs again.

Super cute place!

Stayed here with some friends and it was perfect!! All five of us could fit on the couch in the living room and we enjoyed cooking there too! The A/C was fantastic and the beds were comfy.

Perfect! Clean, thoughtful accommodations, great location!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved this cozy, perfect space. Great location for us; close to everywhere we were visiting. My husband, 10 year old son, 2 year old daughter & myself had everything we needed: clean eating area, cozy living room, our own rooms (a dark private/quiet, clean room for my daughter to nap & sleep). The bathrooms & kitchen were perfect. And all for a really great price. Highly recommend!

A New York transplant, Ryan fell in love with Colorado while stationed at Ft Carson for the past three years. During that time he has traveled all over the state for work as a helicopter pilot and for pleasure as a food, beer, outdoors and music enthusiast but has always returned to Colorado Springs for its perfect mix of outdoor and small town downtown entertainment. Having a downtown home from which to enjoy many of the local restaurants, breweries, venues and events has made Ryan's time in Colorado an immensely enjoyable one. Add to that the numerous outdoor adventures one can embark on from this centrally located, classically restored house and you can see how Ryan is going to miss living in this home. Ryan is currently deployed to Afghanistan and this 3 bedroom 2 bath downtown home is professionally managed and taken care of by his friend Summer who'd be happy to accommodate your next stay here.
