Underbar villa har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Möbler nya och toppen av linjen. BÄda master king-sÀngarna har plyschsÀng med lyxiga sÀngklÀder och en 50-tums platt-tv och andra har en 40-tums platt. Man har en privat uteplats för morninig kaffe. Den levande rm har en utdragbar skinnsoffa i queen size och en 55-tv och öppnar till en vacker skÀrmad veranda. Det finns en enda sÀng i garderoben. Gourmetköket allt den resande kocken krÀver. Nya SS-apparater. Varje hÀnsyn till komfort ges strandutrustning för 4. AvskÀrmad veranda har matplats för 6. Inuti matsal har nytt bordshöjdbord för 6. GÄ till barer, vila, parkera och strand. Resort har restaurang, 2 uppvÀrmda pooler, badtunna och tennisbanor. Varje hÀnsyn har tagits för att din vistelse Àr extremt bekvÀm. Alla smÄ apparater tillhandahÄlls inklusive kaffekrukor bÄde kort och dropp, tekanna, mixer, brödrost, hÄrtork för bÄda badrummen, strykjÀrn, automater för utmÀrkt schampo, balsam och kroppstvÀtt. Strandutrustning inklusive tvÄ kylare, 4 solstolar, tvÄ parasoller och badlakan. Enheten har en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, sÄ att du kan ta dina klÀder hem rena. Delightful stay at Jupiter Bay Villas

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was spotless on arrival. The location is excellent near every necessary accommodation and yet set off in a private area. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a community park with a large play area and there is a large easily accessible pool on-site. Everything present for a fun Florida vacation for everyone in the family.

Needs an update

Checking in wasSmooth until we Opened the front door and I smelled Mold/mildew. I looked around and found that the washing machine was full ofMold/mildew. Also under the kitchen sink. IText Kathleen and asked Her to solveThe problem andHerAnswer was to run bleach through the machine. Anyone Who Has a front loading washerKnows thatMuch more is needed at this point. It is an old washer as well. I spent quite a bitOf time on cleaning it but again many years ofNeglect cannot be solved by onePerson. To me it seemed like Kathleen’s problem not mine. But she did not offer that resource. Also the grill available is a shared grill by the pool.

Perfect Family getaway

The property is just as described. I loved that the kitchen was so well equipped, they even had a pressure cooker and Publix is conveniently located right outside the condominium community.

So well equipped!

We were there over Thanksgiving holiday. The condo is lovely and equipped with everything we needed to make our dishes. Great job! The host was very responsive when we needed her. Wonderful place to stay.

Jupiter Bay is fantastic! There is the Twisted Tuna restaurant on property that is so convenient and has great food! The pool is wonderful and beach is so close! We love staying here!

Quiet Little GetAway

We four adults highly enjoyed our time here. Kathy, the owner, was great. She fixed a little hiccup at the beginning promptly and her help was so nice. Great place close to beach, pool, and great restaurants. Walking around the lake was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

Nice, clean comfortable. Enclosed porch floor was swept and mopped by me as it gets quite dirty when it rains. I thought the cleaners might have taken 20 minutes to do this before we checked in. The clothes dryer made an awful sound but Bob and Kathleen quickly had it repaired within a couple of days. They also immediately had two worn beach chairs replaced as soon as it was mentioned. Very responsive! Very comfortable beds made this a restful stay. I would recommend the apartment which lacks sun but is very quiet and restful.

Very comfortable and welcoming!! They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The owner text us to welcome us and asked us to call her if we needed anything. The only down side was the $25 parking pass we had to purchase, but I would do it again.

Great getaway

Jupiter is an amazing place with great restaurants and beaches. This little condo is perfectly located. Host was friendly and answered all questions promptly. Condo has all the amenities and then some which was really helpful, esp the beach equipment. The restaurant on site by the pool is a huge plus! Access from the pool with yummy drinks and a nice staff.

Short stay-for sleeping purposes only

We choose this property for sleeping purposes only after gone fishing all day leaving at 5 a.m. coming back at around 10 or 11 p.m. The place is ok, nothing special but the floor for some reason is dirty. You have to wear a sleeper or shoes to walk around, otherwise your feet would turn black. We’re not sure why. In our last night after all day of fishing and can't wait to hit the bed we heard a sudden loud bang in quest bedroom. The bed collapse down to the ground. The tiny wood that support under the bed was broke off. There were only 2 small persons weighting at least 100 lbs. each person. The collapsed bed were not useable that night so my son and his girlfriend had to sleep in the living room couch and chair. My husband notified the owner early morning and all she said is that "That's not good!". I received the photo’s from my son he took and forwarded it to the owner. A day later, I found out that I was charged $125.00 for the collapsed bed. Imagine that!

Winter getaway

This property has an excellent location. It is in walking distance to restaurants, the park, tennis, the marina, and the pool is excellent! The unit itself is older, but mostly renovated very clean, except the floors. The patio door doesn’t lock, but there is a stick to put in place for security, the hall bathroom shower door was missing and the tub is damaged. I believe the owner is working on that. The kitchen is very well equipped. And I would definitely stay in this unit again, it is very spacious and inviting.

Great location, but .....

We have stayed in the Carlin Park area before and wanted to try a new home. Best thing was location. We called the 2nd day to say that the porch was dirty. Homeowner blamed it on the rain the day before our arrival and did not do anything. It was not the rain. Everything was dusty and porch needed a steam powerwash. That was not all - the floors in general were very dirty. We tried the mop, but it was aslo dirty, so we requested and received a new mop cover. It didn't matter what we did, our feet or socks were BLACK from walking on the floors. We are a family that take off our shoes when we enter, so it wasn't us. Homeowner did not seem to care. Next - the accent chairs in the living room were dirty and also needed to be cleaned. I would not even sit on the them. Pillows are looked like they needed to be cleaned. Next - do not expect many kitchen spoons - there were only 2. Also, do not expect your cell phone/device chargers to fit in the outlets. For some reason they kept falling out. We brought many cords & outlets, but could not use them in certain areas. Bottom line - will not be staying here again, homeowner was responsive by not polite and was accusatory instead of helpful.

Great aside from dirty floors, lack of maintenance, and building construction noises

The property has a great location just a short walk from the pool and onsite restaurant, and a short drive to the beach, Publix (grocery), and other restaurants. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, as are the bedrooms. The host is responsive and has included several small but nice details (like cotton swabs in the bathrooms). We had several plumbing issues, but those should be resolved for the next guests - we were just the unfortunates who had to deal with the repair interruptions or reporting them at the end of our stay for the non-critical ones. The awful construction noises (and resulting dust) will also hopefully be over for future guests, but as the host has no control over this, you may want to enquire if there are any planned construction projects on the Villa's other units before you book. The only two things that may impact future guests are: (1) The lack of soundproofing from the directly overhead unit. You will hear occupants talking, walking, and going to the bathroom - especially in the guest bedroom. So, hope either there aren't any occupants or they keep the same hours you do. (2) The lack of cleanliness, especially the floors and outdoor spaces. Hopefully the cleaning staff will pay better attention after our bad experience and/or you'll be coming in right after another guest (since some of ours was "blamed" on it being 10 days since the previous guest).

This is our third vacation rental in Jupiter. We love the area and we spend 8 months of the year here. In the summer, we head back to New Jersey where most of our family still lives. It is the best of both worlds.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We own the small 1 bedroom condo next door. It is much easier to maintain when all the properties are together. It is also wonderful if guests need more than one rental.

Jupiter Bay is the one resort condo in the area that allows you to rent the property like a hotel. It also has a variety of amenities including restaurant, bar attached to the pool area. It is currently under renovation but it will be ready before the 2019 winter season.
