The apartment is super basic and the family room / kitchen / dining was quite anti social with kids and adults all in the same space. The kitchen is not very well stocked and the lighting is quite punishing on the eyes. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to do it all by hand. The location is brilliant and the beds were really comfy.

Really well laid out and comfortable townhouse, perfect for what we needed... wish we could stay longer. Could happily make that location a regular stay!

Great location

Rooms were very clean and neat. Living space was spacious and comfortable. Beds in rooms were alittle squeaky and not very stable. Location was fantastic. Thankyou for a great stay.

This townhouse is new, clean and accommodated 8 of us. Linen and towels were clean and good. The configuration of the townhouse is a bit odd bedrooms down and kitchen on the 1st level. Convenience of having shopping centre was great. Overall good experience

Clean, convenient, fantastic stay

The property was very nice and new. Towels and linen were all provided. Madeline was responsive on text and even called me the day before to let me know a previous guest had caused minor damage to one of the walls so we didn't arrive and get a shock. Overall great stay, convenient location and comfy beds.

Great Unit

Fantastic unit in a great location; only minutes drive from town. Best feature for our group was the double garage to store all of our water skiing and MTB gear. Overall, highly recommended.

PERFECT FAMILY UNIT

The unit was as advertised. Perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, Plenty of hot water (for our nightly showers after a full day of skiing). Washer and dryer came in very handy. Location was ideal, just a 25 min drive to Perisher. The garage was a added bonus. We absolutely loved it and will be back next year. Thank you Madeline.

Comfortable and clean, but no coffee maker as advertised, not much soap, two broken chairs, no towel rail in ensuite and water from shower leaks onto bathroom floor.

Amazing stay with family

Madeline the owner was lovely, very accomodating and the communication was great if you had any questions or if she needed to let you know about something. The townhouse was situated in a very quiet complex, which was lovely, modern, neat and tidy. Situated in a wonderful location, close to town, shops, lake etc. The beds where very comfortable! and we were pleasantly surprised with 3 bathrooms, double garage. We all had a wonderful relaxing fun time. Thank you Madeline.

Good Accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay loved that it had a parking spot right infront, majority of the time it was where we had to park due to having a 4x4 as it does not fit in garage but our friends were still able to make use of the garage space 😌 inside is very spacious especially lounge area . Loved it ! Only down fall there was no ventilators in the downstairs bathroom. But other than that, would definitely come back to this accommodation 🙂

No hot water on first night and rude owner

There was no hot water the first night. Which was pretty horrible after the whole family having been up since 4am and skiing all day. The owner had it fixed by the next day, but was quite rude and first accused us of using ask the hot water, before than accusing me of having too many people in the house when i asked for a partial doscount for the first night. Wouldnt stay here again.

Modern and comfortable winter stay!

Very modern and new setup - lots of living area space, big couch, carpet everywhere, great kitchen facilities and bathrooms galore (almost too many bathrooms considering there was 3 for only max of 8 people haha). Double garage was convenient to park a wagon and 4wd and offload snow gear though no actual drying space to dry the gear (we just used air conditioners). Bedrooms were clean and comfortable overall however the double bed + bunk in each room were quite small and not ideal for taller people or just for two people sharing the double (wish there was one less bathroom or some of the overly large living space used as a fourth bedroom). Longer beds would be a nice upgrade as they were fairly cheap / rocked during the night. Air cons in each room and fantastic showers kept us super warm throughout the trip! Free wifi was great to have since there were some 4g dead spots in the house - but had to keep signing in every day which was a bit annoying. The smart tv also didn't work with the wifi and after going through every setting on the tv, had to eventually hotspot from my phone via the wifi to make it work which wasn't that big of a deal but just beware of that (hopefully they'll fix this). Owner asked for covid vaccine certificates prior to secure the property even though this was not required by the government at the time. Fortunately she did comply with one of our unvaccinated guests after they provided evidence of previously having had it, so that was good, but definitely not best practice or appropriate to be asking guests for private medical information that has zero relevance to the stay. Overall, lovely place to stay in and would go again!
