Exklusiva Penthouse med fantastisk utsikt på däck

Detta är ett av fyra takvåningar på orten. 3bed / 2 bad ca 1500 kvm enhet som ser ut över de viktigaste Winter Park skidbacke område och by. Stort vardagsrum / matsal för maximal komfort. Välfylld kök. Däcket av enheten är ca 360 st ft, anledningen att välja denna plats. Det finns också en stor gemensam däck område med 20 personer badtunna och öppen spis på egendom. Underjordisk parkering. Ski skåp för alla dina skidutrustning. Vi är för närvarande ombyggnad så förbereda sig för VACKRA !!!

Det är en super kort promenad till 3 skidliftar. Huvudlyften du förbiser från enheten. Vi har en uppvärmd garage som håller runt 65F hela vintern. Håller bilarna varmt och skönt.

Kids loved it

We try to go somewhere new every year and my oldest decided Winter Park had the best slopes so far! As for the condo, it looked exactly like the pictures and we were not disappointed. The view supplied constant entertainment by watching the skiers come down the mountain and the walk to the gondola/lifts was very acceptable. We had plenty of room to gather as a family and 3 bedrooms to get away if needed to enjoy some quiet time. It was very clean and the ski lockers were convenient. The village is right by the gondola and was a nice touch. You can get a starbucks coffee, buy a souvenir, get something to eat and buy miscellaneous grocery items in case you run out of toilet paper etc (without having to make a trip into town to the bigger grocery stores). Plenty of free transportation as my grown children were able to take the shuttle or the lift into town after skiing to have some fun while my husband and I relaxed in front of the fire. They even have places where you can rent oxygen tanks for those who struggle with altitude sickness. It saved my husband! We really enjoyed our time in Winter Park. No complaints!

Winter Park with family and friends

We had a great time at this Winter Park condo. excellent location, across from the Winter Park facility. short drive to Winter park town and Fraser for shopping. the large porch was awesome. we had 8 people at our visit, and all had their own bed. Cooked all breakfasts, lunches and several dinners at the condo. we would certainly go back.

Super great place at base of mountain!

We were really excited about this trip and our VRBO that we booked! The place was awesome with a super deck and very spacious for 2 families to share. The location was great with a quick walk and stroll to the village.

We had a very nice stay in this Winter Park pent house. The balcony had impressive views, the apartment was spacious and well kept, and the location was prime. Would stay again!

This was a great condo for our family ski trip! The layout was perfect and it was very clean. A very short walk across the street to the gondola. We all had an awesome time!!

Our family is all avid skiers. My wife and I ski together every weekend while our three girls are off at team ski with the WP Comp Center and our son has his own coach every Saturday with the NSCD. We have lived in Colorado for more than 20 years now and truly believe the beauty of this state never gets old.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Being at the base of the mountain makes it so easy to enjoy everything the mountain has to offer; skiing, ice skating, mountain biking, hiking, and restaurants. You name it!!!

This property is quite unique as there are only four like it. The views are priceless!!! It is on the top floor of one of the four main buildings on the resort. The deck is an extension of the unit, you can enjoy it year-round.

We chose Winter Park because the resort is so kid-friendly and a friendly community altogether. They have a wonderful ski program for all types of skiers/boarders and the NSCD is priceless. There is something for everyone here!!!

We are just 36 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Short drive to the park. There are activities almost every weekend in the summer up here.

VILLAGE LIVING AT ITS BEST!!! Walk 50 yards to the main ski lift. You are right where everything happens and at the same time you are set back just enough to feel you are in your own world. You will truly feel on top of the world!!! Winter Park has the largest bike park in the USA.
