Den ultimata, fantastiska, avkopplande, fiske, flodkul semester, La Fish Camp Lodge kommer att vara din drömdestination.

Ta med din ficklampa och stjärna stirra utrustning. Det kommer att vara fantastiskt. Detta är Florida in the Natural, med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet.

Utomhusaktiviteter i närheten är Rainbow Springs, båtliv, slangar, antikaffärer i en pittoresk stad.

Vi är ungefär 9 miles från Rainbow River access point (Hwy 484 och river). Du kan hyra rör eller kajaker på Aquatic Wilderness Adventures eller KP Hole, County park.

State Park ligger precis norr om KP Hole länspark. Du kan också hyra kajaker eller rör i KP Hole.

Rätt vid floden ligger Swampy's Bar and Grill. Ett bra ställe att äta och koppla av.

KP Hole erbjuder samma uthyrning och hämtningstjänster.

Rainbow River State Park ligger bara en mil norr om KP Hole.

La Fish Camp ligger på en bred kanal cirka 200 meter från floden Withlacoochee.

Du KAN simma med manaterna i Crystal River.

Vi är 40-45 minueter från Crystal River. Vi har haft ett antal gäster som kom för att simma med manaterna. Ett par från Österrike.

Are stop threw get away

Enjoyed fishing off the dock, fire pit and had plenty of room . Enjoy the Rainbow river. A couple of good restaurants very close. Hoping to go again next year.

Staycation

This is the perfect little getaway. The wildlife was amazing; from fireflies to manatees. The stars at night are beautiful. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a little getaway.

La Fish Camp

Our first time on this property, but our third year with Dan and Margaret as our hosts. Canoe access in the yard, and near other beautiful rivers, made it perfect for us. Very clean and relaxing spot.

Perfect for Snowbirds

We had a relaxing time. Stayed for three months to get away from the Wisconsin winter. Smiling as we sat on the dock watching the wildlife and the canal stream by. Country cute décor and felt very private from neighbors. Right by two great restaurants. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Excellent

We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. Dan and Margaret were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were easy to get a hold of and helped with any problems that came up--the power went out for a few hours, and the lock on the front door had a small malfunction but both of these problems were resolved quickly. We really enjoyed our stay even despite the hurricane and we look forward to returning one day.

Hernando fish camp cutie

We had a very comfortable stay, the weather didn’t always behave but it was the end of January. It truly is a fish camp. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations more than adequate.

Relaxing and cozy

We would love to come back. The home had everything we needed to just relax. We fished off the dock and on night one, caught a few large catfish and some bass. Fried them up and enjoyed great freah fish. We had a fire and watched the stars and even enjoyed a few movie nights. Would recommend.

On the river

Comfortable and CLEAN. Access to kayak or two would be nice. Short drive to anumber of Florida state pars and trails. Sunshine EVERY SINGLE DAY and 80 degree days in January. Kept the Ibis and Egrets happy with freshly caught panfish from the dock.

Great place

We had a lot of fun fishing off the dock and even saw an Alligator. The place is close to local eating spots and close enough to rainbow springs to go kayaking. House was nice and clean. Only downfall which is nothing towards the owners. Just be on the look out for airboats speeding through while fishing. But we will definitely be booking again

Just what we needed

La Fish Camp was just what we needed. A few friends looking for an affordable get away 1 hour from Tampa home. Property is on a canal very close to main river. Large yard and fire pit was nice. Large dock to hang out on. The home was more spacious than the pictures portrayed and was more than adequate for our group of 3 guys just wanting to hang out on the river for a long weekend. Red's was great for breakfast and within walking distance and Stumpknockers was maybe a 1/2 mile away for awesome steaks and seafood in an old Florida setting. Dan was very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire booking process and stay.

2 bedroom not 3, enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Fished right off dock, golfing, state parks, manatee viewing, equestrian center, outdoor free music venue Friday and Sat.at Circle Square Commons, all within 30 miles or less. Large living area with queen pullout sofa ok. Double bed comfy enough and bunk beds in other bedroom. vrbo listed queen in great room besides not so. Kitchen table sat 4 comfortably with good size living area and kitchen. Laundry and restaurants nearby along with grocery stores. Traffic noise noticable when outside but enjoyed cookong on charcoal grill and using fire pit a few evening. Dan was very accommodating with info and brought firewood. Easy to find mobile house with flag in yard.

La Fish Camp - Beyond expectations

My wife and I were planning a small gathering (10 people ) of family that were coming into the Ocala area and were meeting for a daytime BBQ . Our criteria was pet friendly because we have 2 large / loud dogs and a decent place to stay for a couple nights while planning the event . La Fish Camp turned out to be absolutely perfect. Great accommodations ( clean, cozy , cabin like setting , enough for 4 adults and 2 kids need be ) and a great spacious property including plenty of yard space , a grill and most of all a large dock with a stunning riverfront view . We ended up grilling and congregating on the dock for hours , watched the sunset and had an amazing time . If you are looking for 5 stars then look no where else, if you are looking for clean accommodations , a great host ( Daniel ) and 1 of a kind riverfront setting this is a great pick . 5 stars!!
