Huset är en vacker två sovrum, ett badrum hem som rymmer upp till sex (6) personer. Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny king size-säng, och det finns en andra sovrum med två helt nya twin-XL sängar som kan separeras eller skjutas ihop till en kung. Ett vardagsrum / kök med en öppen planlösning och murad skorsten skapa vackra samla utrymme. Den nya soffan i vardagsrummet öppnar för att ge en drottning sleeper som sover ytterligare två personer. En inhägnad bakgård och tillbaka däck ger uteservering och avkopplande område i varmare väder. Parkering på plats på baksidan.

Really great location

Bed was great. Andrew was an excellent host. Fast and response. The Bathroom was smaller than a camper/rv and was real problem moving around in although it was clean.

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay and ability to walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The beds were comfortable along with the couches. An abundance of washcloths, towels, pillows, and blankets. We will be back!

Great little getaway

Charming Home

We enjoyed our stay. And great location close to shops and restaurants. Well maintained and cozy home. When we first arrived, the remote was not working properly because it need a new batteries. The owner had some sent over along with a pint of ice cream. I thought this was very kind gesture. Kitchen is well stocked and was even some coffee left by the previous guests. Beds are comfortable very nice accommodations. Highly recommend.

Perfect Weekend

We stayed here while in town for a volleyball tournament. This property is a perfect location for walking to food and proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center. A charming place.

Bungalow near great shops and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay in Louisville for a couple nights. The house has everything you need. Enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is charming - nice restaurants and lots of vintage stores. Comfortable beds. Nice to have off street parking.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much. It was a short drive to downtown, but also has plenty to do within walking distance. The home is well kept & clean. Owner was quick to respond & very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Easter Break

Great, clean property that was exactly as described. Easy drive to downtown for Slugger museum and bourbon tours. Also a good location for the zoo and Churchill Downs. Would highly recommend.

Family Reunion visit

We traveled to Lousiville for a family reunion and stayed at Andrew's property. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The check in process was easy and any communication was quickly answered. Thank you for letting us stay, we definately recommend this property!

Perfect location/Perfect Louisville Getaway!

This property was exactly as advertised. Steps to restaurant row and shops. The house was clean and appointed with several extra touches like coffee, extra towels, bedding, blankets, etc. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the way that the hosts communicated and ran their property!

Thunder Over Louisville

Girls "short" trip to see Thunder Over Louisville. Very cool fireworks. This property was close to coffee/food/shopping in a quaint location for walking. Felt comfortable everywhere we went. The beds were extremely soothing after a long day. Thank you.
