Denna 1930 kvadratfot radhus har tre sovrum och två och en halv badrum. Nedervåningen är en mycket rymlig och öppet vardagsrum, matsal och kök utrymme längs med den nedre pulver rum. Köket är granit med rostfria vitvaror, en Keurig kaffebryggare och en separat bar området med utsikt över vardagsrummet och matsalar. Kök och matplats öppna upp för en tänd innergård med plats för minst sex. Runt sida, finns det en gräsyta och upphöjda plantar sängar. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en 50 tums platt-TV, skinnsoffa och stor Pottery Barn Stol. Det finns kabel och WiFi hela. Det finns en gård utanför med uteservering och en gasgrill.

En trappa upp, innehåller sovrummet en kudde topp king size-säng med skräddarsydda / återvunnet rustika trämöbler och en TV med eget lyxigt master badrum med stort badkar, duschkabin, byggd i dubbla handfat och hyllor och en separat toalett. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning säng och vintage känsla badrum med badkar och dusch. Det tredje sovrummet är perfekt för unga par eller familjer med barn eller ett kontor. Det nås genom det andra sovrummet och har en annan drottning säng, en dubbelsäng och en eventuell dubbelluftmadrass. Det finns också ett skrivbord och stol. Alla rum har åtminstone en rymlig garderob och byrå för förvaring. Det finns två lagrings / päls garderober nere också.

Property is nice. Location is very convenient to Dickies, John Justin and the Stockyards. Only slightly negative is the location of second bathroom and the twin bed mattress was not the most comfortable but did not impact our stay or our trip. Would definitely book again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Odd house layout.

The house was good. Everything was clean and in a great location. My only complaint is that the only way to get to one of the bedrooms was through a bedroom. This wasn’t described that way in the advertisement. It wasn’t a huge deal just inconvenient.

Great property near all your Fort Worth favorites

What a great property to stay at to get all your favorite Fort Worth stops in! We stayed here with 5 people to attend a TCU football game, including two small kids and it was a great setup. Easy communication with owner, great location in a nice neighborhood off of Camp Bowie, and nicely updated property. My wife and I both graduated from TCU and this property out is in a good spot to visit all our old favorite FTW spots.

Super cute and cosy house

The house was nice and clean. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into decorating and making the house feel like home. I stayed there during a horse show and it was the perfect location to get to John Justin arena as well as places to eat, groceries etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Perfect for our group!

We rented this property for Family Weekend at TCU and we’re very disappointed . We had planned on having a BBQ there but the outdoor patio & grill we’re filthy. The house needs a deep Cleaning, & New bedding. We contacted the owner and she apologized and refunded us a portion of the rental. We would not stay here again.

Perfect location!

Every once in a while, you stumble on the perfect place to stay. This was a wonderful home for the six of us! Immaculately maintained, beautifully furnished, and only a half mile from the Cowtown Marathon start! But wait, it gets better! The Gingerman Pub, a CVS pharmacy, and a GREAT Italian restaurant were only a quarter of a mile away! This was so much better than staying at a hotel. We had a great patio to sit out on and tell race stories, drink beer, and eat pizza. Perfect weather too, although I don't think Abby had anything to do with that! Now that I've spilled the beans, someone will probably grab this for next year's race. Way to go, Ed...

The main floor was delightful. Kitchen was well stocked. From Coffee to dishes and silverware , including food. Stairwell and bedrooms upstairs were carpeted. the carpet was old and stained. The electric outlets in the master bathroom were not properly secured. The third bedroom behind the second bedroom did not have windows which made it very dark and gloomy. Abby was a delight to work with. The TV and Wi-Fi were great.

Lovely home with opportunity for improvement.

My family and I stayed recently 7/30-8/3. Booking was very easy. The home was available for check in at the states time. The home served the purpose for which we needed. It was adequately stocked and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with ants in the kitchen and a few other bugs about the home. I will say that the owner, Abby, was easily accessible and responded quickly to the issue by arranging for an exterminator to come out the very next morning. The home could really benefit from a thorough professional deep clean with ongoing periodic cleaning for maintenance as it seemed that this is not a regular practice between guests. The home is lovely and with attention in these areas it will only further improve the experience of your guests. Thank you for having it available.

Great location, home needs improvement, updating

While this location is really perfect the home home is in need of updating and and in particular the 3rd bedroom is not very nice to stay in. It has no windows and the fluorescent light is harsh. There are no bedside tables or lamps. There is no convenient place to plug in your phone bedside. The single bed sinks in the middle and creaks all night long. The house is fine but it didn’t measure up to other places I’ve stayed. You are required to purchase insurance and you are required to do tasks at the end of your stay that ought to be included in the fee paid for cleaning. In short, I think there may be better options.

We are locals who are born and raised in Fort Worth and live in the neighborhood. We walk to the local school every morning and have our fingers on the pulse of the goings on in Fort Worth. We have a wonderful community of friends and neighbors here and are constantly surprised by Fort Worth's growth in size, cultural family friendly activities and "trendiness" along with appreciating its old endearing Western roots. We are active in the community and many days I do not even drive anywhere, walk my daughter to school, work from home, run on the Trinity Trails, walk to local restaurants and bars or local Barre, pilates, spin or yoga studios for those interested.

There is not a better location than this for being close to Will Rogers and the Stock Show area, Fort Worth's museum district, West 7th Street, Camp Bowie, the historical Northside and Stockyards along with golfing, shopping, and walking along the Trinity Trails.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We purchased this house from a family member so there are personal memories there. Most of the furniture was custom built and/or restored by Devin and myself. We have put a lot of love into this house and the community that it is in and are so happy to be able to share it. We have used VRBO for many trips ourselves and have furnished the property with amenities we would look for in our travels.
