Om boendet

Härlig rymlig lägenhet med två sovrum på andra våningen med balkong, som ligger några minuters promenad från fridfulla klipptoppar och fantastiska strandstränder. Boendet är mycket bekvämt och är ett av ett litet komplex av tio som delar en härlig privat pool (inklusive barnpool) och trädgård som lägenheterna har exklusivt bruk. Lägenheten ligger mindre än 10 minuters promenad från Camilo-stranden, där det finns en mycket trevlig restaurang / café och fantastisk utsikt. Härliga Dona Ana-stranden ligger också inom 10 minuters promenad och du hittar många andra strandstränder när du går längs klipptopparna, av vilka några är ganska avskilda. På gångavstånd finns också fyren vid Ponta da Piedade där du kan ta en båttur genom grottorna. Lägenheten ligger också bara 15-20 minuters promenad (5 min bilresa) till den gamla staden Lagos som har lyckats behålla sin karaktär och där du hittar ett stort urval av restauranger och barer och några härliga butiker.

Great place for a family holiday

A great place for a family holiday. The flat was in perfect shape when we moved in. Information received by Paula regarding the place, how to get there, how to get the keys etc. was accurate with no open questions left. Paula is a very good host who responds to messages very fast. I can definitely recommend it!

Unser Sommerurlaub in Lagos

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub... Die Wohnung war groß und hell und hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. WLAN gab es nicht, aber das haben wir mit den mobilen Daten ganz gut überbrücken können. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage, aber die haben wir nicht gebraucht, da man sehr gut lüften konnte und es abends/nachts nicht so warm war. Die Lage ist super - man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Stränden laufen und ein Spaziergang zum Leuchtturm zum Sonnenuntergang ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Pool war immer eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Baustelle nebenan war manchmal zu hören, aber hat uns nicht gestört.

Nous sommes partis avec nos deux filles de 1 et 5 ans Appartement très propre , piscine agréable car seulement pour 10 appartements donc très peu de monde . Tout peut se faire à pied ! La région est magnifique Situé à 10-15 mn de la plage à pied et 30 mn du centre ville

Great Appartement and an amazing location

We enjoyed the pool the location as we were clos to the beaches and city. The whole complex is not too big, so we had the pool often only for us.

Estancia agradable

Apartamento muy limpio y en buen estado. Algo alejado del centro. Toda la zona en construcción de apartamentos, en obras, sin vistas . Cocina equipada con todo tipo de menaje. Lástima que no hubiera lavadora ni cafetera nespresso o similar( habia cafetera americana). El baño tenia de todo Camas cómodas. Se aparca coche comodamente delante del apartamento

No wifi

The bad: No wifi. Almost nothing provided, expect to bring your own hand soap. No washing machine. No extras that make stays easier - spare linens, beach towels, shampoo, beach toys. The entire neighborhood is a construction zone and will be for many years (this applies to any property on the peninsula). The good: amazing location!! 10-15 minute walk to many gorgeous beaches so you don't need to worry about parking. Pool outside was nice, we were usually the only ones there. Nice sized apartment with a nice balcony.

The star deductions are mainly for the enormous building and excavation works in process immediately adjacent to our apartment. This wasn’t just ‘some building work’ going on. This was the largest building development project in the whole area and is likely to be ongoing for several years. Roads were closed and access to the beautiful coastline was marred by this. If there had been transparency re this whilst booking it wouldn’t have been too bad as we would have been for- warned and would have booked elsewhere, or maybe a deduction in cost would have compensated. The area in itself is of course absolutely beautiful with the stunning coastline and natural beauty. Also in an age where WI-FI is as much as a given as running water it was a shock that there was no provision at all and although there is no mention of Wi-Fi in the apartment amenities it is a lazy effort to have none. The apartment is comfortable and v clean, the pool lovely. We enjoyed our stay and did lots of walks along the coastline (after negotiating the dust and rubble jcb’s and diggers) and visited beaches in the area - all beautiful. Did a boat trip to the caves and grottos, incredible. The old town of Lagos is worth a visit, great restaurants, very pretty.

Schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht

Das Apartment liegt in einer schönen kleinen Anlage mit ca. 10 Parteien. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt in Laufnähe der Strände Dona Ana und Camilo, was super ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, allerdings ist rund um die Anlage eine sehr große Baustelle, weil nebenan ein Apartment-Hochhaus sowie einige Luxusvillen gebaut werden. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin natürlich nichts. Es hat uns auch nicht übermäßig gestört, weil wir durch unsere kleine Tochter eh früh wach sind und die Kleine fand die Bagger natürlich toll. Wenn man auf der Suche nach totaler Ruhe ist, ist es aktuell vielleicht nicht das richtige.

Beautiful two-br, 1-bath apartment on second floor. 1-minute drive to beaches. At this time there is heavy construction next door, but since we spent most of the day at the beach, this was not a problem. VERY economical compared to similar apartments in the area.

Wonderful apartment with a nice pool

We spent a very nice week at the apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including an umbrella for the beach. Also the pool is very nice! There is a construction site close by, which you can hear during the week when you sit on the balcony but it was not too bad.

Schöbe, gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage am Ortsrand

Objekt war wie beschrieben und ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe/ Hinterlegung hat wunderbar geklappt. Eigentlich alles prima bis auf den Lärm. Leider rückt gefühlt die Baustelle am Nachbargrundstück jeden Tag näher. Werktags um 07:30 Uhr ging's mit schweren Geräten (Bagger & LKW) los bis Abends Man konnte die Wohnung / Balkon nur am Wochenende auch tagsüber (wenn nicht zufällig auch am Samstag gearbeitet wird) nuutzen.

Séjour lagos.

Appartement très spacieux et bien équipé dans une copropriété (10 lots). Piscine un peu abîmé. Manque le wifi. Les plages autours surtout camillo sont bondées au mois d'août. L'eau est à 18°c donc difficile de se baigner. Les balades en kayak au milieu des bateaux de visites ne permet pas non plus d'apprécier la balade. Lagos est un lieu surcôté, certes les plages sont jolies mais cela s'arrête là.

Angenehme Wohnung in Apartmentanlage mit Pool

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mit einem Pool. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit einem guten Standard ausgestattet Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt. Die Unterkunft kann gut gelüftet und beschattet werden, für den extremen Hitzefall gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Steilküste mit den malerischen Buchten ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ist aber in der sommerlichen Hauptsaison überbevölkert. Neben der Apartment-Anlage wird ein sehr großes Spa-Resort gebaut, was aktuell die Qualität der Aussicht stört und langfristig einen Klotz mit vielen Stockwerken bilden wird. Da die Baustelle aktuell nicht hochfrequent bewirtschaftet wird, gab es keinen Stress mit Baulärm. Alles in Allem eine gute Wahl! Für manche noch wichtig: Es gibt kein W-LAN

Great property for a relaxing beach vacation

This was a lovely apartment within short walking distance to two of Lagos' beautiful beaches, amongst the incredible south coast stunning cliffs, grottos, and sea stacks. This property is about a 20 minute walk to the main center of town. The property has a pool that is shared amongst the few other apartments of the building complex. It was well maintained and private. There is a beautiful large palm tree that shades the grass area. Having a pool was a really a nice option to change it up between beach visits. The apartment was very comfortable. There are four single beds which were comfortable with more than enough space in the bedrooms for luggage. There was a French Press for coffee and a kettle for tea. There was a small problem with the front door, as it does not open smoothly, but this was not a huge issue. The AC unit is only in the living room and needs to run a little longer until the cooling is felt in the bedrooms, but overall it was sufficient, given that we were also there during the extreme summer 2022 heatwave. Perhaps a small bbq on the balcony would be a nice addition but it was so warm we were having salad and fruit for dinner anyway. Overall we would without question stay here again. Very comfortable and a great stay for a family vacation.

Há sempre uma primeira vez.

Apartamento agradável, espaçoso e operacional. De lamentar, na atualidade, a ausência de WiFi e, de um pacote TV. A piscina "merece/exige" melhor atenção no que concerne a higiene e saúde. Gostaríamos de voltar e voltaremos se as melhorias forem implementadas.

bom apartamento numa região lindíssima

Apartamento muito bem localizado, perto de algumas das melhores praias da zona e da belíssima ponta da piedade. Infelizmente há obras em curso mesmo ao lado, o que causa algum ruído e pó. O apartamento está muito bem equipado e tem todas as condições e a zona da piscina, embora não muito grande, é agradável.

Urlaub in Lagos

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig von der Stadtmitte ( ca. 15-20 Minuten) entfernt, die schönen Strände sind ebenso zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Da wir uns täglich selbst versorgt haben, hätten wir uns mehr Küchenausstattung gewünscht. Die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war positiv.

Ferienwohnung nah am Leuchturm

Geräumige Ferienwohnung im 1.OG. Pool,Balkon,Parkplatz alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Nach einer Woche , frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der City ( cira 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß ), dafür ruhig. Leuchturm, Klippenspazierwege und ein schöner Strand innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Momentan werden in der nähe neue Häuser gebaut, das bedeutet in der Woche ab ca. 7:00 Uhr ein für uns aber erträgliche Baulärm. Etwas vermisst haben wir Sonnenliegen, eine Wäscheleine oder Trockner und Wifi. Vermieterin super nett und hilfsbereit. Gute Beschreibung und reibungsloser Buchungsablauf.
