Lyxig eftertraktad takvåning med magnifik havsutsikt. Centralt beläget. Fastigheten har tre sovrum (en dubbel, två stora tvåbäddsrum), två stora badrum och tre privata solterrasser. Den har en modern rymlig interiör med platt-TV, DVD, satellit, trådlöst internet, luftkonditionering och ett modernt kök med granit och alla moderna bekvämligheter. Lägenheten är möblerad till hög standard. Även om detta område är lugnt och lugnt, är det mycket centralt och bekvämt beläget. Alla barer och restauranger ligger bara 5 minuters promenad bort. 5-stjärnigt hotell Principe Felipe ligger också inom gångavstånd (10 min)
Dessutom är Bellaluz-torget en livlig central plaza med restauranger, butiker, barer och levande underhållning bara några minuters promenad. Tenniscentret ligger bekvämt mitt emot Los Olivos. La Manga Klubbs strand "La Carla" ligger 5 minuters bilresa och är värd för en restaurang med utsikt över havet öppet under april-oktober.

Gästerna har också tre privata solterrasser. Övre däck (18'x16 ') har 6 solstolar, mindre balkong utanför sovrummet och nedre däck (20'x18') har ett bord med 6 stolar, inbyggd grill och matlagning område med fantastisk utsikt över havet vid Mar Menor för utmärkt uteservering.
Två stormarknader ligger inom några minuters promenad från lägenheten. I närheten finns restauranger La Bodega - en typisk spansk bodega med lokala viner och utmärkta tapas; Farbror Sams - all amerikansk stil; Si restaurangapotek, butiker, kaféer och barer erbjuder barnunderhållning hela natten medan du äter - hoppslott / fotboll / jonglering etc. Andale- mexikansk; Asien-asiatisk mat; La Cala ligger inbäddat på en stenig klippning över den privata stranden och har den finaste fisken och skaldjur. Luigis är den finaste italienska med fisk, pasta och pizzor.
Alla är familjevänliga och mest en kort promenad bort.
Det finns kaféer i närheten och många butiker. Det närliggande torget Bellaluz har pubar, butiker, apotek, barer och centrala torg.

Smutsigt och ostädat hus. Fin utsikt

Bra läge för golfare med La Mangas tre banor runt hörnet. Boendet var dock ganska ofräscht, smutsigt på golven och i köket. Massor av hår i badrummen. Det fanns inga städartiklar. Köksutrustningen behöver uppdateras. Ganska dålig kvalitet på sängarna. Bra terasser med fin utsikt!

Long Bank Holiday Break

Property was lovely - clean, airy and spacious. Location was great and views were amazing from the large terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were caught up in the air traffic control problems and had to extend our stay - even though we were unable to stay at the property due to another booking, Kathryn and John went out of their way trying to help us sort out new accommodation and also arranged a last minute late check out so we could continue to have internet access. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything Jane

Fab stay

Our second visit to this apartment - always a risk in case it doesn’t live up to expectations but it was again a wonderful holiday. It is the perfect place for a family holiday - clean, spacious, apartment is really lovely, has everything you need - both pools are beautifully maintained, plenty of sunbeds. Location is great - walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets - i would not stay anywhere else visiting La Manga Club. Thank you !

From start to finish absolutely first class. Great location, large penthouse apartment, clean, tidy & I will definitely rent this again. I have stayed at Los Olivos before & the complex is amazing, but these pool, sea & mountain views with the sun all day on the balcony was exceptional. Thanks for making my 50th so speacial during this COVID era. 👌

Great stay

We have been staying at La Manga club for many years , and this was the best apartment yet ! We really enjoyed the stunning view and made use of the hammocks . We were so close to all the restaurants , tennis and the supermarket , all in walking distance. It was great to have an outdoor pool and the indoor one just over the road although it was a little disappointing not to have access to the gym shown in the photos when we booked. The three terraces were a huge bonus as you could always find the sun , as we were very lucky to have a hot sunny week in October ! A very well equipped and comfortable apartment with comfortable beds and large bathrooms ! Would definitely come back . Thanks

Very nice apartment

Was just as described and had everything we needed for our summer break. We took advantage of the table tennis and pools to spend some of the day, and imagine the indoor pool would be lovely for colder days. Nice views on the big terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and even more a bit further out. Booking was easy and the owners were very helpful supplying extra detail to help us plan.

We arrived just after storms, so we was pleasently surprised with condition in resort and property. We did take time to find, as sat nav took us to otherside resort. Penthouse beautiful, everything you needed. Would certainly stay again and will recommend to others.

Perfect family holiday

The apartment was perfect for us - spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, lovely terrace and views and so central to restaurants, par 47 and tennis centre. Two great sized outdoor pools and one indoor and plenty of sun beds not cramped together. We all loved it including 3 teenagers - already thinking how soon we can return!

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is really well appointed ,equipped and very comfortable. It has a fantastic sun terrace with great views of La Manga and the mar menor in the distance it really is a nice spot. The owners were extremely helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this apartment as a great place to stay. The indoor pool for us staying in the winter was a massive bonus!!

Fabulous apartment and location!

This apartment is ideally located within the La Manga Club to have easy (walking) access to the pool, tennis courts, many bars, shops and restaurants. The view from the main balcony is wonderful - a great place to sit and take in the scenery over a coffee (or something a little stronger!); having one balcony at the front and two at the rear, you're always guaranteed to find a sunny spot. Ample car parking is available right next to the building. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to help towards making a very pleasurable holiday. Kathy and the management team were all very approachable, helpful and quick in answering any questions we had.

Very spacious apartment with magnificent views. Great location for the tennis club

The property is in a Great location especially for the tennis club. The views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Ideal for 2/3 couples to share. There are 3 balconies so plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views especially from the front balcony overlooking La Manga Strip in the distance. We are definitely going to book this apartment again.

Great location and would certainly recommend Club La Manga

Central to restaurants and activities, the apartment was clean, bright and perfect for our one weeks stay at La Manga. Would recommend for families as very close to central communal pool that is supervised daily by life guards. Apartment is great for relaxed evenings on the balcony overlooking La Manga strip or for a base for exploring.

Superb position

Great property with amazing views out to sea. Apartment has everything needed for a great holiday - including 2 fridge freezers. Would have given 5 stars but cleaning wasn’t great when we arrived.

Wonderfully spacious with a large balcony with a wonderful view.

We loved this apartment last year and returned again this year. Los Olivos is so central to the facilities at La Manga club, being very close to the tennis centre, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The apartment overlooks the lovely pool and there's a wonderful view of La Manga strip and sea in the distance. The apartment is very spacious and the three bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. It is useful to have two bathrooms too. There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, so you can catch the sun all day, wherever it is shining. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Los Olivos 24P for a fab holiday again.

With 4 children it was important to us to have a guaranteed sunny break, with flexibility. We love having the choice of dining out, or simply barbequing on the balcony. The flexibility meant we didn't have to rush from the pool to dine out if we wanted to simply chill, eat alfresco and wander out for drinks & entertainment later. As the children got older, we were able to still watch them in the pool from the balcony. (30 seconds to get to the pool if necessary!) Also relaxing with a drink on the balcony knowing the younger children were safe in bed was priceless. We holiday here four times a year during Winter & Summer months as the Seasons here are wonderful. We love the Climate, food, flexibility, facilities, space and tranquility.

We purchased Los Olivos 14 years ago. We have a busy working, family and social life, with four children ranging at the time 2-16 years (now 18-32). The tranquility helps recharge our batteries, and energize. Our apartment is centrality located, with sea views overlooking the main swimming pool. Built to the highest spec the Penthouse is desirable and sought after. This property is ideal if you peace and quiet, but want restaurants, bars and entertainment at your figure tips. We didn't want to get eat out every night so lovely to stay in, bbq and enjoy the views on the balcony. The 5 * hotel also offers class live entertainment, which is highly recommended. With Security at both entrances of the resort, this gives invaluable peace of mind.

The benefits of this property are location, spacious, centrally located on the resort, making wherever you wish to be quicker and easier. La Manga Club in some parts is quite hilly, and can be quite a walk, but Los Olivos is perfectly placed. The shops, bars, cafe's, restaurants and the hotel is within easy walking distance. Having three balconies, this property offers Winter sun all year around, or Summer sun with shade on the front, or a balcony off the main bedroom for some peace and quiet.
Los Olivos also offers two pools and an indoor heated pool with jacuzzi if renting in Winter months.
