Great property and location

The flat is very spacious with everything you need. The large balcony was great for evening meals. The pools are clean and and not overcrowded. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely reccomend to others.

Great hidden gem

2 friends and I stayed hear for a week ,we realy enjoyed it ,really nice and well equipped apartment, the wet room is good and the on suit is nice ,i think the toilet is a little cramped but otherwise a very nice place, nice pools and the restaurant is fantastic, thanks

It was what was advertised. Any problems immediately sorted by owner or site manager. Apartment located in quiet part of complex. Short walk to excellent pools and no problem with sun beds all summer. Highly recommended

Perfekt zum abschalten..

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einer guten Einteilung der Zimmer. Sehr sauber und ein tolles Wohngefühl. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Lovely Apartment, Great Value for Money

This is a well-equipped, stylish and very comfortable apartment with lots of space and good air-con. The pools were beautifully clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Communication with the owner and the onsite manager was prompt and friendly. There is little else in the immediate vicinity and so a car is a must but some fabulous places to visit within reasonable driving distance eg. Salamis, Famagusta, Dipkarpaz. Incredible value for money with the only negative being poor WiFi.

Excellent apartment with all you need!

This apartment had all that we needed as a family of four. The apartment is spacious and has all the essentials you need. The host is easily contacted and available. The apartment is situated in a gated complex and there is always someone available for support in reception. The host has ensured that their are plenty of DVDs and basic board games to play. The apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything needed for self-catering. When the TV box didn’t work it was replaced on the same day. The WiFi in the apartment was very good and all the family made good use of this. My boys were able to use their tablets with no connection issues over the week. The boys also loved the easy access to the pool from the apartment. The pools are well looked after as are the grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you Martin for your speedy responses to texts.

We have stayed at this apartment 6 times now and returning again this year. The apartment is always immaculate as is the complex the apartment is on. Nothing is to much trouble for the owner Martin who makes your stay easy and enjoyable. WiFi, TV with English channels, good selection of DVDs to use in the apartment. Good local hire car and taxi service. Lots of good restaurants in the surrounding area very reasonably priced. Very highly recommended.

Perfect Apartment

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very comfy & homely and the kitchen is well equipped which made staying in and cooking a really enjoyable alternative to eating out. The pools are fab! We stayed in September and it was so nice and quiet. We didn't have a problem getting space on the sun loungers. I would recommend going for a nice walk around the back of the apartments - really nice little beaches and pretty scenery. There is a small restaurant on poolside which was really handy for nice cold drinks and ice creams during the day. I would also recommend the moussaka and spaghetti bolognese if eating here for you evening meal! Delicious! I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Its the perfect place to come back to after a day sight seeing / lying on the beech or if you don't fancy leaving the complex you have everything you need right there!

Me and My wife Diane visited North Cyprus in 2005 and and stayed in Kyrenia in a friends Villa. After a fantastic holiday in June i returned in August to find us a holiday home as property was less than half than in the UK. Kyrenia was wonderful, but too busy for us, so we settled for this wonderful quiet, private little holiday complex in Bogaz, it was the best move we ever made, as we visit 3 times a year. The climate is just perfect, with 355 sunny days a year, beat that.

The area is rural, quiet and very scenic with wonderful mountain and sea views. A perfect hideaway for a holiday any time of year.
