We want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously, and as you may remember, immediate action was taken to repair the deck on the same day as the incident. Additionally, we are currently working closely with the owner to fully replace the deck to ensure the utmost safety for our guests. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the lack of a replacement hammock during your stay. We made every effort to find a suitable replacement on the island, but unfortunately, we were unable to locate one in time for your stay, but it was replaced after your departure. We greatly appreciate your positive comments regarding the house and its tranquil location. It is always rewarding to know that our guests enjoyed their overall experience despite the inconveniences faced. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience you encountered and assure you that we are committed to continuously improving our services and ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. Aloha Noah. This home has many fantastic reviews by very happy guests. We feel yours is quite harsh and possibly in retaliation because we were unable to give you a late checkout when you asked. While we cannot do anything about the dirt road, the home is on a quarterly power washing schedule to keep it fresh. Also, many of these concerns were never even raised during your time with us. You asked us for help with the door. We came right out to assist. You mentioned the lounge chairs and we had them replaced the next day, for which you expressed your appreciation. However, you never let us know about the pots or hammock or any of your other concerns while you were here. We've addressed these items, but it is a shame we were not given the opportunity while you were here.
