Vår lägenhet är helt ny och ligger i den populära Golf del Sur regionen. Bara 15 minuters bilresa från den södra flygplatsen och 20 minuters bilfärd till Los Cristianos. Bara en 10 minuters promenad till både 27 hål Golf del Sur golfbana och även mycket prestigefyllda Amarilla golf. Det finns en liten sandstrand med många barer och restauranger ligger bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Den mycket populära San Blas köpcentrum är också en 10 minuters promenad. Det finns regelbundna bussar som stannar utanför komplexet, en taxistation och flera hyrbil företag inom 2 minuters promenad. Lägenheten ligger på 4: e våningen (med hiss) så har utmärkt utsikt över havet. Det är väl utrustad och erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök engelska TV och gott om förvaring, det upprätthålls till en hög standard för att säkerställa din vistelse är så lugn och behaglig som möjligt. Mittemot lägenheten finns en Bowling Green, tennisbanor och ett gym öppet för allmänheten.

Lovely area, fantastic view

We had a great stay, we loved the area, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a lovely walk along the seafront. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean and tidy with a fabulous view from the balcony.

Months stay

Just spent an excellent month in this property. The photos were a true depiction of the property and Mark was very easy to deal with. My brother joined me for a week mid-way through my stay and hired a car. I hadn't asked Mark for a fob for the car park as didn't realise my brother had ordered a hire car. However, he posted the fob to my brothers address so he would have it for when he arrived. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Apartment was good but weather was too hot

The property was good - as expected with all the facilities needed and the pool was a 'life saver'. Unfortunately Tenerife was in the middle of a heat wave with day and night temperatures over 10 degrees above normal, so for us 'unbearable'. As it was starting make my wife ill we had to go home early.

We had the most special time at this property, it was clean, well furnished, had the most amazing views and was in a perfect location. The veranda was a good size with plenty of sunshine. The host was most helpful at all times.

We stayed in marks apartment for 4weeks It had everything you needed for a long stay. Was as described on Vrbo site The view fantastic and very pleasant to sit on balcony The bus stop is right across the road from main gate takes you up to mercadona Great bus service for getting around the island Great location for walking Will definitely return

Homely Apartment

The apartment had everything you needed for your stay, from a well equipped kitchen to a lovely view from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and tidy and the pool, although cold, was great to swim in. Mark always answered promptly when we had a question. Thanks for a great stay 😀

Fantastic

We had a 4 week stay during September. Clean tidy, everything you could need for self catering. However plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to eat out. Great views of sea, pool, and mount tiede. Lovely walks along the sea front along a wooden promenade. Great bus service and cheap, bus stop directly outside of the gate. The complex is very well maintained and secure. Would certainly recommend to others and would use again.

Great Apartment in excellent location

We had a lovely month stay at Marks apartment. The location is excellent and the views are stunning. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Check in was very easy and communication with Mark was excellent. He was very responsive. We would definitely stay again when we revisit Tenerife

A beautiful property with views

Very clean property, has everything we need with views over Sea/swimming Pool from Balcony and El Teide. Bedroom also has almost full view window. Reliable public transport links just outside apartment block and free car parking available. Quiet location and we have enjoyed everything about our stay here.

Great accommodation centrally placed.

The apartments 4th floor location, and position of the balcony, gives you a wonderful view of the sea and marina. Complex and apartment very well maintained. Pool area was never very busy so getting a sun lounger was never a problem. Communication with Mark was very easy and always speedy. The apartment was as described with everything available to help you cook whatever you wanted to. The internet/wifi was excellent throughout my full stay. Accessing the TV through the firestick was OK but streams were not always great. Given the current Covid situation the resort was much quieter than usual but the apartment is centrally located for everything close by and an easy walk to San Blas. Totally enjoyed my stay at Mark's apartment and already looking forward to my next visit there.
