Mark is a great host, easy to get in touch with and answered any questions promptly. We had no problem with the apartment and would love to stay againThe apartment was clean and well equipped for our 4 week stay. Pool area is kept clean with plenty of sun-beds, minor problem no sun umbrellas. Near to bus stop, shops and local bars all within easy walking distance, We stay in the Golf Del Sur about 8 weeks a year and will definitely try for this apartment again.

Months stay

Just spent an excellent month in this property. The photos were a true depiction of the property and Mark was very easy to deal with. My brother joined me for a week mid-way through my stay and hired a car. I hadn't asked Mark for a fob for the car park as didn't realise my brother had ordered a hire car. However, he posted the fob to my brothers address so he would have it for when he arrived. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had the most special time at this property, it was clean, well furnished, had the most amazing views and was in a perfect location. The veranda was a good size with plenty of sunshine. The host was most helpful at all times.

Lovely area, fantastic view

We had a great stay, we loved the area, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a lovely walk along the seafront. The apartment was perfect for us, very clean and tidy with a fabulous view from the balcony.

Homely Apartment

The apartment had everything you needed for your stay, from a well equipped kitchen to a lovely view from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and tidy and the pool, although cold, was great to swim in. Mark always answered promptly when we had a question. Thanks for a great stay 😀

Apartment was good but weather was too hot

The property was good - as expected with all the facilities needed and the pool was a 'life saver'. Unfortunately Tenerife was in the middle of a heat wave with day and night temperatures over 10 degrees above normal, so for us 'unbearable'. As it was starting make my wife ill we had to go home early.

Fantastic

We had a 4 week stay during September. Clean tidy, everything you could need for self catering. However plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to eat out. Great views of sea, pool, and mount tiede. Lovely walks along the sea front along a wooden promenade. Great bus service and cheap, bus stop directly outside of the gate. The complex is very well maintained and secure. Would certainly recommend to others and would use again.

We had a lovely month stay at Marks apartment. The location is excellent and the views are stunning. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Check in was very easy and communication with Mark was excellent. He was very responsive. We would definitely stay again when we revisit Tenerife
