Pawleys Pearl är en ��vre våningsenhet. Det är lugnt och fridfullt och din helgedom när du vill koppla från och ladda upp från spänningen som området erbjuder. Denna enhet har blivit helt ommålad från tak till golv; och ståtar med nya LED-armaturer och takfläktar hela tiden. Alla fönster har utrustats med nya plantageluckor. Det välvda taket ger en känsla av rymd. Familjenrummet TV är en ny 55 "LG Smart TV, väggmonterad på full rörelsefäste. Köket har uppdaterats med alla nya apparater av rostfritt stål från Samsung, alla nya små apparater, samt nya köksartiklar, redskap och strandtvätt. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt som behövs för att förbereda en snabb, intim brunch till en flervärdig familjemiddag. Små Keurig samt vanlig kaffebryggare i enheten.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en ny Saatva® lyxmadras, en LG 42 tums smart HD-TV med ett fullväggigt väggfäste. En privat skärmad veranda är tillgänglig från sovrummet.

Mästerbaden har uppgraderats med en ny glasdörrdörr, nya handduksstänger, fåfängningsfäste och LED-belysning. Den stora klädkammaren ligger utanför Master badrummet.

Drottning sovrummet har en ny Spring Air® ryggstödmadrass och Samsung® 32 "TV.

Det dubbla sovrummet har två dubbla lyxiga madrasser och en pack-n-play. Den har en 32-tums Samsung-TV med ett fullväggigt väggfäste.

Gästbadet har ett badkar med dusch, med nya gardiner och handduksstänger, samt nya ljus- och fåfängningsarmaturer. Tvättstället med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger i Gästbadet bakom tvåsidiga dörrar.

Den privata verandaen har en ny polstret gunga, takfläkt, elektrisk grill och all-weather-matta. Medan du befinner dig på farten, är din integritet säkerställd av ett naturområde med en mängd olika träd och buskar. Verandaen kan nås av antingen vardagsrummet eller sovrummet.

Den True Blue Golf Course ligger på en tidigare ris och indigo planering. Dess rullande terräng och inbyggd vegetation gör det till en av de mest spektakulära inställningarna i golf.

Reviewer Comments: The TB condo was perfectly located and very convenient to golf courses and restaurants; we played True Blue, Caledonia, River Club, Pawleys Plantation, and Wilbrook while staying there. The condo was clean and very comfortable, and spacious enough for my family. It was so EASY to deal with the rental agency. All the staff at Tidelife Vacation Rentals are super friendly and helpful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the undersized sheets, the uncomfortable living room furniture, the rusty knives, the low toilet and a washer that we never figured out what was wrong, I would NOT recommend this place. I think Tide Life employees should spend a week there.

A great property in a relaxing and quiet area

Nice property, the owner thought of everything: including games in the family room and laundry baskets in each closet to make it home away from home. There is however a need for the sofas to be deep cleaned for stains. I had to do some minor cleaning, sweeping and wiping down furniture: nothing major. Our sink in the master bedroom was clogged so I sent an email and a plumber was sent out the next day. I unfortunately was not made aware they were coming and so my son turned the plumber away because he did not know. I sent an email explaining that but no one responded so we dealt with a clogged sink for the remainder of our stay. I am sure it is unclogged now. The only other issue is we went to the beach and when we returned our door was ajar which spooked us; nothing was missing All in all it is a great property for couples, family or friends

Excellent Place

Property was extremely nice just as pictures showed. Master bedroom foundation was very squeaky and noisy and made it a little difficult to sleep. Perfectly located close to the beach. A lot of mosquitos. Probably just the excessive amount of rain that we had. Probably the best place we stayed at in Myrtle Beach

Amazing unit!!

It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for! It was a beautiful location right on the golf course and we could walk to the swimming pool. We really loved it!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent 4 blissful days. This was our second stay at Pawley's Pearl, and we were every bit as happy as when we stayed last year. It is by far our favorite vacation rental we've ever stayed at. It is exactly as shown; impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It has everything needed for a cozy, relaxing vacation. The beds are very comfortable, and they give you plenty of towels. It's close to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. If we needed anything, we could just go right down the road to Publix, which is very convenient. My family loves the pass for Huntington Beach State Park, as it's one of our favorite beaches. The kids liked walking the causeway and seeing birds and alligators just as much as playing on the beach. We also visited Brookgreen Gardens, and spent a day in Georgetown. If you're staying at Pawley's Pearl and have kids, I'd recommend the Litchfield Fish House. The food is good and the kids get a pirate themed treat and love playing on the pirate ship playset they have. Tidelife has great customer service, as we found on this trip. The day we checked in, we found that two of our TVs weren't working, so I called. They immediately came out to check. Though they graciously offered to move us, we chose to stay, because we love Pawley's Pearl that much. They got us another TV which was much appreciated. They were so good to us. We are already looking forward to coming back next summer.

Super vacation in Pawleys Pearl

Unit, large and airy, is exactly as depicted in the photos. Balcony with swing and rocking chairs was super. Manager was quick to help with a small issue. We hope to return here very soon.

Beautiful home w/ nice decor but needs new cleaning service.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very well decorated and in good condition. However when we arrive the floors were dirty with hair, dust and dirt. I had to sweep and mop all floors so our feet wouldn't stick to the them. I called and left housekeeping a message and never heard from them. We had to book and pay for an entire week and were only there Sunday-Friday so they had plenty of time to clean. Should get some sort of refund for having to clean when we arrived. We definitely left it in cleaner then we found it. Pools were beautiful but hot tubs needed water.

Perfect stay in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 night stay for us; hit the beach each day. Huntington Beach State Park had great facilities and PI was even closer to our condo. The Publix around the corner made for quick and easy stops for supplies. Plenty of quality restaurants nearby to choose from. Kitchen was fully stocked with some extras leftover from oreveiius stays. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and other beach items. The management was very courteous and attentive.
