Vår vackra 2400 kvm. Ft. Fem sovrum bostadsrätt ligger på Penthouse våning erbjuder panoramautsikt över havet med avkopplande havet vindar från den stora privata wrap runt balkong. Balkongen kan nås från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Ett fullt utrustat kök med vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit.
En vackert inredda villa har en stor master svit med king size-säng, platt-TV och DVD-spelare, jacuzzi, separat dusch och två handfat, granit och stor klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet har två queen-size sängar, platt-TV och DVD-spelare, privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med eget badrum, platt-TV och DVD-spelare, privat balkong med utsikt över havet. Den fjärde och femte sovrummen har havsutsikt och dela ett badrum, båda har platt-TV och DVD-spelare och alla har en drottning.

Such a Wonderful Stay!

We had the most awesome time for our holiday vacay! From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt right at home. It was 9 of us (including adults and children). It was the perfect location with everyone coming from different parts of the country. Everyone had their own space. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the view overlooking the beach was a plus! Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday we did a lot of cooking and it was plus to find all the utensils, bakeware, pots and pan, etc. that we needed! We're already talking about doing the same for next year..lol! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable, memorable Thanksgiving vacay!

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at this penthouse. There were 11 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in PH1506...but 4th time at Southwinds. We very much enjoyed our fall break...usually we come in July. This condo fulfilled our need for more beds but the decor seemed drabby and outdated. A heated pool would have been nice but hot tubs were available and utilized by young and old alike!

Enjoyed our family vacation, however updates are much needed. Chairs were zip tied together so they would not break. Painting needed to be done. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Big unit & plenty of room for the ten of us on this trip. Great view of the ocean from the top floor, and easy access to the beach. This unit needs some refreshing. You can tell this unit gets a lot of rental activity. It looks a little beat up. Also we encountered several cockroaches, both dead & alive. The pools weren’t the best either. For the price we paid, I expected more.

SO DIRTY

This was beyond dirty! Most of the TVs barley work. They need to find different cleaners. Mold in the bath rooms. Dust and crumbs everywhere. If you look under the night stand in the master bedroom is a old can of bud light beer. And lots of bugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice experience. Loved the size and features. The top floor was a bonus. Minor issues were a loose arm on a dining room chair, very small amount of what looked like mold in master shower, wind noise from under the front door and one queen bed should have been replaced. All other beds, pillows towels were clean and plentiful. Kitchen was well appointed. Living room is in good condition. A bit worn and dated in some places but would definitely like to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing stay! The penthouse condo was a great choice for our family vacation. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the living room furniture. The couches were all caved in and dated. Other than that it was incredible! Perfect oceanfront location, extremely convenient parking and not crowded at all! We go to Myrtle Beach every year and have never been able to come down and get a spot at the pool so easily! Not having to drive up 6 floors in a parking garage was great! We will definitely be staying at Southwind again!
