Ocean View 4 har utsikt över havet med fantastisk utsikt, och är en av en exklusiv utveckling av endast 6 terrasserade villor som delar en pool. Ocean View ligger i ett lugnt läge mycket nära en liten sandstrand. Fastigheten ligger bara 250 meter från centrum av Luz och dess största strand, restauranger, barer, kaféer och butiker. Denna luftkonditionerade fastighet är nyligen konstruerad, vackert inredd och möblerad till mycket hög standard. Fastigheten har en stor öppen planlösning / matplats med vägg-till-vägg / golv-till-tak altandörrar som ger en fantastisk utsikt över havet och öppnar ut mot en rymlig terrass (med utdragbar skugga) och gräsmatta utrustad med utemöbler. Köket är stort och fullt utrustat med moderna apparater. På övervåningen har fastigheten 3 sovrum (1 dubbel och 2 tvåbäddsrum) och 2 badrum (ett badrum). Luz is great

Property is excellent; unit is nicer than the photos show! Location just outside the town centre is perfect; 3 minute walk yet dark and quiet at night. All good, 5 stars all around.

The view from this villa was absolutely stunning. The villa itself was spotless, beds were comfortable and the main living area was spacious. Villa was also within walking distance of several restaurants, supermarket and public sandy beach. Property Manager was responsive to any questions and very pleasant. If we were to return to Portugal I would stay here again!

Beautiful View and Quiet Stay

Our family was looking for a quiet place to enjoy being by the ocean and this house was a wonderful fit. Hearing the waves at night was a dream come true. The town of Luz was optimal for us as well as it had just enough of everything to keep us fed and entertained. The walk to the two nearby grocery stores is pleasant. The walk to the beach is easy with towels and beach supplies in tow. We want to come back.

Breathtaking

Amazing view of the ocean. Huge villa with everything you need, the underground parking is such a treat. Less than 10mins walk from the beach, but in a quiet spot. The pictures really don't make it justice, it is simply wonderful

Exceeded expectations! Spectacular!

We loved everything about this property. The view is incredible and the way the house it's set back from and above the road makes it very private. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. Underground garage was very convenient. The town and beach are a short and pleasant walk away, and we really loved the vibe there. Plenty of restaurants and shops, but never so busy that you couldn't get a seat. The beach was gorgeous and wide, with plenty of umbrellas and lounges to rent. Water was definitely cold, but very clear and refreshing. We enjoyed every minute at this property and hope to be back some day!

Perfect

High quality property in perfect location. The house is large and finished to a very high standard, with top end equipment fitted to kitchen and bathrooms. It overlooks the sea and is a short level stroll into the village. The pictures shown are very poor, and really don't do the place justice.

Great Villa

Our stay was more than we expected. The location was great, clean and Jane was awesome. She reached out to us while we were traveling and stopped by to make sure everything was good. Check in was easy. We cannot say enough about our stay. We look forward to going back.

More than we anticipated

We booked this property sometime in advance of our stay. By the time we arrived, it had been renovated to an even higher standard than when we booked. Located on the water with a magnificent view of the sea you will be lured to sleep by the sound of the surf, cook in a well equipped ultra modern kitchen (or walk to any of a dozen restaurants). An ideal vacation experience!

Beautiful 3BR, delightfully situated property within a stones throw of the coast of Praia de Luz

Thank you, Liz for sharing your wonderful property. There are many to choose from, but not many with such close proximity to the ocean, while only a brief walk to the center of Luz. We loved the coastal trails which we could take, just steps from the front door ... walking to other towns along the spectacular Algarve coast. Such a fun adventure. And Liz and her property managers were quick to provide assistance of any kind, should it be needed.

Ocean View, the clue really is in the title!

Our 9th time at Ocean View 4 in Luz and each time it gets better. It is the perfect place to instantly relax. Trust me, the view takes some beating, fantastic. The villa is far enough away from the town to be lovely and quiet but close enough to make all the amenities easily accessible. It has all the things you will need and more, it really is lovely. The garden overlooking the ocean is a gem, there are plenty of things to do in Luz though you may not want to leave that garden! An easy five stars out of five.

Fantastic property!

We spent 4 days at the property and it was amazing! The best part of it in my opinion is the view onto the ocean and nearby cliffs. Really a great spot to sit out while taking in the view. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The villa is modern and seems to have been completely renovated. It’s a quiet area but you can walk to the restaurants and bars in a few minutes. The beach is not much further. Lagos is maybe a 10min drive as well if you want something more. We found this to be a perfect location. The underground parking is a bonus if you have a car. It’s tight but easily doable. There is a small pool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Looks like it would be a nice spot to take a dip if the weather was warmer. Overall we loved this place and would definitely return. Thank you!

Great location - Basic minimums

Stayed for 4 nights September 2016. House has great views overlooking ocean.Loved the quiet area and location.Town house style with terrace and good size. Amenities were minimal...and place needs some TLC.. Master shower needs mounting redone. Shower head doesn't,t hold in place and water flow either burning hot or cold...Needs a regulator... Towels are very small and need to be changed..They were white at one point... No garbage in master bathroom. Needed a small plastic bag for waste. On terrace,no umbrella to shelter from the sun. Dishes available were ok but not sufficient. Furniture in living room uncomfortable and dated...blankets over stained cushions... In summary.It was acceptable but could be a lot better addressing some of the above...

OVERALL VERY GOOD, BUT THE DEVIL'S IN THE DETAILS. (READ ON.) First, there's plenty to like and enjoy about this rental. It was very clean when we arrived, the views are incredible, the location and closeness to the small town of is wonderful. The secured garage below is a real plus and plenty of towels. Now the devil being in the details. There were a few things that were a drawback for example when we arrived there was no clean sponge, there wasn't any soap to wash dishes and there wasn't any soap for the washing machine. In addition bags were needed for the garbage can to change it daily as they requested and none were provided. These were all things we had to purchase ourselves. Not the end of the world but something I would expect. One of the bathtubs drained very very slowly so taking a shower wasn't much fun in that one. Also, and maybe there's something going on in the property manager's life, but we texted him on the second day of our 7-day rental about some supplies that were needed and we've never heard back from him. So less than optimum communication. So overall certainly thumbs up, like I said the view is absolutely fantastic and it would handle six people nicely though the kitchen could have a bit more in the way of good cooking implements for those who really enjoy cooking on their own while staying in a place. Finally, would have preferred to have known the rental would have towels refreshed and a light cleaning. Great they did this, but a real surprise when two people showed up wanting to come in.

We never imagined we'd own a holiday property as we love to travel and explore new places. We had our first holiday in the Algarve with our little boy, then 2. We stayed in one of the 6 properties that make up Ocean View. We had a fantastic time. It got us thinking about how relaxed family holidays would be if we knew what to expect when we got there. The idea of going somewhere new and different made our little boy rather anxious. 2 years later we returned to Praia da Luz having decided to try and buy a property. We couldn't quite believe it when Ocean View 4 was available to buy just when we were visiting. Having compared this to lots of other properties, we just couldn't beat the location and view - so peaceful and relaxing.

We just love the location. A view to enjoy and photograph time after time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Far enough away from everything to be peaceful.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Ocean View is truly a view you'll want to photograph and enjoy day after day! You will also enjoy the spaciousness of the inside of the villa. Even when the villa is full with 6 adults you will still feel like there is plenty of space for you all. The upstairs balcony is a great place to hide away and read your book. The shared swimming pool is in a lovely location again with a fab view and it can be a bonus that the noise of the pool is set far enough away that it won't disturb. For people with very young children, not having a pool immediately outside your sliding doors can be a relief, no need to worry the little ones will venture out on their own. We visit twice a year at the beginning and end of the season to enjoy a holiday and to check the place over. We take pride in knowing it is well equipped and well presented.
