Det var ett trevligt hus lungt läge nära till bad

Köksutrustning kunde vara bättre slöa knivar,uppläggningsfat saknades osv.

Fint hus med bra läge!

Bra boende, stort och rymligt för 12 personer och barnutrustat med grind och barnstolar. Fin utsikt mot Atlanten. Några lampor vid poolen fungerade inte och det lösa parasollet passade inte i foten. Lite fågelspillning på balkongen vid träden. Poolvattnet blev dåligt de sista dagarna. Men helhetsintrycket var mycket bra!

mooie villa

De villa is een grote lijnen oke. er is wel wat meer aandacht nodig aan het schoonmaken vooral stoffen en de glazen en bestek waren niet schoon. de meubels zijn veroudert, het zwembad is fantastisch met lekker warm water. en voor de rest was het allemaal goed ook vanwege het buiten leven.

Beautiful villa, stunning views

Just back from a fabulous stay at this villa. Easy to find, efficient check in and Ian and Sheila were very helpful with any questions we had. Some very good restaurants and a couple of local supermarkets, within a 10 mins walk (downhill) and we managed to get taxi's back up the hill for around €5. Can be walked but one of our party has reduced mobility so taxi was needed. Rooms all spacious and very clean. Good outside spaces to use and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and will likely book again! Thank you.

Fine Holiday Home

Data in other reviewes was quite accurate and I knew what to expect. House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was recently renowated I think and applineces were newer used since water tabs of washers were closed and it took some time to find them behind furniture, but now they are open so you do not need to worry about it. Anyways I would consider renting this house again.

Points négatifs : à notre arrivée, évacuation d’une douche complètement bouchée et fuite d’un WC.

Vaisselle trop réduite. Odeurs désagréables dans une salle d’eau. Pas de pot d’accueil . Des améliorations doivent être apportées.

Great holiday in a lovely location

We had a great holiday in this lovely villa. Booking was easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. The villa is I. A lovely peaceful location and has excellent views however, travels should beware that it is uphill and may not be suitable for those less mobile. All required amenities are close by and bus/ taxi service is excellent to neighbouring towns. All in a lovely holiday location

God beliggenhed

Vi havde en dejlig uge i Calle Salvaje. Huset har en god størrelse og en skøn pool. Huset er dog meget slidt og billederne lever ikke op til forventningerne. Man kan ikke sidde samlet 12 personer, som huset er til, hverken ude eller inde. Inde er der plads til 10 ved spisebordet og ude er der plads til 6. Det er ikke optimalt, når man gerne vil spise måltider sammen. Køkkenet er ok, men lægger ikke op til madlavning. Der er kun 1 køleskab og en lille fryser. Alle værelserne er fine, men man skal være opmærksom på, at der fx nedenunder er tre værelser, som deler et badeværelse. Byen, som huset ligger i er lille, men med rigtig gode restauranter og bagerier. Der er en god lille badestrand i byen også. Vi blev kontaktet på vores anden sidste dag i huset af udlejer, som fortalte at vi kunne blive i huset på vores afrejsedag til vi skulle med flyet om aftenen, hvilket var en fantastisk service, som vi satte meget stor pris på. Så slidt, men dejligt hus.

New year stay in Tenerifey

Lovely stay

6 Adults, 3 kids, 2 teenagers. The villa was lovely and served its purpose for us. Pool and area clean and maintained. The back bedroom with king beds was very warm, fans were provided however and the other rooms were much cooler. Kitchen facilities were great. Top deck unsuitable for little ones (just to be aware). We used the BBQ few times and outside dining was pleasant. The area is residential and very quiet. The resort at the bottom of the hill is small but has a couple of nice bars and restaurants. We took taxis to Las Americas €20 each way roughly on a couple of evenings. Also Siam park. Be aware there is quite a walk (1/2 mile at least uphill) back to the villa from the resort area and in the heat can be too much for some though not a problem as such. You can walk to Hard Rock hotel via the coastal path, it’s approx 1.75 miles from the villa and had other bars/restaurants.,

Family holiday

Villa had everything we needed for our holiday plenty space for all the family , walk down to the shops was good but was not so going going back up , lots of chill and freezer space for shopping , keeping the pool covered certainly helped to keep it warm and welcome pack was good for a late night arrival.

Lovely villa

The villa was wonderful. Local shops/restaurants were just a 10 min walk down the hill. There were 7 adults in our group and the villa was plenty big enough for us all. Would definitely rebook for another time.

Gorgeous villa

Stayed here recently as a group of 11. We had great communication from the villa owner right from the off and they were helpful in accommodating us and my many questions! Villa has great views, there are a few shops/couple of restaurants 10 min walk downhill which were fab & a couple of supermarkets too. Great info pack provided in the villa and all rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and bedding to go round. The rooftop terrace is a sun trap - and is lovely, as well as the balcony above the pool. Even though there were 11 of us, it didn't feel as if we were all on top of eachother! There is a dining table inside the villa and also tables outside on the upstairs patio - so plenty of room for a sit down meal all together... The TV had plenty of channels, but we didnt use this. Taxis were easy to get into neighbouring areas, and reasonably priced - bus stops are near by too! Would 100% recommend the villa and would return in the future !!! Thanks for a great stay! We had a great time ! ☺

Villa Las Vistas week 13

Prima locatie. Huis zeer geschikt voor ons met 7 volwassenen, 4 kinderen en een baby. Van het zwembad is veel gebruik gemaakt. Badkamer beneden rook wat onfris uit de afvoer(en). In ëén wastafel bleef water staan (bij de slaapkamer met de 2 eenpersoonsbedden). Wat we misten: keukenrol, afwasmiddel, meer WC papier, een plank in de gedateerde badkamer boven en meer handdoek haken, een groter koffiezetapparaat. Over het algemeen een prima verblijf gehad zowel in het huis als op Tenerife. Met 2 huurauto's hebben we het hele eiland verkend met gemiddeld gesproken prima weer. Deze villa is aan te bevelen.

Fab Villa

The villa is fantastic. There was 10 adults, 4 kids and 2 infants in our party. Like other comments we had to move furniture to make it safer for the infants. The facilities within the villa are excellent, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board & iron so lots of home comforts. Netflixs and U Tube on the TV were a godsend for the younger kids who watched cartoons all the time. The villa was spotless and plenty room for everyone. A couple of suggestions for areas of improvement (1) A whirly gig or washing lines for drying clothes, 2 clothes horses not enough for large parties. (2) The garden at front of villa made into flat grass area to allow young children some freedom. The pool area not safe for young children. The astro-turf area above pool is lovely but quite small and not closed off. (3) Good facilities for infants, travel cots, high chairs, bath etc. The only thing missing for us was baby walker. (4) Additional pillows for bed. Two not enough. You wont be disappointed with the villa however the location was a bit far out for us. You had a 10/15min walk to nearest shops, bars & restaurants which going was ok as was all downhill however coming back was all uphill and the hill is very steep. There is a taxi rank at the bottom of hill but you could wait up to 15mins for a taxi at certain times. We went by taxi to Lidls which cost us €10 each way. Well worth it as saved us a fortune on food shopping. If going to Villa I would definitely recommend you hire a car. From reading previous comments we hired Kenny for our airport transfers, he has an 8 seater mini bus and another 4seater taxi, he had to do a double run for us but couldnt have been more helpful and I would highly recommend him. The villa will give you his contact details. The heated pool in the villa was lovely, It was cleaned once during our stay. It is quite deep so not ideal for younger children or non swimmers. Overall the villa was fantastic just too far out for us location wise but would return if we had acess to hired car. Hosts were helpful and provided adequate information. No issues there,

Holiday of a lifetime and we had a lovely relaxing time!

5 of us stayed here in March for my Mum's 70th birthday. The property was big enough that we didn't feel on top of each other at any time, but could eat together on the balcony or sit together around the pool. The stairs aren't for the faint hearted or lesser mobile though. The heated pool wasn't particularly warm, it still took a couple of attempts to brave getting in, but once you were in it was fine and we certainly made the most of it. The pool man came one day and said he'd be back at 9am the next day to clean the pool, but he never showed up - we fished a few leaves out ourselves. The kitchen was spacious and we appreciated the 2 large fridges for storing food and alcohol. The blender/smoothie maker was also useful for making cocktails! Loved that there was a dishwasher so noone had to spend ages over the sink too. There was a drainage smell in the upstairs bathroom but nothing major and it was kept at bay by having the window open all the time. Only one set of keys was a bit of a hindrance as we did go out separately several times and extra keys would've been useful. The BBQ looked like it had seen better days so we didn't use that, but didn't really miss it in the end. We booked Kenny on the advice of several reviews here but really wish we hadn't. We arrived on time to find him and his wife (partner?) in a vile mood. We were snapped at, rushed and hustled up a hill to the van, where he proceeded to have a right go at her for sitting 2 of us in the front of the van. We tried to help put our luggage in the van but he dismissed us and insisted we just got in, only to find when we arrived at the villa that a bag of duty free alcohol had gone missing! We stopped at Lidl for some shopping, but were rushed and pushed all the way around by his wife who kept telling us it was about to shut (it wasn't). They said they'd go back to the airport to look for the duty free but couldn't find it. Due to the horrible uncomfortable atmosphere and attitude of them both, we cancelled our return trip and booked a local taxi instead, to which he replied that they'd found our alcohol and enjoyed it very much. So he's either a thief or a liar!! Avoid!! Special mention to Nebula, the first bar down the hill, and their ice cream cocktails. And the Romantica restaurant and their fish dishes. Must try both of them! Holiday of a lifetime really, villa with a private pool. Stunning sunsets too, especially from the roof. Thank you!

Awesome villa.

GOOD FAMILY HOLIDAY

We stayed a villa la vistas for 1 week over the new year. The villa is child friendly and has plenty of outside space. It contains everything you would require for a family holiday. The only let down would be a permanent smell from sewers in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Providing only one set of keys for a group off 12 people is also not very practical, this is why i have only given 4 stars , i messaged the owner via Home away on our second day and am still awaiting a reply ,The property manager called in and she gave me some boloney about the keys going to england by mistake (20 euro would get 2 keys cut and save a lot of hassle for the paying guests)

Fantastic villa and just loved are time hear and will be looking to book again if possible

Thank you so much . We have all had a fantastic holiday and the villa has just made are trip its just stunning . Had everything we could have asked for and more. All infomation given so easy to follow and we will try and book for next year if we can . All are friends and Family have been told about the villa and all looking on the web site and seen all are photos . So relaxing hear and very quite at the villa as but if you want to go for a night out or down the sea front to bars etc its just a short taxi ride or bus ride for a few Euros . A very very big thank you again from all 11 of us . Hope to be back 2019. Berty

Good location, villa needs a decent clean

On arrival there were comments from the ladies that the villa was still in a state of refurbishment. It wasn't very clean and some areas definitely need repair. Toilets need a good scrub down. A few cockroaches which isn't a great surprise in Tenerife and the neighbours said they had a big problem with them. I would have expected better for the amount we paid. Pool guy was good, location is good and fortunately the holiday went well for everybody. We would definitely choose this area again but in a different property.
