The View Too är en nyrenoverad stuga i Grandview Resort. Det är bekvämt beläget bara några minuter från allt det roliga och handlande i Pigeon Forge. Från det ögonblick du anländer kommer dina bekymmer att börja smälta bort. Stugan är perfekt för din familjesemester, par reträtt eller romantisk tillflyktsort. Det är bekvämt inredda och alla dina behov har förväntats.

Den första våningen har ett vardagsrum med 57 tum HDTV och Blu-Ray-spelare. Det finns en bekväm drottning bäddsoffa och kärlekssäte anordnade för konversation. Intill vardagsrummet ligger en frukostkrog med gårdsbord och det fullt utrustade köket med rostfria vitvaror. Precis utanför frukostkroken är ett 1/2 bad. Master Suite på första våningen är elegant inredda. Den har en kuddstormadrass med stor storlek och privat badrum. Sviten har en 39 tums 4K HDTV och Blu-Ray-spelare.

Den första våningen Wrap Around Deck har en gasgrill och picknickbord; perfekt för uteservering eller brädspel.

Hjärtat i Second Floor är det fantastiska Game Room. Den har ett Air Hockey-bord, Foosball-bord och 60-i-ett arkadmaskin med alla dina klassiska favoriter som Pac-Man och Frogger och Donkey Kong. Rummet har en 65 tums 4K HD-TV med ljudstång och driven subwoofer för en teater som tittarupplevelse medan du ligger på den vila sektionssoffan. Det finns också ett bord för spel eller servering av snacks. Barnen kommer absolut att älska den unika, specialbyggda trippel våningssäng. Spelrummet serveras av ett 1/2 bad.

På övervåningen har en fantastisk utsikt över Mt. LeConte and the Smokys och är en utmärkt plats att börja eller avsluta din dag. Koppla av i den enorma bubbelpoolen eller njut av utsikten från gungstolarna eller svängarna för veranda.

Second Suite Master Suite är lyxigt inredda och har 16 fot välvda tak. Den har en plysch King Size madrass med kudde. Titta på TV på 39 Tums 4K HD-TV och Blu-Ray-spelare. Det enorma privata badet har en egen 2-personers jacuzzi och ångdusch.

Checking in after dark was tough. All of the houses look alike and there was no light on the house number. No shampoo. Dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival. Pretty warm upstairs so if in summer or fall make sure you win rock paper scissors for the downstairs bedroom.

Family Vacation

Arrived on Tuesday left on Sunday. 2 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids.The cabin was dirty. It had not been dusted in years and the floors were disgusting. The trash cans were already full when we arrived and the trash never got picked up.The community pool was nice accept the water features in the kids area did not in the work and when we asked they said they haven’t seen them on in years. The cabin would have been nice if it wasn’t so dirty.

Game Room was a hit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View Too! Cabin was just as advertised and the game room was a hit with our teens and pre teen. Only had a few light bulbs that needed replacing but Luis (maintenance) got us squared away and was so nice to come out on a Sunday. Of course the view is amazing, and neighbors are close but friendly. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others as well.

Great Place To Stay

This cabin was a great place to stay. It’s in a convenient location to many attractions, restaurant, and stores. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities that you need. Large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and the family room was very nice. The bunk beds were a plus for the children.

Wonderful mountain getaway

The layout was perfect for a family with teenagers.they had their own space and enjoyed the gameroom. The cabin was very nice and came fully equipped with everything mentioned. We would definitely stay again.lloyd is a great host.

Gorgeous mountain cabin!

Located in a mountain top subdivision, this cabin offers a deck with Hot Tub and swing that overlooks the mountains! The Inside offered a beautiful full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, Utensils… Everything we needed! Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms And flatscreen TVs along with a first floor family room with TV and second floor great room with TV, along Air hockey, foosball table, and a video game which month there was plenty to do anytime. Love the deck for morning coffees and relaxing in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this property!!

Peaceful

Very nice, clean, & close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Minor Hut Tub issues which were communicated and immediately addressed. Visited Alpine Mountain Coaster, Zorbing at Gravity Park, shopped at The Island, ate at Smokey Mountain Brewhouse, Ole Red, and visited Paula Deans Lumberjack Feud. Weather held out, a brief rain but didnt alter our plans. So grateful we were able to enjoy this Cabin! Thank You!!!

The hot tub didn’t work, even after the maintenance man walked us through how to turn the breaker on, it still didn’t get hot. The games are very tricky to turn on. There was no communication about check in before we got there, we had to request it. The breaker was off for the air condition when we got there. Needs work.

Good stay

Good stay. Very quiet and comfortable. The cabin is not an open concept - upstairs is completely separate from downstairs. Which can be good depending on what you are looking for. The cabin felt a little dark at times -, especially downstairs. The "view" was minimal - I think we expected something more. The swimming area was not appealing to our group. Ice maker did not work and we had to go buy our own ice. The bunk beds upstairs seemed short - not comfortable for teenagers or adults. However, overall we had a good time and enjoyed the cabin.

Should have read the reviews better

I’ll start off by saying it was all in the reviews. Had I read them prior to going, I wouldn’t have been surprised. the description says recently renovated. Per the owner the steam showers are 11+ years old and when I called him about them not working he said, oh yeah when I was there two weeks ago they weren’t working either, I’ll have to replace them. I told him I was really looking forward to that, and he said, well take a really hot shower and close the door. Multiple lights were still burned out and never replaced. I tried calling the number for the cleaning person and never got an answer, when I called the maintenance guy, he said he had never worked on this cabin and would call the owner. The owner did call me back right away. I told him the hot tub smelled so bad of mold and mildew and was slimy. He said it was drained with every persons stay and he could have maintenance come drain it again. I explained that wasn’t the problem. It needed chemicals and cleaned and a new cover. The smell was so bad that I had to shower to get the smell off of me. After being told he was aware the steam showers were broken I didn’t even bother calling him about anything else. All of the comments about the jacuzzi tub randomly turning on, 100% correct! Scared the crap out of me. I love the big windows throughout the upstairs but it suck to sleep. Once my kids were in bed we couldn’t do anything because the bunk bed is in the loft. I have more limited character

Cabin was in a nice location. Upstairs was unswept and previous residents left some trash, the air hockey table did not work. The fridge needs a new air and water filter. But besides those the stay was nice.

There was dust all in the rooms ceiling fans look like they’ve haven’t been dusted in months. It’s very very hot upstairs just needs to be cleaned up a lot more than what I expected it to be but all in all it was a great stay wish I could get some of my money back because my husband did get very sick because of the dust.

Home away from home

This was a beautiful spacious cabin. It had everything we needed to accommodate our families week long stay. It was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed such as some of the remotes needed fresh batteries so we had to share remotes to operate the tvs, the whirlpool tub jets and lights do not work so essentially it's just an oversized tub to bathe in, and the hot tub temperature button doesn't work so the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We very much enjoyed the game room amenities and having a washer and dryer was a big help so we didn't have to come home from vacation and do a bunch of laundry. The view from the porch swing was beautiful! Highly recommend!

2nd Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location (not far from town, but far enough for a peaceful stay)! We love how roomy the cabin is. Everyone can have their own space. My only reason for rating it a 4 would be the cabin is in need of some newer pots and pans and more spoons. We always like to grocery shop and cook once or twice to save a little money and the lack of pots/pans made it difficult. Overall, you will not be disappointed staying here!

Great location, kid friendly

This cabin was perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the upstairs area with bunk beds, TV, games, hot tub. Location was great and very quick responses from owner when requesting to add a day to reservation.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have a 4 Bedroom cabin in same development, THE VIEW, 340601. We love it but we wanted a smaller cabin we could enjoy when the whole family was not traveling together. Our requirements were the same. A great view, close to town, no steep or winding roads. Easy in, easy out no matter the weather. Luckily THE VIEW TOO became available just a stones throw away from our other cabin.

You can't beat the location. Grandview Resort is a smaller development just minutes away from Pigeon Forge. Great Views and not as touristy as most developments. First rate Community Pool and Guests get 50% discount at Wahoo Ziplines. The ability to take shortcuts means you will never have to fight traffic on the Parkway.
