Huset är helt nytt, färdigt i december 2015. Huset är designat av den lokala arkitekten Bryan McCloskey med interiörarkitekter A B Connor & Associates och är både vackert och funktionellt med utsikt från alla rum. Huset har högt i tak och trägolv i hela.
Den första våningen erbjuder täckt parkering, två utomhusduschar med varmt vatten och täckt utomhusbebyggelse med sex personer. Trädgården är helt inhägnad och har en pool och en eldstad. På andra våningen finns kök, vardagsrum, ett utomhusdäck, ett pulverrum, ett tvättstuga och sovrummet (queen size-säng med kudde) med ett otroligt badrum.
Den tredje våningen har två sovrum och ett Jack-and-Jill-badrum. Varje sovrum har två enkelsängar och en TV.
Slutligen är tornet på tredje våningen det perfekta utrymmet för att titta på kusten, spela spel eller koppla av och läsa en bok.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our three boys, it was more than enough space for the five of us! We couldn’t have asked for a better location either, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and surf shops. The owner was attentive and helpful with questions. If our plans allow, we will definitely be back next summer!

Gorgeous Beach House

This gorgeous home is in the perfect spot! Close to all the restaurants & shops and just steps to the beach!! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be coming again!

Love St. Augustine

Love the St. Augustine area and this house! The house is well-maintained and just a few steps from the beach. We love the view from the porch. The private pool is a bonus! This year more beach supplies were added…another bonus.

Great beach house

The house was amazing. The location was perfect and the pool in the back yard capped it Off. This was our favorite place to stay so far and definitely plan on rebooking in the next few months. It was super nice and clean. Loved the house!!!

Perfect Getaway

The location of this house was excellent. Just what the wife and I wanted. It is like a 2 minute walk to be on the beach. Will be back as as possible.

Just what we needed

With our kids grown into twenty-somethings and flung across the country, we needed someplace we could converge and relax. It was perfect! We loved being able to walk out the door and down to the beach. Ice cream? Less than five minutes away. Outings? The state park is a great place to go kayaking and see dolphins, stingrays, turtles, and all kinds of birds. The house had everything we needed to relax, cook our meals, and enjoy time together. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We found we didn't really use the swimming pool but it was nice to have the option. It was a lovely vacation!

Nice house- good location

Renting process was easy- the house is the prettiest one on the street. Hotels on both sides and maybe rental properties across the street? College kids staying there during our stay. It’s also on the same block as public restrooms so plenty of foot traffic walking by. The front porch is a great hangout! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance- just be prepared to wait at the Sunset Grille. Panama Hatties is fantastic and we loved Obie’s filling station. A few disappointing things about the house- the master bed is tiny!! Not a queen as advertised but full size. Other furniture in living room is not made for tall or big people either. The pool and fire pit were nice but pool light was broken. There were not many cleaning supplies- only enough cascade to run dishwasher 2 times and I had to buy hand soap and paper towels. The kitchen appliances are awesome and the owner gave us a discount to extend our stay one night!!! We enjoyed visiting old town St Augustine! Oh be sure to get a Philly cheesesteak if you go there and Schmagel’s bagels salt bagel with green olive cream cheese!! They close at 2! Overall a great trip.

What a wonderful house. It is so close to the beach. The pool was very nice and it is only 10 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. We had a fantastic time.

Stayed here multiple times. Great addition of full bathroom to pool area since last year. Centrally located for restaurants and ice cream. Beach is fantastic. Overall house is wonderful and perfect for our family. House needs beach towels (we couldn't find any but brought our own). Also the ring game downstairs has been removed which we used to spend a lot of time having fun playing.

We really loved this house! Plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. The views of the ocean from the front porch were amazing and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Will definitely come back!

Great beach house and perfect location!

This is the perfect beach house vacation! Very nice home with a private pool. The beach is steps away (1/2 block away) and there is an ocean view from the tower room, living room, and 2nd floor porch. Everything inside is clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room/dining room is a great area to relax with family. The owners make the check in process easy and seamless. Beach shops, ice cream, and several restaurants are all within a short walking distance. We have stayed at this property numerous times and plan to do so again. Definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a great home within steps to the beach!
