Vi köpte villan under sommaren 08 att gratulera våra övriga egendom Villa Limone (CY1103) som är 400 meter bort. Villan har genomgått en omfattande renovering, nya möbler och inredning, nya toppmoderna kök och badrum, komplett redec hela! Villan är perfekt för familjer eller par och är inredd till en mycket hög standard, dess perfekt för att låta hela året med air con som värmer och gas värmeelement. Det erbjuder rymliga öppen planlösning boende. Det finns en stor privat trädgård off road parkering, småsten, plantering och liten uteplats på framsidan och omfattande uteplats runt poolen åt sidan med massor av utrymme för solbad. Den kaklade poolen är sol uppvärmd möjliggör simning större delen av året och med fantastisk utsikt över till Coralia Beach och havet. Det finns en gasolgrill för uteservering. Butiker, restauranger, barer och snabbköp, ligger alla inom en 2 minuters promenad som är världsberömda stränderna. Busshållplats med regelbunden service till Paphos och vattenparken. Att bo hos oss är berättigade till rabatter på många turistattraktioner och restauranger

We loved our 2 week stay at Villa Finikia. The perfect location just a few minutes walk from Corallia Beach, and Coral Bay just a few minutes further. We split our time between the pool and the beach, and a few days out exploring. No need for a car as walking and buses got us around easily, we were mainly looking for a good chill. Lots of wonderful places to eat (lots of info included in the welcome folder including now our recommendations!) plus we cooked too (main supermarket Philippos is a 20/25 min walk away and then they give you a lift back with your shopping!) and we did a fabulous BBQ one night. Villa is well equipped with a helpful welcome pack, and mostly quiet. Loved the pool and enjoyed cards nights outside at the table. Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony, beach and local taverna. Perfect family relaxation break!

This was our first time staying in a villa and what an experience! We loved it! The villa was well equipped with everything you needed. The water cooler was a bonus as it was so hot! The welcome pack was much appreciated. The pool was amazing! We could not of asked for anything more! Lisa and felix were great hosts and very quick with thier communication. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for making our holiday memorable!

Great Villa

Great Villa, great location. Pool was so warm. Lots of towels provided. Lovely welcome pack with good quality products. A/C worked perfect. Hosts were excellent. Loved the see view from the balcony. Beds were very comfy. Lots of coat hangers. Will definitely book again.

Super Villa

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay - weather was glorious and the villa provided the perfect sanctuary for our family. Our group ranged from young children, young adults & my husband and I! Lots to do for everyone in the area! There is a supermarket, ATM & bar/ restaurant 150 yards away or alternatively you can walk 15 mins to Coral Bay strip. We usually caught the bus from outside supermarket (2) and then walked home. Lisa responded to any messages really quickly & nothing was too much trouble. Villa was as described, clean with lots of books & toys to keep little ones entertained when not enjoying the fab pool! We would definitely recommend and consider a return visit in the future! Thanks for having us!

There was no air conditioning in the downstairs, ONLY the bedrooms. The ONLY thing you have in the whole of the downstairs is one floor fan. The villa looks unloved, grubby, dirty, with old & very tired furniture/furnishings. The kitchen area is extremely dirty as is the living areas & downstairs toilet, as our extensive photographs will evidence. The corner of the downstairs entrance/lounge is clearly a dumping ground for old,damaged & dusty items. A lot of curtains had awful brown water stains & there was dirt, grime & multiple cobwebs on ceilings, corners, skirting boards & crevices. The picture of the front of the house is either a different villa or is a very old image which has been reversed, again something mentioned by previous reviews. Children can easily walk down the side of the property from the pool area & open the front gate onto the street. There are exposed/ bare wires on the floor at the side of the house, these are right next to a selection of children’s floating aids and toys. We informed the owner early the next morning as is required & asking what she was able to do. The response we received was awful, not at all professional/helpful, & we believe was very aggressive. No attempt was made to even address the issues of cleanliness. Due to the awful aggressive response from Lisa, something other customers have also encountered, we feel that potential new customers should be aware/consider alternative villas.

Great property. Excellent communication from the host in terms of directions and on arrival plenty literature in the property. Great location, very secluded and quite, so close to all amenities. Met both the hosts who are really nice and so helpful. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would definitely go back.

Excellent location. Great features, facilities and equipment.Pool was good for dips abd would be perfect in summer. Sea was warm so temperature not a problem overall for swimming in area in general.Nice welcome pack for first days breakfast.Convenient location for beach and uphill walk to town.Recommended tours, restaurants were very useful and helped with discount on jeep safari tour to mountains.Overall a great week in easter holidays.

Absolutely perfect

We had excellent communication from Lisa on how to get to the villa. On arrival the welcome pack exceeded anything I have had before and Lisa left a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday this was a lovely treat. The Villa was very clean and spacious with everything that you could need but a bonus was the water cooler this was very welcome. The outside had lots of seating areas and loungers. The pool was really clean and well looked after. The location was perfect for us as a base to travel from to other parts of Cyprus but with lots of facilities nearby a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants as well as the best supermarket Phillippos. We highly recommend a stay in this villa and look forward to returning next year.. Lisa and Felix are the perfect hosts they respond well if you need them and are very helpful but leave you in peace if you don’t need them.

Fantastic villa, just a very short walk from Coral Bay Beach. Very clean and tidy, also quite private which was a bonus!! Lisa and Felix were very helpful, arranged our airport transfers and a comfy apartment to stay in while we were waiting for our flight. Nice little welcome pack waiting for us which was a nice touch, and lots of info and tips on where to visit etc. Will definitely recommend!!

Lovely stay

The property was in a great location. A bit of a walk to coral bay strip with 2 young children in the heat but taxi super easy to get from Hotel opposite legends. The pool was nice Rooms to be expected for a villa with air con. One thing I would recommend is additional fans for the living area as the temperature was extremely hot due to heat wave and humidity for the time of year was unusual made it uncomfortable between 1pm and 4pm as we could only cool down in the bedrooms. The local restaurant were lovely, beach short walk and also very nice.

Lovely Villa

Villa was very good and we really appreciated Lisa allowing us to stay at the villa until we were due to leave for our flight home as we had a late flight. The pool was good, although a little deep at one end for our like, but that didn’t stop us using it every day bar one. The strip is a little uphill on the way there, but at least it was downhill coming back. We did catch the bus some nights. Our only disappointment was the lack of Cypriot restaurants within walking distance, as we do like to eat the local food when we’re on holiday, however there are plenty of restaurants if you like to mix up your cuisine.

Lovely relaxing Stay.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks over Christmas, the villa was perfect for our needs. Lisa & Felix were really welcoming and helpful with any concerns we had about how things worked. The villa has easy access to the beach and local bars & restaurants. The bus service is excellent so you don’t necessarily need a car. Unless you wish to travel and see more of the island. We were very lucky with the weather for December it was warm and sunny most days, cool in the evening but we had a great heating stove that kept us cosy and warm. Would definitely return.

Relaxing stay

This is a lovely property, away from the main strip of Coral Bay, which is easily reachable by bus. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach, with a supermarket just round the corner and several bars and restaurants nearby. The property itself has everything you could need for a relaxing break with plenty of outside seating for both relaxing and eating. The pool stayed warm for the whole of our visit, and was great with both shallow and deeper areas for the kids. The property itself is clean, tidy and well equipped. There are lots of books and games available, and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Lisa and Felix are really helpful, both in terms of communication before arrival and helping with any questions during the stay. Thank you for having us in your property, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else looking for somewhere in Coral Bay.

Great Villa, very spacious. Good location very private.

I really liked the villa it has nice big rooms and well laid out. The pool and outside area are great which is where you spend most of your time on holiday. It is very private with no overlooking which is just the way I like it. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Welcome pack was great and other basic items had also been left. Would go again.

Lovely Break which was much needed

We only stayed here for one of our two week stay because of an issue with the villa that was totally outwith Lisa and Felix's control. They rectified the situation promptly by moving us to another of their villas. This review is just for this villa. Communication prior to arrival and the overall booking process was excellent. Lisa was so prompt at responding to emails and nothing was too much trouble. Checking in to the villa was easy and everything was as expected. Late checkout was accommodate free of charge which when your flight isn't until 2250 is a huge plus! The villa is very spacious indoors and out and well equipped for all your needs. The welcome pack was much appreciated and meant we didn't have to rush out to the shop. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is good. There are plenty of books, games and children's toys should you need them. WIFI is fine and the TV and channel selection great should you need to watch it! The patio and pool area are lovely and we enjoyed just chilling out after a tough couple of months. The pool was cool as it is May so we weren't brave enough to venture in any further than the tops of our legs but I enjoyed sitting on the side and dangling my legs over to cool off. Location great, being quiet but close enough to anything you need via a short walk or bus ride. We had a fabulous time and hope to return. Also would use U2 car hire as recommended by Lisa, one of the best cars we have hired in Cyprus!!

A large, well equipped villa perfect for our group!

We booked the villa to have a quiet week away in the sun, as a group of friends in our 40’s and 50’s. Lisa was extremely helpful and arranged all our taxi’s at an excellent price, even though we were all flying in from different airports. We were delighted with the welcome pack of food and drinks, particularly the large water cooler, and it was a very thoughtful gesture. The villa has been updated and has a lot of nice touches. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent and only takes a few minutes to cool the room. The pool is a nice size and has steps, which is lovely for kids or middle aged women who want to get in slowly! Lots of sunbeds & tables & sun umbrellas. Pool towels were another nice touch. The patio furniture is perfect for the warm evenings, and we all sat and chatted for hours. Lisa and Felix had left a comprehensive advice booklet with restaurant discounts and recommendations which was extremely handy. The nearest beach at Coralio Bay/Beach is small coves with shallow water, perfect for kids. We spent most of our time at Coral bay, which is beautiful big bay with turquoise water. The villa is a great size and tbh just 4 of us found it ample space. Enormous sofas, Expat tv if you want uk tv, lots of chairs and tables. Thankyou to Lisa and Felix for all the thoughtful touches.

Great holiday

A great quiet location , lovely spacious modern clean villa ,with a fantastic swimming pool , all this is within walking distance to the beach , supermarket and local restaurants and bar’s. The welcome pack Is a nice touch and helpful after a late evening flight. Comfortable beds with good air con in the bedrooms. Outside space with plenty of sunny areas . Highly recommend a stay here .

Fantastic pool, great location

Enjoyed a 10 night stay & made great use of the fantastic pool. It was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was clean & homely. Fantastic location, minutes from the beach, mid size supermarket & local restaurants. We took a taxi to the main strip 2 nights & walked home (10 mins) when it was a little cooler! Communication with Lisa was efficient & helpful right from the beginning.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! After our decision to emigrate and the rental going so well we started to look for another property, we found Finikia in 2008, a perfect location but a bit of a wreck, we took the plunge bought it, gutted it, new kitchen, bathroom, decor, furniture and now have rented it ever since!
The villa is a perfect location, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
