Nice apartment but lacking in a few areas such as cutlery etc. Sadly the area is very hilly which is probably why we won't go again

Quiet and relaxing

We did enjoy our stay at yukka complex, but were lead to believe that it was a different apartment by the photos online. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not really up the standard. But on the whole the complex was clean lovely and quiet but maybe the apartment could have been a little cleaner and updated .. Thank you

Tenerife apartment

The location was good and local to all restaurants and the beach. The apartment was very spacious but could of been cleaner (cleaner floor). The beds were uncomfortable because of the firm mattresses. The owner was very informative and helpful and sorted out a safe key for us which was at an extra cost of 15 euros per week. The complex is well maintained by the pool area and the pool itself is kept spotless. We would use this complex again as it’s very local to all amenities.

Sehr gut - mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Super Lage (ruhig + nah zum Strand, 2 Terrassen), sehr gepflegte Anlage. Apartment an sich sauber, könnte aber Pflege vertragen: Küche mäßig (Vormieter hat Küche z. T. schmutzig hinterlassen, Pfannenbeschichtung war abgeschabt, Messer stumpf, dafür Waschmaschine fast neu). Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Mit etwas Mühe könnte es rundum super sein...

Très bel appartement propriétaire très serviable et disponible à toute heure et très gentil

Très belle résidence calme et au centre Mer et plage a 5 minutes Beaucoup de restaurants à côté Mini super marché à 3 minutes Très bon emplacement pour des vacances Appartement avec une terrasse au calme et à l ombre Propriétaire au top qui solutionné tous les problèmes rapidement

Brilliant location

The Yucca park complex is clean and well maintained but it's location is its prime asset. On leaving the complex you have a good selection of restaurants and it's just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small patio off the main bedroom and a larger patio off the lounge. The apartment is well maintained and appears well equipped although we don't do much cooking so can't be positive although I did notice that some of the pans weren't compatible with the induction hob. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was excellent. The complex has a nice pool area and there were plenty of lounges although some were past their best. We would definitely consider staying here again.

THE OWNER

The owner never did send us any details of the apartment.If he had we would not have gone. No cleaning.no Clean Towels No clean bedding. Had to wash your own.I e mailed the owner after the first week and he did engage a cleaner. The apartment was also double booked ? we certainly will not be returning and from what i can gather no one else does.

Очень хорошо.

Очень хорошее местоположение, отель очень тихий, апартаменты удобные. Было два минуса: не совсем чистая посуда, которую пришлось перемывать и кондиционер за дополнительную плату. В общем мы довольны, спасибо Seb!

Great apartment and lovely location

Although we have stayed in playa Fanabe before this is the first time we have stayed in a apartment , The apartment is great value for money the décor is a bit tired in places but you would get that anywhere . Seb the owner rang and checked everything was ok when we arrived and we only had to ring if there was any problems . The only real problem we had was working out the safe more info needed . As far as Yucca park goes nice pool bar run by a friendly couple but a shame it shuts a 5 .The only bad experience we had was the moody and miserable and quiet un helpful staff on reception . This is in a fab location we would love to vist again . thankyou Seb
