Puerto Alto är "platsen" i Estepona. Det är nära stränderna och marinan och ändå lugnt belägen i vackra anlagda trädgårdar som omger de två poolerna, varav en är barnvänlig. Lägenheten har lyxigt inredning med vackra moderna möbler och är luftkonditionerade. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, inbyggda garderober, säker, badrum med badkar, dusch, wc, bidé. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar som kan sammanfogas till en Kingsize-säng. Inbyggda garderober. Badrummet har dusch, handfat och wc. Den stora terrassen är söderläge och inte förbises, den ger sol hela dagen och har två soffor med soffbord och stolar alla rotting med krämdynor, bred utrullning skugga. Lägenheten har alla faciliteter som inkluderar storbilds-TV, Wifi och satellit, DVD och CD-spelare. Platsen är idealisk för alla. Inom gångavstånd från allt som behövs för en fantastisk semester. Barer, restauranger, stränder och en kort bilresa till alla golfbanor på Costa med 10 banor inom 10 km. Parasoll vid poolen.

Smashing place in paradise

Very nice apartment close to all amenities. Fully knitted out with views over the harbour. Debs was superb throughout the booking and personally phoned me with all the details We’ll come again.

Fantastic property close to everything you need

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. Situated in a beautiful complex with 2 really good size pools. The property is of a very high standard and has everything you need for your holiday. The huge balcony is just beautiful to sit with a book and a glass of wine or sangria! 5 mins walk to the marina which is lovely with several bars and restaurant. 20 mins walk to the old town which is definitely worth it! So much to see and do, we didn’t have enough time to explore everything so will definitely return! I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Debs!

Living in Costa Del Sol

We lived there for 3 months and found the location to be excellent. Close to grocery stores, gym, restaurants, marina, 15-20 minute walk to old town and easy access to walking trails and many golf courses. Unit was comfortable and we enjoyed the large terrace and the beautiful Puerta Alto grounds. Would be helpful to have a welcoming list with instructions for appliances and devices. It could also include recommended restaurants and other essential “touristy”information. Loved Estepona. ❤️

Great apartment and location

The apartment was beautiful, modern, well appointed and clean. The complex is well maintained and even in July there was no noise from other apartments. The two pools were well maintained the lower pool was mainly for adults and ball games were not allowed but the upper pool was family friendly and therefore busier. The adult pool closed at 6pm and the family pool at 9pm. Sunbed rules were great in that you collected your sunbed from the sunbed area and returned it before you left the pool area. Simple rules followed by everyone. The apartment is a close 10 minute walk to the harbour and the old town an easy 25 minute walk along the new promenade. There are taxis from the old town to the apartment but to be honest strolling back late evening people watching with all the families out and about was an evening out in itself. The view from the apartment is lovely but to get wonderful views it’s quite a uphill walk. It can feel a bit strenuous but it’s worth it and it wouldn’t put us off going again. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Quality Apartment

The apartment was lovely with quality furniture and very well equipped. We loved everything about it apart from the access either up a very steep road or through the complex the latter had many steps to climb We found these to be quite challenging you definitely need to be fit and have good mobility if staying here.

Well stocked, modern apartment in a great location.

Thoroughly well stocked apartment. Close to the harbour / port - but set in a very quiet complex (or at least it was in early May 2022). Only for the upwardly mobile - entrance on a steep hill and a flight of steps to contend with. Owner very helpful in providing map / details of restaurants etc. Would recommend.

Fin terrass för trevliga grillkvällar

Mycket tyst och bra läge. Fin terrass med sol mest hela dagen. Kanon att det fanns en gasolgrill att använda. Lägenheten helt ok, men skulle behövas uppdateras lite. Kan bara konstatera att sängarna och sofforna har använts av många… Det har regnat mycket vilket medfört svartmögel på vissa ställen i lägenheten. Antagligen inget farligt, men det ser inte trevligt ut. Vi hade iallafall en bra semester 😊

Everything was as promised

Great views, nice terrace, would rent this apartment again! Pool looked nice, but seagulls used it as their swimming pool too..However, very beautiful surroundings and easy to park car next to the building.

We’re so glad we chose Debs apartment to see what Puerto Alto is like, reckon it may be the best positioned in this well maintained Urbanización. We’ve stayed in other apartments and on occasion have had to go and purchase basics like wine glasses, but you can tell it’s used as someone’s second home as everything was there. I’m sure we will return...

Lovely stay in a brilliant development

Really lovely and bright apartment. Sun terrace is such a bonus, lovely space for eating and relaxing. The marina area of Estepona is lovely with good restaurants and bars. Would hugely recommend the Toros boat trips. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay! Thank you.

Great place to stay

This was a lovely light, airy and clean property. It felt like a home from home. Lovely sunny balcony overlooking the pool. You need to be reasonably fit to walk down the hill to the harbour and back, but very do-able. Great communication with Debs, who owns the property, and all the arrangements went extremely smoothly. We had a great 10 days, recommend the Wednesday and Sunday markets, a visit to the bull ring museum and a lovely walk along the promenade to the old town. We enjoyed all the restaurants we visited. Loved our visits to the nearby bay of Playa el Cristo and the Havana Beach Chiringuito. Will be back!

Lovely well located apartment

We spent 10 days at this property in August. We were delighted with the apartment. It is light and airy and as well as being well located for the port, it is well positioned within the complex itself. The balcony is another big plus to this property. It is large and open and there is a gas BBQ. We had a couple of family barbecues, which my daughter and family who were staying in the next urbanisation, greatly appreciated. Estepona itself is a lovely family resort, with a lively port, pretty promenade and old town which were awash with flowers. Look out for the many murals, some of which are local. The owners were very good at responding to my queries. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and resort.

Great location- large and spacious balcony

We stayed for just over a week with our toddler and the apartment was ideal. Well equipped kitchen, large balcony with awning and BBQ and good air conditioning. Plenty of storage. Pool and entire complex very clean and felt safe and secure (and quiet). Steep hill back up from the port but only a short walk. Easy parking outside. (Could ideally do with a high chair as “tie on/travel one” didn’t work on the highbacked chairs)

Fantastic stay in Estepona in an immaculate apartment which was perfectly located for amenities.

The apartment was of a very high standard and the owners had thought of everything to make this stay a home from home. Excellent cooking facilities, outdoor space was a good size and bbq was an added touch. Complex was well maintained and 2 pools were never busy. The location was perfect - a short walk to the harbour (10 mins) which had lots of restaurants- something for everyone. A promenade then ran from here along the beach. Lots for the kids to do - inflatables in the sea, swing parks and trampolines. Old town was 30min pleasant walk. The owners answered our questions promptly prior to our arrival and we would certainly return and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect stay

This beautifully presented 2 bedroom apartment has a super balcony (south facing) over the pools towards the harbour/port. The residence was well kept, although as it was early in the season ( end of April) the flowers were just being planted and only one pool was open. The main pool is 15m, I think, with the smaller one 12.5 metres long. Water temp was approx. 24 deg. The main bedroom had a patio door and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom and separate shower room were really good. The lounge had quality furniture and the kitchen was well fitted. Everything was very good. It's a short hilly walk to and from the nearby supermarket (5 minutes) and the port (10 minutes), but that didn't detract at all from our stay.....you're on holiday, take it easy!! It's a very pleasant 15 minute boulevard walk into Estepona from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants around the port, some English style , others Spanish...there's plenty to choose from. Overall a very pleasant relaxing stay. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment great location

Just returned from a lovely break. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need. The terrace is a lovely and big with sea views from the lounge and the master bedroom. The location is really good with the marina and the beach very close by. We had very good communications with Debbie before our arrival and she was lovely to deal with. We plan to return, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment, great value

This is a great, well proportioned apartment which easily accommodates 4 people. It has a nice view and is in a quiet part of Estepona. The apartment is well equipped with good quality appliances. There is air-con in the living room and both bedrooms which operated very quietly and very effectively at night - a definite bonus. The whole apartment was also spotless on arrival. 2 barbecues if you want to use them - we didn't because it was a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The Android TV device took a little getting used to but worked quite well once we got the hang of it. The WiFi was also pretty good. The complex itself is very well maintained - there were people cleaning, gardening and generally sorting stuff out all of the time. Clearly people are still moving into newly sold apartments. The terrace was huge and is easily configured to sit in the sun or shade as the mood takes. All in it made for a very relaxing week and we will recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Estepona.
