Rymlig och lyxig villa med fem sovrum, fyra badrum, ligger i utkanten av den berömda, vinproducerande byn Fitou.
April 2019 - Ommålad och ny dekor genom hela.
Det har en privat uppvärmd pool med solterrass och grillplats. En stor förhöjd terrass med vacker utsikt över de inre saltvattenlagorna, Medelhavet och Chateau de Fitou, som är upplyst på natten. Fastigheten sover 10 personer (max 6 vuxna, 4 barn / tonåringar plus 2 spädbarn i barnsängar) och dess fem sovrum och fyra badrum kan bekvämt rymma två familjer på separata våningar. Villan är ljus och luftig och fullt utrustad till en exceptionellt hög standard. Det fullt utrustade Schmidt-köket med bänkskivor i granit leder till en rymlig öppen planlösning och matplats. Lokala byfaciliteter ligger bara 8-10 min promenad och Medelhavets sandstränder och hamnar är en 10 minuters bilresa.

We had a wonderful week here. Check-in and check-out facilitated by Julie were smooth, informative and efficient. The villa is in a beautiful and calm area of Fitou. The villa is in exceptional condition with plenty of space and high level facilities. Living and bedroom areas are well furnished and very comfortable. Pool is well maintained as well as the outdoor areas.Could not recommend this property highly enough; cannot wait to return!!

Fantastic

The owners were very generous with their time ahead of the booking, answering our questions and being flexible around our dates and needs.The check in and out process were very easy, property manager is lovely, as is her husband who popped in one arranged morning to clean the pool. They were very generous with their local information.Daughter (4) kept getting lost the property was so big, a toilet for everyone! The layout worked really well for a family stay and the outdoor seating including shaded areas was perfect. Highlight though was the heated pool and all the pool toys. The infant flotation device was an unexpected highlight - kids only got out the water to eat and sleep. The place had everything we needed for the kids, bed guards, high chair, pool toys.Sadly the most immediate restaurant had shut down and the Spa supermarket was useless but everything is within a sensible drove

Fantastic Villa!

Fitou is a lovely town with very good links to the surrounding area and beyond. This Villa has all you need as a comfortable, clean and very well equipped base for exploration or just lazy days by the pool. The local hosts Ian and Julie looked after us very well and commucation with the owner Julie was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Un séjour parfait

La maison est idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Fitou. Elle est spacieuse propre, largement bien équipée pour passer des vacances en famille. Séjour très agréable avec une localisation idéale pour découvrir la région.II y a de nombreuses activités culturelles ou sportives, pour les jeunes ou les moins jeunes à moins d'une heure de route de la maison. La voiture reste indispensable. Par ailleurs, le quartier est très calme loin de la cohue estivale des plages. La piscine est vraiment très bien exposée du matin à 18 h le soir, elle est bien chauffée également et il n'y a à mon sens aucun vis à vis direct. Le voisinage est discret et très respectueux. Les commerces de proximité Spar à quelques minutes en voiture et l'épicerie locale sont bien utiles pour les petites courses. Pas le temps de tester tous les restaurants de Fitou mais n'hésitez à vous y rendre ! Nous recommandons cette villa pour vos prochains séjours sans hésitation.Et un grand merci à Julie et Jan qui ont tout fait pour nous aider et qui ont répondu très vite lorsque nous avions besoin de leur aide. Merci pour d'avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Amazing Villa

This villa is set in such a beautiful location. A quiet little village and set back well from any road. All the rooms were nice and large with plenty of wardrobe space. It had all the things we needed for our stay. Both Julie the host and Julie the manager answered any questions we had very efficiently. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned by Ian, he was friendly and had lots of tips and advice for the area. There are shutters on the doors in the bedrooms which make it nice and dark for sleeping. The balcony has stunning views. Loved being able to see the castle from the upstairs main room. (Didn’t get round to visiting) There is a small Spar (quite expensive) in the village for top up shopping, a small Carefoir about 15 mins away open 7 days a week, and big Carefour about 25 minutes away. We didn’t visit any of the restaurants in the village, as we enjoyed the space outside to eat at the villa and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking any meals as well as a BBQ outside. We did have pizzas and burgers from Anamandine in fitou which were really good. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 teens. Ideal size and could easily accommodate more.

Perfekt, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, einfach traumhaft!

Hallo Julie, Vielen Dank für das Haus, welches du mit deinem Mann uns zur Verfügung gestellt hast, es hat uns an rein garnichts gefehlt, alles war wie beschrieben, und noch viel schöner. Vorallem ist eure Hilfsbereitschaft hier zu unterstreichen. Wir sind mit einer befreundeten Famiele gefahren, gesamt 8 Personen, es ist genug Platz für alle. Ich wiederhole mich, aber es gibt rein gar nichts zu meckern. Verdiente 5Sterne und wie wir es schon gesagt haben, wir kommen wieder. Versprochen💕 LG aus Osnabrück

Wundervoller Urlaub

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten diese Villa bereits vor einigen Jahren gebucht. Deshalb haben wir auch diesmal die schöne Villa in Fitou ausgewählt. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld ist unkompliziert, Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Die Villa entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Highlight ist der schöne Pool. Daher gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von uns.

Avons passé un bon séjour

La villa a tenu ses promesses. Très belle maison avec de grande pièces, belle vue de l'étage sur l'étang et la mer. Les maisons voisines sont bien cachées par la végétation du jardin. Belle piscine. Le hameau est un peu éloigné des commodités. C'est calme mais nécessité d'un véhicule pour les courses. A part le micro-superette, pas de commerces à moins de 20km. A recommander !

Séjour à Fitou

Superbes vacances dans un cadre magnifique. La maison possède des pièces spacieuses, une piscine chauffée (très appréciable) et une superbe vue de la terrasse. Cette maison possède également toutes les commodités. Location recommandée sans hésitation. Merci tant aux propriétaires qu'aux personnes qui nous ont accueilli.

Très belle propriété, très bien meublé, décoré avec beaucoup de confort. Il y a autant de chambres que de salle de bain. La piscine est très agréable. La plage de Leucate n'est pas très loin en voiture. Nous avons bien apprécié notre semaine à 10 personnes.

Séjour Août 2021

La villa est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Fitou. La vue depuis la terrasse à l'étage est magnifique (mer et château de Fitou). Il y a peu de vis à vis grâce au jardin bien arboré. Le quartier est calme. La propriété est à un quinzaine de minutes en voiture de la merveilleuse plage de la Franqui. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue. La villa est bien équipée comme précisé dans l'annonce. Elle convenait parfaitement pour notre famille (quatre adultes et deux enfants). La propriétaire est très réactive lors des échanges par mails. Les responsables des arrivées et départs sont ponctuels et sympathiques. Le seul petit bémol concerne l'entretien de la villa (cuisine, et tapis principalement).

Idéal en famille

La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée. L’extérieur avec la piscine, le joli jardin et les nombreux fauteuils est très agréable. Les hôtes sont réactifs et de bons conseils. Séjour idéal.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Ein schönes Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten. Die 4 Badezimmer ermöglichen auch mit großer Familie viel Privatspähre. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war gut erreichbar und reagierte auf Mängelanzeigen (Sauberkeit) schnell.

Au delà de nos attentes !

Notre hôte a été très arrangeante concernant notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. L’accueil était parfait, encore merci pour les petites attentions. La maison et son extérieur nous ont ébloui, les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain dans un état impeccable. Tout le nécessaire est à notre disposition dans la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent week end. Je recommande fortement, avec ou sans enfant, cette demeure est parfaite.

Villa de rêve

Une magnifique maison de 5 grandes chambres. Baignée de soleil. Terrasse parfaite. Belle piscine chauffée. Mobilier moderne et en bon état. Sur les hauteurs, la vue est magnifique. Pour nous, le village de Fitou est sans charme mais Leucate est mieux desservi. Une voiture est essentielle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et réactifs.

Excellente maison de vacances !

Le séjour était parfait, nous avons grandement apprécié cette maison, très bien équipée et décorée, qui correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce. Propriétaire très disponible et flexible, très appréciable ! Pour les Vacanciers qui, comme nous, souhaitent être proche de la côte mais éviter la foule du littoral, cette maison est parfaite !

Excellent place for family break

The house is really well located in the hills around Fitou, a short drive from the beaches. It is large, modern and as photographed. The gas BBQ also added to the ease of our holiday. The owners were extremely helpful as we were travelling in July during the Coronavirus - they worked with us making changes to the book and offering us options. All in all, one of the best places we've stayed in France - quiet, clean, spacious, good pool. sunny and a great location - perfect for a family break.

Villa Corbieres is an excellent getaway

We had a splendid vacation at this lovely, well-appointed villa. The pool and garden were wonderful and we appreciated the spacious layout and easy indoor-outdoor living. The location is very good, within easy reach by car of beaches, vineyards, medieval towns, castles and abbeys. Lots to see and do - and the house is also perfect for doing nothing and just relaxing!

Very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was nice and kept at a pleasant temp . We fell in love with this area because of its natural beauty, multitude of places to explore and activities for all ages. Having owned property in the Fitou area for a number of years, we know it will be a popular destination for prospective holiday-makers from all over the world.
We worked with a fabulous builder to create a wonderful holiday home. The photos are a true reflection of the current quality and standards we strive to maintain and the garden is even more beautifully established this year creating more privacy.
Our villa is perfectly located for all the attractions of the coastal resorts and sandy beaches (10 min drive) with the advantage of the privacy of the villa and our heated pool when you choose.

As well as Cave D'Agnes and Vidals in Fitou village (10 min walk), Leucate Village (10 min drive) also has a wonderful selection of excellent restaurants. Last summer saw the opening of a further two amazing restaurants in Fitou village (Le Toit Vert & Le Moulin), fabulous food yet reasonably priced.
We are well equipped for young ones, incl. 2 cots, 2 highchairs, bed guards, baby bath seat, potty, changing mat, kids' cups/plates and a detachable stairgate.
The heated pool has an electric cover.
We have UK Sky TV freeview channels (i.e BBC/ITV/Sky News) and wifi is now available in the village bar/tabac and other local places. There are two high powered hairdryers available for your use in the master bedrooms.
