Detta lyxiga radhus fäster alla lådor! Casa Dragao kommer bekvämt att sova två familjer som erbjuder rymligt och hemtrevligt boende. Det ligger i en lugn cul de sac med stranden, barer, restauranger och affärer allt inom gångavstånd. Luftkonditionering finns också mot en extra kostnad. Villan har renoverats med möbler av god kvalitet. Nytt för detta år är kvalitetssängkläder och handdukar av egyptisk bomull. Fastigheten är helkaklad och vardagsrummen är ljusa och luftiga med ett mycket välutrustat modernt kök. Det yttre vardagsrummet är stilfullt och avskilt med en privat pool 4m x 7m (som kan värmas mot en extra kostnad) och ett skräddarsytt skuggat område och traditionell grill. Det finns tre badrum / duschrum och två av de fyra sovrummen har balkonger - för att njuta av den första drinken vid solnedgången! Villan är mycket lämplig för familjer med en korg leksaker för små barn, tillsammans med en barnsäng, barnstol och två trapphus, ett babybad och en mixer. För de vuxna finns det två kylskåp; en är ett stort kylskåp för att hålla dina drycker kalla!

Holiday for my 60th birthday

The property is exactly as described, we had family staying at different stages of our fortnights booking 6 adults and 2 children The space is well thougt out and very child friendly, 4 year old moved around safely and comfortablyThe outside area is superb, great for family bbqs , one of my family members stayed nearby and was able to visit.There are toys for little ones and even a car seat and push chair.Casa dragao has a special feel. Being able to heat the pool was a bonus.Debbie and her team were responsive and supportive ! Thank you Patricia, this was a very memorable time for us .

Great place to stay in Carvoeiro

Spent four days in the area. Good location to explore surrounding cities. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for 7 people. Very clean and comfy. The heated pool was awesome being we were there in late November. Would definitely cime back.

Great Place

We had 5 adults stay here and we loved it, location was great only 10/15 min walk to local bars and restaurants. A very nice quiet area with a beautiful heated pool to relax in. We would definitely stay again, thanks.

Perfect property for a golf holiday

The property had everything we needed during our 5 night stay. Nice outside space for eating and we used the heated pool everyday before and after golf. A ten minute walk into town where you will find some excellent restaurants and bars. Thank you Patricia

Ideal

We loved our stay here. The villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed as a comfy base for our family holiday. Great location too - easy to get to by car. Supermarkets nearby, the bakery is walking distance and became a favourite. Not too far to walk to bars and restaurants too. Highly recommend!

Amazing holiday! Great villa!

Villa was great. Comfortable, plenty of space and lovely pool. 8 of us stayed here and it still didn't feel crowded. Had a real nice feel and ambience, loved it and have already recommended to friends.

Excellent location

We loved the villa, it had everything we needed, clean, easy check in and great communication. It had a beautiful outdoor space, nice pool size a bbq, nice size table to enjoy our meals outside. It’s about a good 15 minute walk to the beach and center of town where they have many good restaurants, bakery and shops. The only thing that I would say is that if you have knee issues it’s haft to walk up the hill to the villa but if you driving not a problem. Would stay there again and recomend it to anyone visiting the area

Great Holidays

The house is very nice for a great vacation! Patricia and Debbie are very friendly and accommodating. If we had any problems, them helped us immediately. Unfortunately we didn’t like the location but the house was perfect for a vacation with a big family.

11 day holiday with famliy

We enjoyed the house very much, had a great time with the family. The heating of the pool was very nice l, especially for the baby of almost two. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Great villa in a great location

Loved this villa, it has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was great and the shaded patio was a welcome relief when it got too hot and ideal for outdoor meals. The villa is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the town to be able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend it and we would definitely stay again.

Brilliant stay in lovely villa!

We had a great stay in this spacious villa in lovely Carvoeiro. The pool and dining area were really nice. We travelled a group aged 2-70 (!) years old and all of us enjoyed the stay 100%. Hope to come back some day in the future! Cheers from Stockholm, Sweden!

Fantastic

We had a great time at the villa, it is in a prime location and genuinely only a 5 minute walk into town. The bedrooms are lovely, I really liked the fact that the rooms all had duvets instead of covers. The facilities were great, and the heated pool was like a hot bath, it was lovely. We will definitely be returning for another stay .

Amazing

We have just returned from our 3rd stay at Casa Dragao so that should tell you everything......the villa itself is just lovely it is airy, bright & spacious and the pool area attracted the sun all day long. It is ideally situated and is only a short 10 minute stroll to the lovely town of Carvoeiro. We just love it here so will definitely be back.

Family Break

The property was lovely and down a quiet road. When we arrived the home was spotless so we were able to start our trip straight away. Patricia and Debbie were fantastic with communications. We had a visit from the rep and pool man to make sure all was ok and the cleaners visited and bought us new towels and tea towels after a few days. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend highly to others who wish to visit Portugal. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants to explore and enjoy. The guest book is fantastic as it is filled with maps and recommendations and numbers to make deciding what to do everyday easier.

Great house

Picture are valid, the house is very nice and a good fit for two families with teenagers, well equipped and with good standard. TV is outdated and small but for our holiday we did not really care but for longer stays can be an issue. Cleaning service arrived 1 day earlier than agreed.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. We travelled with our three small children and they had a wonderful time, they were particularly pleased with the toys and pool! I found the walk back up the hill hard going with a toddler in a buggy so we mostly took cabs back up which were always readily available. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone.

Cosy home with heated pool

Luxury and nicely decorated rooms, kids loved their rooms with pool view. January nights require wood burn heating to warm up. The heated pool is a daily treasure on colder days. The Fabrica Velha bakery with delightful pastries and a nice seating area is a 7 min stroll away. Carvoeiro has a few good restaurants remaining open in January, so it is wise to book a table in advance. Thanks to the owners, housekeeping and pool guy!

Homely stay

Our stay was lovely and homely. I feel some of the amenities could be upgraded from past experience in villas in the Algarve I.E. coffee machine and smart TV as standard nowadays. The AC broke twice in during our stay and the building manager didn’t respond at all on the second occasion. Otherwise it was exactly as described and very present.

A great family holiday villa

We had a great time in Casa Dragao- stayed for ten days with our three children. The pool was fab- a great size for playing and splashing. The walk in to town was an easy ten minutes downhill (our favourite restaurants was just at the bottom of the hill- Taste) and a slightly more energetic 15 minute walk back up the hill again after! The villa had everything we needed- the toys were handy for our youngest and the a/c in the bedrooms was welcome at night. The only slight downside (which is entirely out of control of the owners!) were the very noisy neighbours we had for 3 of our nights as the walls are quite thin! Overall a fab villa!

Lovely Villa, very clean , family of 6 and always plenty of room Pool is a delight and not to deep Only issue for us was the air con in our room was off for about a week - it was replaced so take it there was a serious problem with it Town is threat and bakery is fantastic for breakfast Loads of places to eat , great wee beach Hopefully we will get back at some point

Second Timers

This was our second stay at this property. Just like the first visit it was spotlessly clean and was cleaned again during our stay. There are 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and a family size bathroom and an en-suite. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely living room but with a lovely outside space we didn't use this room. The highlight for my family is the fabulous swimming pool area which is very safe for children as it has a gate to seperate it from the rest of the outdoor space if required. A fabulous time was had by all.

A Wonderful Holiday.

We were a family party of seven with ages ranging from 7 to 60. The accommodation was perfect for us, very clean and everything ready for us including swimming towels. The bed linen and towels were all changed during the week as well. Without a doubt the outside area and pool were the highlight for our family. The pool itself is great, we paid for heating which meant it was warm enough to go in at any time. The outside area always has sun and shade so suited the requirements of the whole family. The facilities provided were very good and we wanted for nothing equipment wise.

Excellent villa - home away from home

Whilst this was our second visit to Carvoiero it was our first at this villa. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back again. All the communication from Patricia and then from the management team on site was spot on and really friendly. The villa itself is very comfortable, everything is of high quality and it has everything you might need and more. The toy box was a winner since we have two small children. It wasn’t a far walk into town and the hop on hop off bus stop is nearby so we got tickets for that on some of the days to make it a bit easier. The villa itself really is a home, felt so happy here.

Hi, our names are Patricia and Keith and we live in a broadland village in Norfolk. We have two daughters, Louisa and Hayley and four grandchildren - Florence, Leo, Oscar and Joseph.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had spent many happy holidays in the Algarve before we bought Casa Dragao.

It took 18 months researching the area to find the perfect villa in the ideal location. It has everything! Walking distance to the bars, restaurants, beaches, shops etc. In a quiet cul de sac with it's own heated pool (which was re tiled and refurbished in 2023) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including the ensuite).

We did not want a property on a complex with shared pool - we wanted something individual.

We bought Casa Dragao in November 2008. Over the years we have totally refurbished the property and heated pool, adding an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom, installing air conditioning and adding special touches to the decor and furnishings.

I hope you will agree that the end result is very functional, stylist, friendly and homely - we love it!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have tried to think of everything you may need to make your holiday as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The villa is very well equipped from modern kitchen appliances and a TV with all UK channels to an ironing board and scrabble! As Casa Dragao is especially suitable for families, there is are 2 travel cots, high chair, 2 stair gates (no need to keep moving the stair gate up and down the stairs!) and a blender. For the adults, we have recently purchased an additional larder fridge in the kitchen to keep drinks cold. There is also a large cool bag for those trips to the beach!

We think Casa Dragao ticks all the boxes and is ideal for two families. It offers a lot of space, excellent facilities and nearby amenities at a reasonable cost.

The accommodation is very flexible. We have had bookings from families, couples, people getting married in the Algarve, and also honeymooners!
