Vacker privat studiolägenhet på en konstnärsgods högt uppe på en platå med helt fri, 360-graders utsikt över hela kusten, Gibraltar, och på en klar dag, bergen i Nordafrika. Här stannar tiden, och man omsluts av ren tystnad och ren fred. Finca San Anton ligger inbäddat bland fruktträdgårdar, oliv- och fikonträd, komplett med en obefläckad privat pool på 12 med 5 meter, och gör en perfekt och oförglömlig spansk fristad. Lägenheten, precis som huset som den gränsar till, designades av konstnärer som har för avsikt att bibehålla den unika platsen. Tornande tak och fönster tillåter ljus och utsikt att strömma in. Lyxenheten är fullt möblerad och utrustad med gott om skrivbord och lagringsutrymme. Finca San Anton ligger på landsbygden, bara 1 kilometer öster om staden Mijas. Ultimate privacy and relaxation

This rustic and secluded property provides privacy and peace plus spectacular views of the coastline below. The house and grounds are decorated with the works of prolific artist Charlotte Gordon. The property managers are great to deal with and available via text in English if you need them.

A perfect retreat

Me and my partner had a fantastic trip to spain and this property was the heart of it. A perfect couples retreat with plenty of privacy and great facilities. It was only a 20/25 minute walk to Mijas which was perfect. The pool was beautiful and the ideal counter to the heat of the day. We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday spot and we hope to return!

Great place

A wonderful place to escape from everyday life and find peace and inner balance. The finca with the little flat is located on a hill with a fantastic view over the coast - even to Africa. There is a garden with large olive trees and a great pool. I liked it so much to walk through the garden early in the morning and enjoyed the atmosphere. There are two friendly cats on the property :) If you want it, the two come by for a visit to your terrace in the evenings. We were always happy about it.

Fabulous villa, stunning views

Our family of four had a great stay at this home. It was a joy to stay here, surrounded by lots of beautiful and interesting things and a total break from your average holiday home in the best possible way. The views of the coast and the hills surrounding it are superb. The swimming pool is far bigger than your average villa of this size and it was an instant hit for our 15 and 10 year old. Having some provisions ready for our arrival was truly appreciated. The communication from Maite and Jesse and help during our stay was second to none. Thank you!! As you cannot see the bottom of the pool due to the cleaning method used for the water, and the fact that the villa is on a steep cliff with gaps in the hedging and fencing, it arguably wouldn’t be ideal for young children or weak swimmers. However, it was perfect for our family.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing holiday at this wonderful house, just on the outskirts of Mijas Pueblo. The house is approximately a 25 minute walk into the village of Mijas, all fairly flat. It was a lovely walk, even our 9 year daughter was happy to walk. The views from the house and the walk into Mijas are truly incredible. The house was really lovely and clean and so well equipped with everything you needed. It had a huge private pool again with the most incredible views. When booking Jesse was so helpful and very quick to respond and a huge huge thank you to Maite, who was amazing and so helpful!! Maite helped us with our airport transfers and was our contact on the ground while in Mijas. Our plane was severely delayed on the way out, but Maite was in touch all the time and when we finally landed ensured our driver was there to meet us. When we arrived at the house Maite had bought us some supplies of water, bread, cheese etc which was so thoughtful after our incredibly long day. Throughout our weeks stay, Maite was so responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you!! My only regret was that we didn't book for longer in this wonderful gem of a property and can't wait to book again for next year! Thank you Jesse and Maite for a wonderful stay - Maddie & Family x

We had a fabulous week long stay in this villa. The property is full of really interesting art work and the elevation is a huge advantage as there was often a lovely breeze. It is well equipped and the addition of a welcome pack alongside essentials like dishwasher tablets/bin bags/washing powder were thoughtful and helpful. AC in all bedrooms was wonderful and the pool is huge and brilliant. We enjoyed a day trip to Ronda which is a must see and the old town of Mijas itself is lovely to wander around - make sure you go through the town square and up into the littles streets behind which are full of shops and restaurants. Cheaper Marmite in one of the supermarkets there than in Carrefour! Maite was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Awesome place

Perfect cozy place for two. No living area but big enough for what we needed. Amazing view, clean pool, well supplied kitchen. Check in was awesome and quick responses to any queries. Great place to come back to after a busy day of visiting. Loved sitting outside, watching the view and quiet surroundings, and always felt very safe. Would go back any day.

Geweldige lokatie voor mensen die van rust en uitzicht houden

Een geweldige solitair gelegen lokatie op een plateau bovenop een steile rots. Adembenemend uitzicht. Royaal prive zwembad. Eigen vervoer een grote pre. De eigenaresse is een geweldige vrouw, ze woont in het hoofdgebouw omgeven met veel door haar zelf gemaakte kunstwerken die ook rondom en in het toeristen appartement te vinden zijn. Het weer de eerste week van oktober was voor ons perfect, veel zon en tussen 22 en 27 graden. Wij vinden een verblijf net buiten het buurtschap San Anton een absolute aanrader!

Casa con vistas maravillosas y con una anfitriona excelente.

Todo muy bien, entorno perfecto y de acuerdo con las expectativas. El único apunte es que no había servicio de limpieza ni, tampoco, con qué limpiar en caso necesario.

¡Nos encantó!

Es un lugar precioso, perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos con una piscina genial en un entorno maravilloso. La atención fue muy buena. Todo lo que preguntábamos nos lo resolvían rápidamente. La propietaria es encantadora, aunque solo la vimos en una ocasión ya que apenas sale de la casa. Absolutamente recomendable.

Traumhafter Ausblick und ruhige Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bsitzt einen atenberaubenden Blick auf die Küste von Benalmádena bis hinter Fuengirola. Ein großer Pool der ebenfalls Meerblick erlaubt und ein paar schattige Plätze unter Olivenbäumen runden das Grundstück ab. Es liegt versteckt hinter einer Kirche und zeichnet sich durch pure Natur und viel Ruhe aus. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Lugar idílico. Muy recomendable

Nos ha encantado pasar unos días en este lugar, es un emplazamiento único desde luego. La casita es una monada, muy acogedora y con mucha luz (quizá este es un inconveniente para los que les moleste la luz natural por la mañana) La tranquilidad, las vistas, la comodidad, y tener todo tipo de planes cerca: playa, piscina, montaña, cultura. La amabilidad y disponibilidad de Maite, quien nos recomendó restaurantes y nos resolvió las dudas que nos surgieron durante nuestra estancia. En resumen, muy contentos con la estancia, posiblemente repitamos en alguna otra ocasión Muchas gracias por todo.

Se han cargado nuestras vacaciones

Muy mal. Para empezar no nos dieron contrato porque el sitio es ilegal, no es alquiler vacacional en regla. En el check in solo nos dijeron que no podíamos hacer casi nada para no molestar al dueño que vivía al lado. No se cumple lo que se publica . De seis días que estuvimos no pudimos usar dos días la piscina porque vinieron al mantenimiento. Estuvimos sin lavadora todo el tiempo. Vinieron cuatro veces pero no la instalaron. No podíamos entrar a la casa por la entrada principal pars no molestar al propietario, teníamos que dar una vuelta por camino de tierra y piedras. Para ir a la piscina igual. Sin intimidad en el baño que daba acceso a un patio de la propietaria y tenía un ventanal enorme con una cortina que se veía todo. Las fotos que publican están trucadas y no corresponden con la realidad. En resumen HORRIBLE

Retiro idílico

Hemos pasado una semana de desconexión total en este idílico lugar en el campo. La propiedad es preciosa, con rincones de ensueño y vistas increíbles. La piscina es enorme y la hemos disfrutado un montón. Volvería una y otra vez. Ha sido lo que necesitábamos tras el confinamiento que hemos pasado. Gracias por compartir este lugar tan especial.

Fantastic stay

We had a fabulous 9 day stay at Finca San Anton. The property is quite unique with stunning views, a lovely pool and everything you need for a peaceful holiday and yet it is within walking distance of Mijas Pueblo’s bars & restaurants. Charlotte the owner was a lovely host, we will definitely be back.

A piece of paradise

Still dreaming of our fantastic stay at this beautiful piece of paradise! Amazing views and so peaceful and tranquil.. The private pool is massive! Perfect location for those looking for a get away that is near to restaurants shops and beaches but offers its own privacy and space away from hustle and bustle. Charlotte is a great host as was so helpful and lovely person to meet. We will be back to visit!

Excellent Location.

Just had a fantastic relaxing break at Finca San Anton, Mijas Pueblo. The rustic apartment was everything we wanted, peaceful & relaxing. The setting is beautiful & the views are stunning. It is just a 15-20 minute stroll to the town centre which takes in some fantastic views of the mountain, coast & other villas. If its relaxation your after, then this is the ideal place. Charlotte, the property owner is charming & helpful. I fully recommended this property to anyone looking for a bit of peace & quite whilst not being to far from fine dining & drinks.

A sanctuary

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Finca San Anton. It is unique, charming and well equipped with everything you would need. The views are stunning. It is quiet, peaceful and indeed a piece of paradise in Spain! It is a very pleasant 15min walk into the centre of Mijas and a good base for trips further afield. What made our stay so enjoyable was Charlotte who shared her knowledge of the area, her fabulous artwork and brilliant stories of her lifework and the building of the Finca. She is so very friendly and welcoming. We definitely want to return.

Just perfect

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Finca San Anton. The accommodation is spacious and really well equipped, the pool is fantastic and the setting just heavenly. Easy to walk into Mijas but also easy access by car to lots of other fabulous places. Charlotte is a superb host and has so much knowledge of the area, the best places to visit and to eat. We couldn't have asked for anything more, we will undoubtedly return.

This plateau is steeped in history. It used to be a Moorish fortress almost 1000 years ago (you can still see some of the ruins on the other side of the pool). Our family purchased the property in the 1950’s when the only way over the Mijas road was by burro or Land Rover. We have always endeavored to preserve the natural beauty of this place and we hope to share it with you!
