Unit was clean and exactly as described. Rental was a breeze, location was great, ocean view was amazing! Very quiet beach area, so plenty relaxing!

Very clean condo and kitchen was well stocked. The view is amazing from the balcony. The beds are on the hard side. The pool was out of order for the whole week so there was nothing for the kids to do.

Our unit was clean & comfortable. I had a problem with my door code and they had it resolved very quickly. I would stay at this property again.

Will likely stay again

Great location right in the beach with a gorgeous view of the beach and water, close to shopping and dining. It’s a lovely condo with everything needed to cook and relax. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. I do suggest a new Kerurig and broom.

Fabulous condo! Excellent view! The master bedroom and bath are the best part. Porch furniture needs updating. Nice location convenient to walmart, and within walking distance to pineapple willy’s.

Great condo, beautifully decorated, very clean except for a big grease stain in bottom of oven. Must have just been overlooked. Will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular

Nice, clean and plenty of space in this condo. It would be nice for a handicap bar in the showers. I had my 89 year old mom with me and it would have made shower much easier for her. But we loved it!

" Grandview" is the perfect name for this condo/resort/building.

The view was spectacular!!!!!!! My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated. The only downfall is parking. I do not like the idea of crossing a very busy street. I noticed other buildings have a walkway bridge connecting to their parking area for their guest. When you have children, you have to be extra careful.

Nice

This condo was super spacious and was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation. Everything was clean and upgraded which was a plus. Everything we needed to cook with was already there even down to the spices. The only negative about this unit is the parking which is across Front Beach Rd. We also encountered several ants around the kitchen, living room and hall bath.

Beautiful property and location, poor management.

We were very pleased with the condo and the beach is beautiful. The location was perfect. However, the condo rental does not include beach chair and umbrella rental as stated on the website. We tried, unsuccessfully, every day of our stay to get chairs. We were told by the chair rental company that it is common for the management company to claim it is included just to lure renters. Because of this we will not rent from Real Joy again.

We wish you had contacted us about the beach chairs during your stay, but we don't show that you did so. If we'd known about it, we could have straightened it out. If you have the receipts from the days you rented, please contact us to get reimbursed because the beach chairs should have been included. Baseball tournament week

Nice lay out. Condo needs some repairs. Front door wasn't locked and wouldn't lock when arrived. Sliding door to deck is worn and wouldn't open . Mattress in guest room not very comfortable. Overall condo was what we wanted for a family vacation Wouldn't stay again

NOT ENOUGH ICE Broken chairs on deck!! Parking bad

The ice maker in freezer was broken!!!! They had 3 small ice trays in freezer. I didn't pay that kind of money to fill ice trays!!! They pick up the broken chairs and said they would return with them fix or new ones! That never happen!!! We had 6 people in the room but 3 chairs!! I was NOT told we would have to park in parking place CROSS the street!!! Sometimes it was 5 minutes away from Condo. I just had a knee replacement had a very hard time this trip!! I will never stay with this company or VRBO again!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !!! PAID VERY GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CONDO!!

Diane, please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the issues related to the ice maker, chairs, and parking during your stay in the three-bed, two-bath Grandview #1204 East. We would have been more than happy to bring you some ice had we been made aware during your stay. We see that we were made aware of two chairs on the back porch being broken on the 19th. We would have to look at the chairs or reach out to the owner first before removing/replacing the furniture. We were ask if this reservation could be extended on the 20th. The unit was booked so this was not possible. We unfortunately have no control over the parking at any property such as this one. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Property seemed well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. More parking is definitely needed. If we had of had any issues, it was not clear who to contact. Overall, it was a great first visit to PCB for my family and I.

check in was awful. No one avail to help

The parking was awful some man there said we could not park in lot with out a blue card since I need have a handicap sticker he said I could park in lot but my daughter who is not in good health had to park off site . We were eating and had both of our cars since one car would not hold us all and got a call from the man at condo who said if we did not move one of the cars was going to be towed and it had already been settled. The only good thing this man ever said to me was never to rent from VRBO unless it was from the owner. In addition one afternoon we were all in condo and the door flew open an another man come hurrying in to change a out side light from orange to yellow for the turtles . No one was nude but that is beside the point.

Dirty condo.

Condo was dirty and furniture in disrepair. Parking is terrible, poorly lit no way i would let my wife walk out there at night. Plus it was to far from the building. I don’t think over half a block away on the opposite block from the condo. We will not becoming back to this facility.
