Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område i byn Pefkos. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen som är lämplig för en familj på fyra personer. Balkongen har utsikt över bergen och havet. Fastigheten är omgiven av en enorm trädgård med fikonträd, vingårdar, apelsinträd, tallar. Gästerna i lägenheten kan använda grillhäxan på bottenvåningen med ett stort bord och tio stolar. Lägenheten är fullt utrustad med två sovrum, ett fullt utrustat kök och ett duschrum. Det finns en privat wi-fi och tv-catering för alla nationaliteter. Sovrummet har också en DVD-spelare, en hårtork, värdeskåp, strykjärn / strykbräda. Köket har kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, vattenkokare, ugn, spis, disk och köksredskap. Städtjänsten är två gånger i veckan. Luftkonditioneringarna är gratis. En fantastisk egendom med det perfekta läget. Stranden ligger 5 minuters promenad från boende och 5 minuter från Pefkos köpcentrum. Fastigheten har två grindar, den ena leder till Lee Beach och den andra till en mindre strand (Saint Thomas-stranden och Plakia-stranden) och för dem som föredrar en pool är anläggningarna på Colisseum hotell gratis att använda. En semesterupplevelse för dig som söker en avkopplande semester som du aldrig kommer att glömma.

An amazing apartment and very friendly and approachable hosts

We had a wonderful time staying in this 2 bedroom apartment. Irini and her family are so friendly and welcoming. The balcony Is ideal for sitting out after a day at the beach. Well equipped kitchen and large fridge freezer was perfect. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was very welcome. We would love to return to this apartment next year.

wish we had come here before!

Witing this whilst still here. I can truthfully say we have found a fabulous place to stay and have already booked for next May nd October! We are regular visitors to Pefkos and this is the first appartment we have found that more tham meets our needs. Fantastic friendly owners, well equiped accomodation in a great location. just perfect.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

The apartment is in a brilliant location with everything on your door step but in quiet gardens. The apartment was well equipped and the owners are helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing.perfect

Well what can I say.... A really nice place situated brilliantly in Pefkos. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes walk via the back gate to the main street of Pefkos. Had a lovely warm welcome from Irini and her husband who helped us settle in. Apartment was kept very clean with cleaners changing linen, towels etc. Mosquito plugs were provided along with two large bottles of water, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, 1st aid kit and even the smaller comforts of a wine bottle opener. It really had everything. Apartment is situated nicely with two balconies, one with a view of the garden and sea in the distance the other of the lovely mountain. Things to know about Pefkos well went from 8th-15th July 2015, Pint of Mythos cost an average of 3.3 euros, top class meals for around 20euros each (that's small starter, main course and a beverage.) There are plenty of taxis and bus services for you to use, the bus was 5.5 euros one way to Rhodes town and runs every day. Great way to get to Lindos is on the glass bottom boat which is situated not far from the apartment. it cost 22 euro for a return adult, was great riding the waves. To get into the acropolis in Lindos was 6 euro and again worth it as there are some great views to be had. Overall a great place to stay, warm welcome and a definite must if you are considering staying in Pefkos. will be returning in the not to distant future. NICK

Fantastic Holiday

Stayed for 2 weeks at the fantastic Villa Irini. We stopped in the bungalow which is really roomy, clean, pretty and filled with everything and more you need for a self catering holiday. The gardens are beautiful, filled with all sorts of flowers, fig and lemon trees very relaxing when sitting on the large wrap around patio areas. On the patio area were 3 sunbeds, a table at the back and front plus an outside shower (handy when you return from beach) plus a full barbecue. This property is so close to all amenities yet really peaceful and quiet - a true gem! The owner Irini is a lovely lady very hospitable and nothing is a problem, my daughter flew out in our second week and Irini made her very welcome making sure we had everything for her. The property is only a 2 minute walk from the Hotel Amphitri where you can use the pool and sunbeds for free, the food is fantastic as are all the lovely staff there. From there the main beach is only anther 2 minute walk, this is a lovely sandy beach where 2 sunbeds and umbrella is 8 euros, beach is very pretty and near to main resort street but can get very busy. Exiting from the back gate of Villa Irini and bearing left takes you to a smaller and quieter sandy beach which we preferred absolutely lovely! Bear right from gate and in 2 minutes you are at another hotel with a bigger pool ( the Colisuem ) plus you are staright on Main Street with all the shops bars and restaurants, really convenient for shopping and eating out. The choice of restaurants is fine for this small resort, lots of Greek tavernas, Chinese and even an Indian, particularly good was Spitaki garden restaurant on the Main Street. All the restaurants are good value with most charging similar prices, there are also a couple of take always and cheap gyros cafes so you can eat to your budget. Expect to pay around 10 euros for a decent meal, if you want a special night out head to Kymo's Restaurant on the beach, a bit more expensive but the food is fantastic. The taxi from airport is 70 euros one way, so we hired a car for 3 days and used car to do a little sightseeing, booked car through Marathon Car hire about 110 euros, we picked car up at airport and returned it at their Pefkos office. Well worth going to Lindos as is only about 10 minutes in car beautiful views all the way too! All in all an amazing holiday in a gorgeous place where the biggest decision of the day is beach or pool! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Irini it is wonderful!
