Vår lyxiga panorama havsutsikt 7 sovrum kan ta emot stora grupper. Vi kan också ordna medborgerliga och kyrklig vigsel i Pafos; Födelseplatsen för Afrodite, Kärlekens gudinna. Villan har 3 våningar: Bottenvåningen består av en mästare dubbelrum med eget badrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med också eget badrum. Har också en bastu och ett vardagsrum och ett pentry och förråd. Bottenvåningen har också en professionell biljardbord / biliard. Den andra våningen består av en stor öppen plats vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Det finns öppen spis och balkonger. Det finns också två dubbla sovrum med badrum i en av dem. Den översta våningen består av ett sovrum med badrum och två tvåbäddsrum dubbel. Det är en viktig badrum. Poolen med inbyggd jaccuzi, som är en idealisk spel för barnen att leka i bubblor vatten men också en perfekt massage för vuxna eftersom det är så kraftfull ligger på bottenvåningen.

Fantastic villa with amazing views.

Just got back from 2 weeks away at this villa, the villa is fantastic and the owner can’t do enough for you and he was always on hand to help. I got married whilst out in Cyprus and I had the reception back at the villa, the villa is so spacious and me and the family really enjoyed our time at the villa. You will need a car to get to and from the villa but the views are breathtaking, I will be looking at booking next year and lm looking forward to sharing a beer with you again karalos. Anyone who views this villa don’t hesitate just book it as you won’t be dissapointed

Beautiful views but property a bit tired.

Arrived at property and owner there to meet us as it is quite difficult to find. The owner was superb and great though out our stay. The Villa is beautiful with great views and big enough for 12 of us plus two children. However, it is a bit tired and needs updating. The chairs in lounge need replacing. The pool table was ripped and had tape on it. The dart board was like rock and unusable. The seal had gone around the cooker. Some of the slabs had broken on the stairs going to the pool making it dangerous for older persons and young kids. Air-con not very good in lounge and downstairs games room. It is also about 1 mile into the local town. All downhill which is ok but hard work coming up. A car is essential. The last bit of the hill to the villa when you turn off the main road is massively steep and very difficult even for a young man to walk up. The owner arranged for a taxi from the Villa for 9 of us to go to Coral Bay. We were charged 40 euros for this. We took two taxis back at the end of the night which cost 24 euros for both. Felt very ripped off by the first Taxi so my advice is not to ask owner to sort transport out for you but to book yourselves. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the Villa met our needs, however we felt that the Villa was really too far from everything for us, and needs some updating of the furniture. Also very difficult to get to.

Amazing Holiday & Amazing Villa

We were a party of 11 between the ages of 10 & 50yrs and we stayed for 10 nights at the end of July 2018 in this beautiful Villa up in the mountains.. the Villa is huge, plenty of space for all of us and very well equipped. The pool and pool area is also fantastic and Karolos maintained it daily, he was always at the end of the phone if we needed him and he arranged our transfers and car hire, excellent service!!! The Villa is approx 10mins drive from Coral Bay but there are a few restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.. the view from the Villa is outstanding and every single one of us enjoyed our stay.. We honestly couldnt have wished for any better, Karolos is an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definately be returning. Would highly recommend this Villa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Karolos! 😊

Die Villa der Götter

We have spent 7 days at the villa with a group of 18 people in October 2017. All in all we have had a wonderful time and we highly recommend the villa for everyone to come. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner before we arrived and during our stay. He even stopped by to see if everything went well during our stay. The villa was big enough for such an amount of people, everyone had a comfortable bed and the rooms were well structured and clean. Almost every bedroom had it´s own bathroom. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped, outside the house there has even been a great barbecue. The villa is located up the hill with a stunning view. The pool area was well furnished with enough sunbeds for everyone and many water gadgets. Thank you very much!

The best vacation we could have asked for!

We have stayed in Karolos's Villa 7 Day's, a big family of 14 people age 5 - 85, and it was the best vacation time we could have ased for. The villa is great, and well maintained by the owner, has all the facilities you can ask for. It is located in a quite and beautiful place with the best view, actually wwaking up every morning to this view was one of our vacation's highlights. But the best part by far was the hospitality we recieved from the ower Mr. Karolos, from the warm welcome very late at night, to being available for any question or request he had 24/7. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay is the best that is possible. Thank you Karolos. When we come back to Cyprus again, there is only one place we consider an option - your Villa.

Best villa ever!!

We stayed a week in this villa as me & my husband were getting married it was amazing we had a fabulous place & loved how private it was! This villa has everything & is massive. Karolos was amazing such a lovely person who would do anything for his renters he is the best me & my husband will defo be back! Thanks again luv marianne & graham xxxx

Fantastic Location, great host.

The villa is spacious, relaxed, comfortable and has amazing views. Pool great. Close to many beaches, Phillipos Supermarkets, bars and taverns. The host - Karolos could not have been more relaxed, accommodating and helpful. He ensured that we had his details to contact him with any issues-there were none! He popped in regularly to attend to the pool and was there for us if we needed. Great family holiday. All the people we met were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to the lovely island and one of his villas!

Ideal holiday location close to everything you'd need

Brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday, ideal location, near everything we could need, beautiful area, and great service. On call taxi whenever we needed it for all 16 of us, paphos and coral bay both easy enough to get to, but we were equally as happy just to stay in the villa! Having our own private pool was bliss, so relaxing. Would strongly recommend and would 100% go back again.

Perfect accommodation for a big party

We (10 adults and 5 children) stayed in the villa during one week in June. This is an ideal place for a big family or other large groups. The villa consisted of 7 bedrooms, at least 6 bathrooms, a dining/living room (not much used since we stayed at the gallery) with lots of tv channels, a kitchen including all necessary equipment such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machines, electric kettles etc. The pool (with bubbles) was excellent for both the children and us. There were several sunbeds. The view towards the sea from the villa was stunning. The distance to Peyia village centre was less than 1 km but a car is needed due to steep roads. In Peyia there were a lot of shops and restaurants. The distance to beaches were 6-7 km. I can highly recommend this place.

Fabulous villa with amazing views

We spent a week at this villa recently and cannot speak highly enough of the villa itself and it's owner, Karolos, who was waiting for us on our arrival. He showed us around the villa and gave us his contact number. He had also provided a very generous welcome pack for us. The villa is stunning and had more then enough room for our party of 9. The view from the balcony is stunning, particularly at night and the pool, with it's jacuzzi, is lovely. We hadn't hired a car so Karolos gave us the number of a minibus driver, who we used on a daily basis. Having said that, car hire is recommended for this villa. On our last day, we were leaving the villa at 11am but our flights weren't till 8pm that evening. Karolos not only arranged for us to spend the day at the Atki Village Resort (which his family own), he escorted us to the resort, showed us where to leave our luggage and told us we were free to use all the facilities for the day. This included sun loungers, several pools, restaurants, showers and a very welcome air conditioned foyer with lots of seating, where we cooled down before leaving for the airport. We were blown away with Karolos' generosity and cannot thank him enough for looking after us so well. We would highly recommend this villa

Villa Review Peyia Cyprus

Myself and 11 friends (25-27 year old lads) arrived at the villa for a week stay and we had a brilliant time. The villa was perfect for our needs and was excellent value for money. The villa is a good size and spacious. A particular highlights was the pool area which allowed for a relaxing time during the day. I would recommend getting a hire car, as it is a fair walk to the coral bay area or to pathos. Finally I would highlight the agent/owner Karolos, who was really helpful both before and after our holiday. Making payment, the collection of the keys, getting directions from the airport etc were all made easy by his approachable and helpful nature. I would recommned the villa to anyone (families, groups of adults etc)

perfect holidays

Where The Gods Live Villa is more than perfect with breath-taking panoramic seaveiws. Karolos the villa owner was so friendly and provided to us excellent service , the pool with built-in jacuzi , the sauna, the pool table/bilirad were very good facilities to spend the time at the villa especially for the children. Thank you Karolos for a fantastic holidays.
