Byggd 2002, erbjuder villan en avslappnad komfortnivÄ frÄn hemmet med luftkonditionering i hela. FrÄn loungen och de tvÄ sovrummen pÄ nedervÄningen har du tillgÄng till den stora uteserveringen, grÀsmattor, MedelhavstrÀdgÄrd, grillplats och bra storlek pool. FrÄn den öppna ingÄngen / matplatsen finns en korridor som leder till de tvÄ sovrummen pÄ nedervÄningen. A great property with a lovely garden and pool area. It is very well positioned just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.Found the owner very helpful with check in and when we had a minor issue it was sorted very quickly which is all you can ask for.Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Lovely property with everything you could want! In particular, we loved the garden with fabulous palm trees, a Persian silk tree and many flowering plants. The pool area is great, with sun beds, a fridge and facilities to BBQ. The property is just a few minutes from the beach, bus stop, shops, cafes and restaurants, but is in a quiet and peaceful area.

We had a wonderful stay. Pool and garden are fantastic
 the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the seafront where you will find Punta Prima beach, and a selection of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Royal Cafe Bistro, which I can’t recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Lovely house with wonderful garden and pool close to the beach

We liked everything, the House, the outside area, garden and pool, the distance to the beach, its a relaxed place and Island. Fully equipped, new and modern bathrooms. Everything better and Buffer then the pictures showed. We would love to come back some time.

A great holiday! We stayed for first 2 weeks in June with 6 adults & 2 babies. Plenty of space for us all. Gardens are absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept. Pool area was lovely, as was BBQ we had one night. Kitchen had absolutely everything and anything you needed which was helpful when prepping meals for the babies. Hired 2 highchairs via Sukhminder’s maintenance/cleaning company which were quite expensive (48) but we needed them so were happy to pay. They were the usual Ikea highchairs which is perfectly fine, however they weren’t in the best condition and only one had a tray table. Considering you can buy one brand new from Ikea for about 15, we’d have been better going to Mahon itself and doing so. Only things I think could be an improvement would be 1. a mosquito net for over the beds as they ate us alive even with doors closed/sprays/plug ins (babies ok under their cot nets) and 2. a folder within the villa maybe with info on the area/surrounding area. Punta Prima itself is nice for the beach, has a kids playpark too. Royal Cafe was nice for breakfast/lunch and staff were lovely. however the restaurants in Punta Prima itself were just ok. Best meals we had were Clementina (Saint Luis), Bambu (Binibeca), Pan y Vino (just outside Saint Luis) & Binifadet Vineyard (tour/tasting & dinner). Overall it was a lovely villa in a quiet, family friendly area, and was exactly what we needed (especially taking babies abroad for the first time).

Beautiful spot in a beautiful place

We stayed in April 2025 and found the villa absolutely perfect for us. Spotlessly clean with everything you could want for a holiday - and then much more. Lovely pool, peaceful well kept garden in laid back Punta Prima. We spent time at the villa but also got out and about. The nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants are a very short 3 min walk away and the rest of Menorca is easily accessible. We have loved our stay. My parents last visit was in 1967 and although it had changed they enjoyed their time here at Villa Palmera just as much. The hosts were kind and communicative at all times. We would love to come back sometime.

Lovely villa with beautiful gardens

The Villa is located in a perfect position, not overlooked and within a few minutes walk to the Cami de Cavalls and Punta Prima beach. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is a decent size for chilling in. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very modern and well equipped with everything we needed. We slept in the upstairs bedroom with the balcony and it was a pleasure to awake in the morning to the birds twittering in the garden. You also got a view of the spectacular lighthouse. We enjoyed watching the stars at night and chilling to the peace and tranquility. Overall a fantastic Villa - thank you Sukhminder for your kind hospitality.

Stunning garden and pool terrace

The hosts have thought about every detail both inside and out in this beautiful villa. The jewel in the crown is the stunning garden and pool area. We could easily have stayed there every day, but there is much to explore in the area. The garden is exceptionally private, yet you feel safe surrounded by neighbouring properties. The outdoor terraces and outdoor kitchen and barbecue area are delightful. The kitchen is unbelievably well equipped and all three bathrooms are recently renovated - the showers are frankly the best we’ve ever experienced. The walk into Punta Prima town takes two minutes. Within 10/15 minute drive you have the beaches of Binibeca and fantastic restaurants at Es Castell. We will absolutely return. Thank you for having us!

Amazing pool and smart accommodation. Bathrooms and kitchen particularly well finished. Excellent location less than 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. We all had a lovely relaxing break.

Fabulous villa.

Very enjoyable stay. Four adults and 2 children.The villa is very well equipped and a short walk to the beach and shops. We booked Shuttle Spain for airport transfer so did not hire a car, as you really don't need to. Great communication frkm Sukhminder,.

Paradise

The villa has everything a family of four needs to have a fabulous holiday. One bathroom each, laundry room and dedicated space to hang it (not always a given). We only watched TV once and the lounge was very comfortable. All bedrooms had quiet air con. But the stand out feature of this villa is the garden. Immaculate, beautiful, great pool, multiple areas to eat and relax, we spent most of our time in it.

Fabulous holiday in Punta Prima

We absolutely loved Villa Palerma which had everything you could possibly need (and more) for a fortnight of holiday fun and enjoyment. The air on was welcome and three newly fitted individual bathrooms made it easier for us to all retain privacy. Sukhminder was great in organising everything for us and we thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities. The weather was really great too and we were able to enjoy sunshine days using the pool on most days with most evenings we ate at all the restaurants in the locality with Casa Fermin our favourite. We would certainly recommend Villa Palerma to anyone wanting a high quality stay situated in great well kept gardens and so close to walk down to the beach.

The villa was the ideal holiday choice for my family as the location is spot on with everything at your door step with no need for a hire car. The property itself is beautiful and you feel you just want to stay there the whole trip to unwind. The owner is incredibly helpful to assist with any requests and recommendations. Want to go back !
