Högre Boden Barnkonvertering i en idyllisk lantlig miljö
Ladan Àr ansluten och en del av en nu icke fungerande gÄrd som kallas Högre Boden och bestÄr av en lantgÄrd med klass 11 och uthus som har omvandlats till andra bostÀder. Det ligger pÄ Lizard-halvön 2 miles frÄn Helford River och havet, det Àr en idealisk plats för dem som bara vill komma ifrÄn allt och Àven de med aktiva familjer. Den gamla stenladen har omvandlats kÀnsligt för att rymma upp till 10 personer, den Àr full av enkel rustik karaktÀr och charm. Det finns gott om vackra promenader bÄde kust- och inlandet med strÀnder mycket nÀra till hands. Det stabila blocket kan ge extra utrymme för barnen och har ett bordtennisbord i full storlek. Vi tillhandahÄller internetÄtkomst

I live with my husband and 4 children in the U.K. I am a GP and my husband has a company which runs adventure challenges for charities. We have a very busy lifestyle both working and lots of kids, but this place is so relaxing and safe for children with loads of things around for them to do ranging from just being wild at the farm, to exploring creeks, or more structured days out such as the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek or visiting St Ives. The Minnack Theatre, or the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We were looking to buy a place with sea views but fell in love with the charm and tranquility of The Barn at Higher Boden, it is like going back in time to a piece of English countryside which has mainly disappeared .It is also very close to Gillan creek, only one mile, and only 2 miles from the more well known Helford River.
We felt that you could get the best of all world's here, not only are you close to some spectacular rugged Cornish beaches eg Kynance Cove, Mullion, Church Cove, but you also have the lushness of the South side of Cornwall with some beautiful protected creeks.
The Barn has been sensitively converted to try and maintain the character of the building and is part of a farm no longer working which is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
We felt that you could get the best of all world's here, not only are you close to some spectacular rugged Cornish beaches eg Kynance Cove, Mullion, Church Cove, but you also have the lushness of the South side of Cornwall with some beautiful protected creeks.

The main benefits at the house itself is the tranquility it is a great safe place to just let children run wild, there is a large garden and a stable block with Table Tennis and laundry.
St Anthony a charming coastal hamlet a mile away provides sailing lessons and canoe hire in which you can explore the creeks.
Helford has a great pub,and you can also catch a ferry across the river to Helford Passage which has an excellent pub and is a short walk to Trebar Gardens.
