Denna lyxvilla ligger i ett upphöjd läge på toppen av La Manga Club på en eftertraktad plats där du kan njuta av en avslappnad semester med utsikt över Mar Menor och de vackra kullarna och golfbanorna utanför dörren. Barnvänlig med liten passerar trafik, trappportar monterade topp och botten, 2 resesängar, 2 barnstolar, bilstol och gott om plats för alla.
Villan ligger bara några minuters promenad från ett urval restauranger, butiker och barer på Bellaluz och Los Molinos och några steg längre resten av klubben. Med tanke på vår plats på Las Terrazas de Montemares kan du vara säker på att det finns något för varje semesterfirare, med garanterad lyx när du bor här. Det finns gott om boende överallt. Villan, som bekvämt rymmer 10 personer, sprids över 3 våningar. Den består av 2 stora kök, en på bottenvåningen och en på ingångsnivån. Villan har nyligen renoverats till en mycket hög standard med nya Villeroy och Bosch badrum, nymålad och ny belysning monterad genom. Villan ger gott om plats för alla storlekar av fester och är en underbar plats att njuta av en semester i La Manga Club.

Yearly trip

This was our annual trip to the property which was again enjoyed by our party of 6. Booking procedure was easy and the house perfect for our stay. Already have plans to visit again next year.

Wonderful place for a family holiday!

We loved the villa! It was spacious and fully-equipped. The pool was excellent and so easy to access. We used the hire cars daily to access beaches and nearby towns. Cartegena was a highlight,and Cabo de Palos.

Second time using the property and it’s perfect for a group. Each bedroom is spacious with large balconies for relaxing together. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves. We were a party of eight and will be staying again.

Nice house for a big family group

The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. The garden and the swimming pool were source of great fun and joy. The supermarket nearby is closed for good and the golf courses not in walking distance so a hire car would have been good.

One of the best in LMC

Our stay at this property was excellent. The villa is large and has a great lay out across three floors. The view from the top floor is amazing and the walk out lower level to the pool was an added bonus! We also loved the location in La Manga Club as it was closer to the beach and definitely benefited from cooler temps and more breeze! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect !

Our stay here could not have been better. Top class accommodation with everything you need. We were there to play a golf tournament at La Manga Golf Club and the property is perfectly situated for this too. The owner is extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Excellent, top marks! We’ll definitely book again!

Excellent Rental

We stayed for a week having booked at pretty much the last minute. Given the short notice the communication was excellent and gave us confidence that we had made the right decision. The house itself is in an good location, clean, well looked after and with a shared pool that was never busy. In addition, one of our party left an item of value behind, and we were contacted immediately with a plan to safely return the item - great service from the owner and local manager.

Fantastic spacious villa - perfect for families

Brilliant villa, with plenty of space for large groups, across multiple terraces & indoor communal areas. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and just steps from the pool. It was ideal for our entire family, from small children to adults. Walkable to everything, but we also managed to get taxis within the resort, when going out for dinner etc. Carol was excellent to deal with, brilliant communication (over 2 years - due to Covid delays!) & so many useful details provided. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Return visit

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as good as we remember. We have stayed at La Manga Club numerous times and always enjoy our time there. It was quieter than normal due to travel restrictions etc but once we arrived it felt very normal. The shared pool is excellent and most of the time we would have the pool to ourselves. Dinner on the balcony with the excellent views is also a great way to spend the evening. Carol is great to deal with and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommended and we will no doubt be back in the future.

Beautiful large villa

A large villa in a quiet part of La Manga. The pool was big and the kids thoroughly enjoyed making new friends. The accommodation was spacious and worked really well with the different sun terraces. We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the club.

Excellent Property

We found this property to be really amazing, with all facilities and more than we expected. The pool was fabulous and nearby restaurants and amenities were great. Our 8 year old son really enjoyed the La Manga football sessions that was on offer. Thanks again for a great stay.

Excellent Family Holiday.

Our holiday was completely excellent, from the initial booking until our return. Everything was as detailed and more. The pool area was great for the children and everyone liked the spacious rooms and amenities. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. The booking was easy, the access, cleanliness and area all excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Fab villa - perfect for family get together

Very spacious accommodation - everyone could have their own space and also big communal space. Great garden and pool area. Very well appointed in all aspects of housekeeping. Only disappointment was October is a quiet time for kids so football academy cancelled for the boys and some other advertised facilities of the club not available. Eg playpark for toddler and climbing wall . Local supermarket very good.

Great villa in a quiet area of La Manga Club

Wonderful villa that is an excellent size and was ideal for our holiday which included 5 adults and 4 children. The villa was clean and furnished to a very high standard. It has one of the best spots on the Las Tarrezas community with direct access to the shared pool and a lovely garden area in front of the villa to place the sun beds. Having visited La Manga Club a number of times before we knew what to expect, although it was a pleasure to be back and enjoy this different area. I would reccomend the Los Molinos Flamenco night which is held every Thursday during summer holidays, a great fun night. Also, a trip to Cartegena is well worth it for a trip outside the club.

Fantastic villa

Stayed in early July with our 3 teenage children. The villa was perfect for us and is fitted to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable. The villa appealed as it is very spacious, wonderful for small and teenage kids, adults, families, couples and has plenty space for everyone. The community pool and gardens are beautiful, well maintained and the views from the balcony are wonderful.

The villa is designed over 3 floors, with generous living areas on the top floor and the 5 bedrooms are across the other 2 floors give a sense of space and privacy to individual guests. Direct access to the communal pool is available from the ground floor.
