Vår möblerad 2 sovrum lägenhet är ett helt rökfritt havet hörn på tredje v��ningen, med fantastisk fri utsikt upp och ner på icke-drivande delen av New Smyrna Beach. Det finns en stor dubbel balkong nås från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det finns en separat matsal och en mycket trevlig IKEA kök med rostfria vitvaror och en stor familj bardisk. Det finns också en tvättstuga med milj��vänlig frontmatad tv��ttmaskin / torktumlare. Den bekv��ma familj vardagsrummet finns en 42 "LCD-TV med HD-kabel, hemmabiosystem och DVD-spelare - det finns också gratis hög hastighet trådlöst internet. Koppla av på bäddsoffa, loveseat eller Lazy Boy vilstolen och njuta av att vara 30 fot från sanden! Bara sitta på balkongen med en drink - det kan inte bli b��ttre!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size säng, en platt-TV / DVD och ett badrum med en marmor och glas dusch. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, en platt-TV / DVD och ett badrum med badkar / dusch. Quick getaway to the beach and this condo was exactly as advertised. I read about upcoming construction but was not told they were working on the dates we were there. Not too bad but a little disruptive. Great location on beach with no vehicles.

Great Ocean View

Overall a good stay. Condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. Only issue was very limited hot water in 2nd bathroom. Master bathroom had no issues with hot water.

This was a beautiful property. It looked just like the pictures showed it to be. Easy access for a member of our party who is disabled. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Nothing wrong … just needs a couple things “more right”

This place is nice with only little things that need to be fixed. When our west coast plans were impacted by weather we were thrilled to quickly get this place booked with extremely prompt communication from our host. Just a couple maintenance items and some new cushions on the outdoor furniture from wonderful.

Great stay!

The unit is very much like the pictures show. Conveniently located from the elevator with great views! Nice beach and just short ride to the heart of everything. Kitchen is well stocked and overall would look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful condo for my husband and I to get away to for time together. The condo was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional and our walks on the beach were amazing. Would come back to visit this condo and area again.

A day at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. We pretty much just sat on the balcony in the comfy chairs and vegged. The box of local menus was very helpful as well.

Family Vacation

The view was awesome! The guest bathroom needs to be updated, electrical, vanity, shower tile was very old. The TV's in the bedrooms very old too. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. Needs more silverware, manual can opener, and toaster.

Beautiful condo but needs a couple of things repaired

I gave this 5 stars because overall it was a great condo and was exactly as pictured here, but the refrigerator needs to be fixed. We lost quite a bit of food because it just wouldn’t get very cold. Previous renters had the same issue because they left waters in the freezer. And the front door lock should probably be fixed or replaced. It was making a horrible sound so we tested it the second day with one person on the inside of the condo and the other one outside trying to lock it and it just wouldn’t lock. My husband went and bought new batteries for it and that fixed it. Very nicely decorated condo though and very clean which is important to us.

We didn't get to go on the beach because the hurricane had washed all steps with access away. That was the real disappointment.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and this unit is on the 3rd floor right on the corner, great views of the ocean. The unit was very clean and very well stocked, from the kitchen to the towels and linens. beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Easy to get to the unit via elevator or stairs. Door lock pad was convent as you never had to remember a key. Be sure to check to see if you need a parking pass from the office. We would definitely stay here again

Love New Smyrna

This location is perfect in NSB. The unit needs some TLC in the kitchen and the layout of the shower in the master bath is odd in that you have to be in it to turn the water on. The living room furniture is very comfortable and great TV for watching the NLCS. Beautiful oceanfront location and nice balcony furniture.

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
