Denna charmiga terrassvilla har hisnande panoramautsikt över Medelhavet, med den 18: e farleden och simbassängerna i förgrunden. Huset ligger på tre våningar. Övre våningen består av en hall, studiorum, andra vardagsrum eller matsal med sommar med balkong. En dörr till garaget är utanför entrén. Trappor leder ner till mellersta våningen på ena sidan där det finns ett vardagsrum med kabel-TV, hi-fi och DVD. Den andra sidan av den centrala trappan är frukostområdet med fullt utrustat kök. På denna våning finns också en garderob / toalett och duschrum. Trappor leder ner till bottenvåningen till de två huvudsakliga sovrummen med vardera eget badrum som leder till trädgårdens nedre terrass där du kan fortsätta njuta av utsikten med en aperitif. Som en del av Dolce de Fregate-anläggningen är det möjligt att använda restauranger, pool, tennisbanor och golfanläggningar som tillhandahålls av hotellet.

Great location, house didn't meet expectations

The resort is great: good location, nice pool, perfect views, cosy street, etc. The house unfortunately didn' t meet our expectations: old equipment and furniture, a bedroom without curtains and messy electricity unsuitable for kids. In it's current state the house is suitable for 4 and not 6 guests.

Belle maison, très calme et dans un environnement privilégié. Les escaliers sont raides et il est dommage que les terrasses ne soient pas au niveau de la pièce à vivre. Une climatisation serait aussi bien utile. Le point négatif est le manque de communication avec le gérant Pas d’accueil, pas d’état des lieux qui permettent en principe de lister les éventuels problèmes (ménage, entretien cuisine, volet cassé, tringle rideau occultant cassée, porte d’une douche abîmée, mécanisme d’une chasse d’eau fuyant, badge d’accès au domaine cassé...)des détails certes , mais un prix élevé mérite un suivi irréprochable et surtout quelqu’un a qui en parler autrement que par mail. Dommage, nous ne relouerons pas cette maison.

Great house on a lovely resort

We thought this house was fab,it was in a beautiful part of France. We normally stay nearer to Nice but we won't again-the area is lovely. There is a boulangerie about 2 minutes drive away and a beautiful square about 5 minutes away where you can have a drink or something to eat and then wander around the pretty village of St Cyr sur Mer. The actual resort where the house is was really well maintained with a lovely pool-never too busy so we could always find loungers. The house itself was really well equipped and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Highly recommended!

A nice house when it is cleaned ,and the days are warm outside.

The house is comfortable furnished with a really nice view and near to the golfclub. The kitchen is well equipped. But we were disappointed about some things. The house inside was very cold . We were the first guests after Christmas holidays and the house has not been heated for a long time. And the weather was not so warm the last months, so the walls of the house have not heated up. And it was also not well ventilated. The first night we slept in pullover with additionally blankets. Two of the the bathrooms had no heater the third only a towel heating. The second thing: the house was not really clean. Distributed over the floor in the kitchen washing powder , dust and hairs . Many crumbs all over the kitchen. And many things in the house were very dusty ( normal after a long time a house is standing empty) We cleaned up the things we used , like the water heater, the sink in the kitchen , the furniture on the terrace, sweeping some floors.....But we think this is not our job. It iwas the beginning of our holidays. So for us, it was not very cosy in the house. It was not well prepared for the first guests in the year. And for information: the house offers space for six persons but there exists only one sunchair on the terrace.

Beautiful views and Completely relaxing

We had the most fantastic stay and holiday at Fregate. We are a family of 4 and found the house very comfortable and relaxing. Stunning views from the top balcony looking over the Med. We explored all of the local facilities too from beaches, to ports, and to the local markets. We were all very sad to leave as one week was not long enough. Thank you Elizabeth, we hope to return very soon. Walker Family

Fantastic house, facilities and location

Beautiful house and location in a village style setting. The house is of a high standard, well maintained, good facilities with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have been newly renovated. Very picturesque and quiet with lovely views over the vineyard, golf course and out to sea. Perfect for sipping a glass of wine on either the upper or lower terraces. It was great having a bbq, for those nights when we didn't feel like going out. The pool at the hotel is perfect for a relaxing dip, clean and tidy, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We had children and they enjoyed the freedom of almost the whole pool to themselves mid week. Even at the weekend there was still plenty of space. The tennis courts and driving range are maintained to a high standard. Location is good, just a short drive to the beautiful beaches in Bandol and Sanaray. Enjoyed visiting the local markets, shops and restaurants in the harbour. Highly recommend and would defintely go again.

I live in Essex, England with my husband and 2 children. I own the property with my sister who has a family of her own. We have always enjoyed the French culture and have some wonderful memories of our holidays in Fregate.

We have family in the area and love spending holidays there with our own young children. Our husbands enjoy the golf courses, we all love the tennis and swimming pool facilities and each time we visit exploring new towns and beaches. And the best bit? There is always a new wine or cuisine that has to be tasted!
