Kypros Villa är perfekt beläget i en mycket lugn och naturskön by i utkanten av Larnaca. Ett idealiskt val för personer som letar efter en helt avkopplande semester bort från liv och rörelse och komercialism i de största orterna på ön. Alla rum, terrasser och balkonger har utsikt över den omgivande landsbygden och kullarna i dalen och även några av de lokala berömda attraktionerna. Det är bara en kort promenad till de två lokala tavernorna som erbjuder utmärkta lokala och internationella rätter till mycket rimliga priser. Alla bekvämligheter är mycket tillgängliga inklusive stormarknader, bank, bageri, apotek etc. Den stora bakre terrassen är helt avslutad och erbjuder integritet och har fantastisk utsikt över det omgivande landskapet och skapar en helt avkopplande atmosfär. Den mycket sylish Gazebo och utemöbler bidrar till den totala komforten och stilen i denna 5-stjärniga villa.

Relaxing family holiday

From the moment we booked everything was easy and well explained. The details on how to get to the property from the airport were clear and spot on! Carol was very helpful, friendly and answered all our queries and questions.The villa had everything we needed, and thank god it had air con as the heatwave was just a bit too much at times.Car is a must. Pool was great fun and maintained well. Can’t really fault it. Many thanks

The place is great! Convenient for groceries, restaurants, beaches, and other towns. Car needed. The home and pool are in great shape and fun to be had with table tennis and pool table included in outdoor space.

Beautiful villa

We had a fantastic stay at this villa, it's clean and spacious and has everything you need. It's peaceful and quiet, the pool is well maintained, plenty of outside space. All in all a very pleasant stay !

Misleading Description

Described as being in a scenic village with a taverna with 10 minutes. This is not correct - it is at best a commuter town and the villa is set on the fringe of this with unfinished building plots around it. The closest taverna closed during / as a result of the Covid restrictions and the next one on the main road and certainly a bit of a jog if you want to get there in 10 minutes

Great Villa in Larnaca

The villa was well equipped, and contact with the manager was swift. The village has a bakery and butcher shop and couple of supermarkets within a few mins drive. Well positioned for local attractions, again a short drive away. we did make great use of the pool & Air-Con, as outside temperatures were high. All in all a good relaxing holiday, thanks

Incredible vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Kypros Villa immensely. It literally had everything in it for a family to be able to just come and enjoy. The pool, all the outdoor furniture, pool table, ping pong, picnic area... large relaxing couch and coffee table, dining room, kitchen... bedrooms with great linens and fluffy towels... in a nice, quiet, scenic village. It was the perfect vacation. Carol was extremely pleasant and accommodating with cribs, fans, bottled water, and whatever else we might have needed. She was easy to get hold of, came over to check in on us, and was really a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this villa!!

Très bonnes vacances

Villa située dans un petit village calme. Villa très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Piscine bien entretenue. Tout était conforme a la description de l'annonce. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation de la maison étant donné la chaleur extérieure. Carol est très sympathique, a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et nos besoins. Nous la remercions chaleureusement.

Such a great holiday

The apartment is everything you need, including the pool, appliances, table tennis, and pool table. We had a great time. The local taverna is a short walk from the apartment and well worth the visit. The hosts were very good at letting us know everything we needed to know.

Lovely stay

Small hiccup with the check inn but Carol is a very helpful lady. Dont use the adress what google maps is saying because its wrong! I head a lovely stay at the house. Everything was clean, the place is really quit. Except for the dogs barking in the morning so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. But is nearby some great places and the pool is perfect. And if you like you can be friends with the neighbours cat's ;)

Lovely stay!

Property was large and spotlessly clean. Had everything we could need including an excellent gas bbq. Area is mostly residential so very quiet but with all the main facilities (supermarkets, bakers, butcher, pharmacy, 2 tavernas) within 5 mins drive. Only negative was no safe on the property & despite the guest book asking guests to set the alarm when going out, we were told by the property manager that it had been broken for quite a while and she'd been told to disconnect it.

Lovely Villa

Well equipped villa, very clean and easy to find. Carol was very easy to contact and helpful. Villa is plenty big enough, just the pool is a bit cold in the Winter! It's about 20 mins from Larnaca centre and the airport. Overall very quiet in the evenings, just an early wake up call from the local roosters.

Das Haus ist super geräumig, sauber und modern/umfassend ausgestattet. Pool (Wasser) & Pool (Billard) wurden intensiv genutzt. Kommunikation mit Verwalterin war TOP! - Einziger gaaaanz kleiner Punktabzug (subjektiv - wurde auch anders bereits erwähnt): in der Nachbarschaft gibt es offenbar eine kleine "Landwirtschaft" - es kann daher sein, dass man bereits (früh) morgens ein paar Tieren "lauschen" darf (Hahn, Hund, Hühner)...

Lovely villa in quiet location

Villa Kyprus is everying it says in the description. It is well equiped, very spacious with a nice pool and outside area in a very quiet location. The villa was very clean when we arrived and easy to find thanks to the very accurate directions sent to us. Carol was very helpful and was easy to contact but to be honest we did not need to bother her. The villa was for us, being only two people, rather large but it would be ideal for larger families. The only suggestion I would pass on is to improve the lighting in the kitchen area which was a little dim. All in all 5 star acommodation

We have had a great time and fun at the home. The reality we met appeared in line with the published pictures, clean and well maintained. The house is situated in quiet location what appprreciated. A young part of our group was happy with a pooll and got a lot of fun. The owner Carol appeared helpful and sensitive for our comfort. Many thanks for her attendance

Tolles Haus mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten,wenn man Teenager dabei hat

Schönes Haus,in dem sich alle wohlgefühlt haben.Es ist ganz viel Platz vorhanden und konnte sich sowohl im Pool,wie auch beim Billard oder Tischtennis die Urlaubszeit betreiben.Man konnte gut alles mit dem Auto ansteuern und die Strände in der Umgebung waren super! Lediglich am Bauernhof nebenan,wo der Hahn und der Hund sich abwechselnd ihren Wachdienst geteilt haben,war ein kleiner Minuspunkt,aber Natur ist ja auch schön😉und leider wurde neben dem Grundstück während unseres Aufenthalt aktiv gebaut,sodass wir dem Baulärm ausgesetzt waren,aber der Aufenthalt war trotzdem super und die Kommunikation mit Carol funktionierte einwandfrei!

Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit Carol vom HomePride Services war völlig unproblematisch und das Objekt ist sehr einfach zu finden. Das Objekt liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber mit einem Mietwagen sind alle Ziele erreichbar. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig und auch gründlich gereinigt. Nochmals, Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Das Objekt können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Lovely place

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this house. It is just as seen in the photos and everything is in good working order. Carol was always on hand and incredibly quick to respond and support with a wealth of local recommendations. With a car, it is 15-20 mins from a range of beaches, shopping and the airport. A very quiet location although ear plugs are handy to sleep through the wake up call from the local rooster.

A fantastic holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house is perfect for a family with teenage kids, who whish to relax and enjoy the pool, the sun and play some tabletennis. A well-equipped kitchen and a lot of cozy eating areas. Thank you for a pleasent stay.

Comfortable villa with a pool

Villa and all the facilities were just perfect for us, a group of 8 . There were enough space for everyone. We enjoyed especially the pool and pool table, children played pool all day long. The villa was very near to Larnaca and airport, but still in very quiet neighbourhood. The nearest beach (Carretta) was about 15 min (10 km) drive away, which we visited many times. Communication with Angela, the property manager was very easy.

Relaxing Kypros Villa

After arriving late, the access into the villa was so easy everyone was inside, had turned lights on and choosing their rooms and I was still paying the taxi driver! The place was extremely clean inside and out, very tidy, everything to hand. The kitchen had all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and electrical equipment to make eating in easy like being at home. There are lovely views from every window, we loved having a cup of tea on the bedroom balcony every morning admiring the views.
