Villa ligger vid Regal Palms Resort and Spa. A $ 15. 00 / dag avgift betalas vid incheckningen. Avgiften är per hus inte per person. Denna avgift gör att du kan njuta av anläggningens bekvämligheter:
- Pooler: 2 uppvärmda pooler med barnpool, vattenrutschbana och lat flod
- Gym
- Bastu, ångbad, bubbelpool och duschar.

Njut av bubbelbadet och massor av sittplatser runt pooler och lekplats. De har vit sandvolleyboll nära pool och utomhus tiki bar.

Eftersom den upptagna säsongen ligger precis runt hörnet vill vi påminna alla om att kol- och gasgrillar inte är tillåtna på Regal Palms-fastigheten. I princip är det inte tillåtet att använda någon grill som arbetar med öppen flamma inom orten. Elgrillar är tillåtna.

Familjerummet har 2 full size soffor med s 55 'LED-TV med 300 HD-kanaler.
Sovrummen har takfläktar, väggmonterade 32 "LED-TV, väckarklocka och trådlös telefon.
Badrummen har också hårtork.
Matbordet bra för 6 personer kan passa 8 enkelt.

Very clean and nicely equipped, we loved our stay here!

We stayed here from December 19 to January 2nd with our four children. We absolutely loved this place. We have stayed at other Regal Palms units and this one was by far the nicest!

Great communication

After being cancelled by two other property owners, we were thankful the communication for this one was so great since we booked only a few days before we left. Property was clean and exactly as described. The pool and amenities were nice but the the gated community wasn’t as safe as I would have liked.

Beautiful residence with all the amenities a family needs!

This property was an amazing place for our family to stay in!! I would highly recommend lodging here since it was perfect for my 8 and 9 year old along with my husband and myself. The bunk beds & childrens room was perfect and the master/guest bedroom had ample space to feel right at home. If we visit Orlando again we would definitely choose to stay here.

Great

We stayed there for 11 days, 2 adults 3 kids. We thought the place was great. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. The kids loved the pools, slide and lazy river. The pools weren't overcrowded like some places. The grocery store was a short walk and Walmart was about a 10 minute drive. We drove to Disney 5 times and its about 25 minutes with little traffic, about 40 minutes around dinner time.

Just OK

The townhouse is nice but farther away from Disney than I expected. Took 30 minutes to drive there in the mornings. Also The pool area is not nearly big enough for the amount of townhouses in this resort. There are hundreds of townhouses here. More than once, we were unable to find two lounge chairs together when we went to the pool and had to stand around until someone left.

The house was nice, the resort pool area was disappointing

The house was very nice. Well suited for our needs and reasonable accessible to Disney and Sea World. I was disappointed that there were no wash cloths in the house and limited towels as well. The swimming area was as advertised but the area was not cleaned or maintained to a very high standard. The most disappointing thing was the unprofessional attitude of the staff at the resort. In just a short time I witnessed several arguments between staff members including crude language. The "pool rules" were not enforced as advertised.

Great location and property

We stayed here for 2 weeks whilst visiting Disney and also attending my sister’s wedding. We had stayed at Regal Palms before so knew what to expect. This villa was ideal for us, great location, just a few minutes walk from the main complex and pool. It was very clean and well equipped and was literally everything we were looking for. We would definitely return.

Can’t wait to come back!

Check in was very easy and we arrived at about 2 in the morning The property itself was clean and tidy and a few minutes walk from the pool area. There wasn’t a picture of it on the listing but my favorite place to sit here was on the balcony off of the master bedroom. There were some camping chairs we brought up from the downstairs bedroom closet and just relaxed up there a lot. The pool area was nice. It was a bit busy for my tastes but everyone was so nice and friendly so it wasn’t terrible. The tiki bar was great. We loved the frozen margaritas

Nice stay

Yvette was great! She was easily reachable and prompt with responses. The property was nice. It was nice having an upstairs for the kids to play on the rainy days. The location was good, we did one day at Disney and one day at Peppa Pig park, both were short drives. Due to the hurricane hitting we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped.

Great vacation experience!

My family drove from Iowa for this trip so it was great to land in a place that felt like home. There were 6 of us and this property was very well equipped to make us all very comfortable. The townhouse was close to the pool, so that was a plus! The property manager was very helpful and easily accessible when we had questions. I’d stay again if ever in the area!

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our trip to Orlando. We had 3 generations at the house and there was plenty of room for us all safely to stay. The house was very clean and completely updated. The pool area is very nice. It is conveniently located with lots of dinning options close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good

We enjoyed our stay and the property amenities. The things that need some attention is the carpet in the house. Also more trash bags need to be provided along with recycling.
