Villa Dolce Vita ägs av en lokal familj vars förfäder har bott här i många generationer. Varje sten och varje gräsblad har bevittnat tusen år av kärlek och samhörighet. Ett besök i sagans stad Sutivan innebär att beröra evigheten, fortsätta traditionen, skapa minnen, uppdatera både kropp och ande.

Ha kul med familj och vänner i en villa med två våningar med pool i centrum av Sutivan. Två king size-sängar och två dubbelrum kan rymma totalt 8 personer. Så många som fyra trädgårdar och gårdar erbjuder stor utomhus integritet. Allt är gjord av den berömda lokalt framställda Brač-stenen - väggarna, trappan, golven, det enorma matbordet i trädgården ... Det finns också tre badrum, en bastu, ett dubbelgarage, fitnessanläggningar utomhus, en grill, ett solterrass bredvid den enorma poolen. Fantastic villa in a fantastic location

We were met at the villa and shown around on arrival. All the gadgets were explained, including air conditioning. Fab pool, BBQ outside space. Great views from the balcony Towels changed every couple of days. Ideal location, 2 minute walk to village centre, beach and harbour. Sutivan has a very relaxed uncommercial feel about it. Lina arranged for a taxi to take us back to the ferry in Supitar.

Top Villa

Lage und Ausstattung waren exakt, wie beschrieben. Bei Fragen war Lina stets sofort ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Absprachen bzgl. Putzfrau usw. waren sehr unkompliziert und immer mit Rücksicht auf unsere Tagespläne. Die Putzfrau war übrigens super-nett und nahezu unsichtbar…. Insgesamt ein sehr luxuriöser, entspannter Familienurlaub! Jedes Familienmitglied - Eltern und 3 Jungs ( 6,11 & 14 Jahre ) - kam auf seine Kosten und war traurig, als der Urlaub vorbei war… Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was great even the weather! We were a family of 8 and the villa was a perfect size with everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space and pool. We all really enjoyed the sauna too! We will definitely be back! Thanks Lina

Fabulous villa in beautiful Sutivan!

We definitely recommend this villa! The villa, with the separate apartment, was perfect for two families with 4 children between 13 and 18 yrs old. The view from the house is amazing. The house, pool, dining area and garden is fantastic; private, clean and well equipped, we did not miss anything. The pool was cleaned two times during our stay. The 2 minutes walk to the sea was perfect for a morning swim before the youngsters woke up. On your way back you can walk by the bakery to buy newly baked bread for the breakfast, and there are three supermarkets in there area. Sutivan is one of the most beautiful villages we’ve visited and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Lina is the perfect host; She quickly responds to questions and is very welcoming! She helped us arrange transfer from Split airport to Sutivan, with a very friendly driver. We had a fantastic week, and we definitely would like to come back. We give Villa Dolce Vita and Sutivan 5 out of 5 Stars!

Sutivan Summer 2019

We stayed as 2 families with 4 children aged 9-12 and the house was perfect. The property is a 2 minute walk from the sea front and the amenities of Sutivan - which is lovely. The property itself was ideal for our stay: it is clean and well finished, the pool and outside areas are great and it feels very tranquil and safe. Locally there are a couple of supermarkets and bakeries etc so we didn't bother with a car. When we did venture out Lina was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise boats trips/ taxis etc. Overall a really great holiday and would highly recommend.

Perfect stay in amazing house

We really enjoyed our week in Sutivan. We were welcomed by Lena, who organised a car to pick us up from the ferry. We also met Natalija and her husband who were really friendly. The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. My 14 year old had his own space downstairs in the apartment. The rest of the family in the main house. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern with lots of hot water. The pool is beautiful and my son enjoyed the outside gym and table tennis. The view at the front is amazing and my husband and I spend many evenings sitting outside reading. We also had a couple of hours in the morning, by the pool on the loungers, while the teenagers were still sleeping. Sutivan itself is really pretty with a few restaurants around the harbour. The bakery is about a minute walk which is ideal for fresh bread and croissants. You can pick up basic supplies in one of the two supermarkets in town, but I would recommend the big supermarket on the way from Supetar. After dinner we always wondered out for an ice cream. The harbour is really buzzing in the evening and on our last night a local band were playing. I recommend swimming in the sea which is really clear, although I bought some shoes as the beach is a bit pebbly! I also recommend bringing cash, as most places only accept cash as payment and it’s hard to get money from the cash points. Any questions we had were answered straight away by Natalija or Lena and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a fabulous trip.

Beliggenhet og hus er fantastisk

Vi var 2 familier på ferie i 1 uke. Huset ligger perfekt til i koselige Sutivan. Huset ligger midt i byen, men likevel stille og rolig. Huset er veldig fint innredet med leilighet i kjeller og hoveddel oppe. Uteområdet er den beste delen av huset. Plattingen og bassenget ble hyppig brukt. Det er også flere strender i kort avstand fra huset. Vi anbefaler på det sterkeste både byen Sutivan og Dolce Vita spesielt for barnefamilier.

Home away from home

The house is every bit as beautiful as it is advertised in the pictures. The location is perfect. Close to the town center, but not too close. It is a short easy walk to the water where the restaurants and shops are and a small pebble beach where the locals swim. We had a bit if a challenge finding the house when we first arrived- Google maps tried to take us on a road closed to traffic and would not re-route- no problem though, the owners met us at the market and showed the way. Once we arrived, there was fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We were given a tour of the home and it was all relaxation from there. The garage is a great bonus for parking. Enjoy!

Great stay in a wonderful town!

I stayed with a group of friends at the Dolce Vita villa in June. It was wonderful, very well equipt and clean! The pool area was perfect and the interior neat and cosy. The small town is wonderful and Lina was very helpful, she even arranged transportation and ferry tickets to and from the villa! Overall an excellent stay!

Amazing 5* house in an idyllic fishing village

Wow - this house has everything - great pool, wonderful outdoor spaces, fluffy towels, comfy beds, excellently equipped kitchen, a sauna and outdoor gym and two bikes! Ideal for two families or a family and grandparents (because they could have their own space in the very spacious self contained apartment on the ground floor) - and Sutivan itself is beautiful. We feel very lucky to have stayed here. Just book it if you can - you won't regret it.

A beautiful spot!

A beautiful villa in a great location. Well equipped and luxurious. One of the best we have stayed in.Lina was extremely helpful and the pre arranged transfer and ferry worked superbly. The views from the front balcony are stunning. Sutivan is a lovely quiet harbour town and the villa is a 3 minute walk to the centre so no car needed. Very highly recommended!!

Dream view, perfect house in a quiet, charming village, easy access on foot to grocery stores

We spent a week mid October at Dolce Vita and it was wonderful! We were a family of 6 plus the grandparents and the house was perfect for our group. There are so many little corners to escape to and to please everybody. We were concerned that it would be chilly this time of year but we didn't even need the heat even though it was provided. The hostess was a great help and willing source of information about the island, places to go etc. Brac (missing the correct symbol on this keyboard) is a perfect island to explore if you want to see a variety of things, inland and on the coast. Distances are minimal so no long car rides for kids who are only interested in gelato anyway, right?! Plenty of that to be found as well as great food and well stocked grocery stores. Brac is so clean and pleasant, friendly and small enough to feel very cosy. The white stone houses and terra cotta roofs are so beautiful. The Dolce Vita house is no exception and has been recently renovated with a careful eye to attention and detail. The view onto the sea from the morning terrace is so relaxing and spectacular. The pool was chilly but the kids swam any way and there is always a sunny or shady spot depending on your preference. It is definitely the end of the season mid October but that only means that it is quiet and the big crowds have thinned which makes it perfect!

Piece of heaven!

We are not long back from an amazing stay at Dolce Vita. This house and location are truly a piece of heaven. Natalija and her daughter Lena were the perfect hosts answering any queries we had before our stay and also when we arrived. There were 7 in our family party including 3 teenagers and a Granny and we found the perfect place in this villa for very special family time :-) The house is absolutely beautiful, fitted out to the highest spec with cool chic design. There were lots of little peaceful places to sit and chill if it all got too much for anyone. Sutivan is a lovely place and the villa is a really short walk to the harbour. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all to hand. We ate out a few nights but cooked in the villa the rest of the time as the outside eating area lent itself to such a lovely family space. The pool was perfect and also the self contained apartment downstairs allowed for teenagers to hang out and watch TV. We truly had an amazing holiday in such a beautiful well appointed villa.
