El Castillo i Altea Hills är en stor borg stil villa med högt i tak i vardagsrummet och en ny Queens tornet sovrum komplett med eget badrum och egen tinnar solterrass. Det har också en Naya med sittplatser och flera utomhus terrasser med en grillplats komplett med plats för 6 eller mer. Vissa områden är i skuggan, men alla har en rullgardin eller parasoll eller täckt loggia område. Satellit-TV tillsammans med gratis Hi-Fi och internetuppkoppling i naya. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser einzigartigen Luxusvilla in Altea Hills. Alles war wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Garry war hervorragend. Die ist Lage super und der Ausblick fantastisch !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour l’emplacement de la maison offre une magnifique vue sur mer et montagne et de plus dans une résidence sécurisé Le propriétaire est très réactif, le sejour aurait été parfait si la visite de gros cafards le soir avait été évité dommage. Je recommande tout de même

Spacious villa nice views

The villa was a lovely size plenty of room The views were lovely. Location was nice but you do need a car when staying there. The villa has everything you need. We don’t like to complain but just being honest the property was very hot and really needs air conditioning as none of us could sleep. There are ceiling fans but you can’t really feel any cool air. They are next to useless Everything else was nice and owner Garry was very helpful when I messaged him a few times providing information and maps etc

Excellent property in a stunning location

We (family of 4 with a 6 and 4 year old) had a great stay in Altea Hills. The property is beautiful with loads of space, lots of different places to sit / eat, a great swimming pool, clean and well kept. The views are stunning and provide a great back drop to being in the pool all day, having dinner or enjoying a quiet evening. Although at the top of a steep hill the property is in a great location, a car is a must, but the local shop is 5 mins drive away, beach 10 mins and both Altea and Calpe are 15 mins away - both of which are great with loads or restaurants, beaches etc. The property description is also accurate and all communications with the host were speedy and very helpful Only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but we were there when it was exceptionally hot, most normal times a hill breeze probably provides the relief needed. So overall an excellent stay and highly recommended property.

Semaine inoubliable

Moi et ma famille avons passé une semaine magnifique reposante, le lieux où se trouve la villa est magnifique avec cette vue sur la mer. La villa est grande agréable avec ses extérieures. Le semaine est passée trop vite. Sur l'année prochaine nous reviendrons.

Excelentes vistas

Excelentes vistas, entorno seguro y tranquilo. Tamaño de la piscina perfecto, al llegar estaba sucia, avisamos y enseguida acudieron para solucionarlo.

Un sitio para repetir

Mejor de lo esperado, nos gusto muchísimo, piscina excelente, bien equipada , tienes de casi todo. Lo unico reseñar que queda lejos de la playa , aunque ya lo sabiamos. Le falta un pelin de mantenimiento, pero aun asi compensa mucho el alojamiento.

Tolle Zeit in Altea Hills

Das schöne Häuschen liegt in einer überwachten Anlage hoch an der Steilküste von Altea. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat alle notwendigen Dinge, die man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Aussicht am Tag und am Abend auf die Bucht von Altea bis Benidorm ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den Verantwortlichen vor Ort war jederzeit unkommpliziert und sehr freundlich, bevorzugt in englischer Sprache.

La maison est très bien située, dans un quartier sécurisé. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Le style espagnol recherche est bien présent. Les photos sont exactes et la vue est encore plus belle. Le propriétaire est très disponible. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison que nous recommandons

Lived there for two weeks with grandparents and two kids. All of us truly enjoyed the stay. Had some problems with the dish-washer; this was fixed in no time. Great pool and splendid surroundings. You need a car, though. We´d love to come back!

Très jolie maison bien équipée avec une vue incroyable sur la baie d'Altea

Superbe maison avec de beaux espaces de vie aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur: coin repos, tables, barbecue, belle terrasse avec la piscine et puis quelle vue ! Très bon contact avec notre hôte Gary et avec le gardien, Steve, sur place. Que dire de plus: j'espère que l'on reviendra !

Fantastic views from a unique property.

Villa was clean and comfortable and had a real 'home from home' feel about it. Everything you could possibly need on a self-catering villa holiday was at hand - and more! We loved the nia (covered terrace), and pool area particularly, and although the drive up to the villa and the driveway itself are quite steep, the views over Altea, Albir and beyond to Benidorm up the coast are well worth it! We spent a lot of time just staring out to sea. The tower is a really unusual feature, and the roof terrace with its castellated walls is quite unique; like staying in a little Moorish castle! From booking to checking out the owner Garry couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and prompt in responding to us, and we had the added reassurance of knowing that a housekeeper/maintenance man were only a phone call away if we had any issues, though we had no need to call upon them. Overall a very nice stay, thanks!

An amazing site.

From the first day, it was like being in a paradise. We spent two weeks in this fantastic villa, where we had a wonderful family experience. I went with my wife and two children, and I would definitely repeat. One of the most beautiful things about this fantastic place, are the views as well as its large pool. It is a perfect place to live the holidays. I will repeat it without hesitation. Thank you for such fantastic service. Recommended to go both groups as a single family, as there is a lot of space and privacy. It is much enjoyed, as there are nearby a lot of sites, beaches, coves and many other places to visit. I only have to thank you for that joyful stay.

Excellent views. Character property

Located high on the chic Altea Hills urbanisation you will definitely need a car to get around. The views from the villa are fantastic during the day and the night. Pool was well kept and crystal clear. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the sunshine or the shade. The accommodation itself was very unique and full of character with eastern influences and original artworks. The Queen's tower was lovely and had its own private terrace. Kitchen very well equipped and user friendly. The whole villa had loads of space and we found we enjoyed eating meals outside on the terrace as much as driving into Calpe, Altea or Albir. Any problems and Steve the maintenance and pool chap was only a WhatsApp call away. We were a party of four adults ( Mom Dad and two adult daughters 26 and 22) and thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay. Would we come back? Absolutely 😁

Brilliant Holiday

We had a great family holiday in the villa. Three couples and a one year old. Pool was fantastic and was well used by us all. Great barbecues in the evening with amazing views over the sea with some amazing sunsets. The short drive to Calpe was great for a day on a lovely clean beach. Also some lovely meals in the old town of Altea. A great time was had by us all and hope to return.

We bought the site and built our villa in 1999 to 2000. The views are fantastic as is Altea Hills a very upmarket urbanization. We extended the Queens Tower in 2010 and this provides a delightful new experience. All our guest have left enchanted with the area and some have even bought on the urbanization.
The furnishings are Arabian because I worked in the Middle East and brought back most of my villa contents with me.

The Costa Blanca is a superb place to holiday.

We bought a plot and built our Castle in Spain. We love it and hope you will too.

Alicante Airport (aka El ATET) now has a new terminal building and you will soon exit and be at the villa via the A7 motorway.

The climate in the Hills is delightful. In high summer the gentle breeze keeps you cool on the hottest days that you will spend in the glorious pool.

Shops abound for food, drink and anything you might need. Altea is full of designer boutiques with the best quality clothes, shoes, jewelery etc.

Restaurant cater for all tastes and pockets. The Yacht Club in Puerto Loius Campomanes or Greenwich Village as the area is also called as it is on the O degrees meridian has a superb restaurant. Albir has many great restaurants to choose from!!
