Om du letar efter den perfekta semestern Lake Lake Cumberland har du precis hittat den.

Detta vackra lakefronthem ligger i det prestigefyllda lakefrontområdet på Lake Cumberland Resort. Med en spektakulär utsikt över sjön från två stora bakre däck, ligger detta hem cirka 60 meter från vattnet.

Har du en båt? Du kommer också att ha tillgång till vårt säkra 13x36 båtlagringsgarage.

Lake Cumberland Resort, Kentuckys finaste gated community, har tre pooler (varav en ligger tvärs över enheten från vårt hus), tennisbana och bränsle. Allt detta ligger på en halv tunnland halvdel som delas med Daniel Boone National Forest.

Lyx finns i detta 2800 kvadratmeter stora hem som innehåller fyra sovrum och tre och ett halvt bad. Den stora master-sviten har en dubbelsäng, elektrisk spis och en garderob. Det rymliga master badet innehåller en två personer JETTED TUB, dusch och en dubbel fåfänga. Tre andra bekväma sovrum har dubbelsängar och ett har eget badrum.

Många extra kommer att göra din vistelse roligare inklusive två stora däck, ett med en fyra till sex personer HOT TUB, fullt utrustat kök med sittplatser och service för upp till tio, fullt applicerad tvättstuga, 42 tums PLASMA TV i det stora rummet, STONE Eldstad, drottning bäddsoffa, professionell Connelly biljardbord, fem tv-apparater med DVD-videobandspelare och stor GAS GRILL.

Min familj har tillbringat år på jakt efter den perfekta reträtten till Lake Cumberland och vi hittade den äntligen. När du hyr vårt hem hittar du att det är allt vi letade efter i en semesterfastighet. Jag är säker på att du kommer att älska det så mycket som vi gör.

The property was very good. Location was somewhat difficult being a few miles off the main road, with a hilly and curvy road. Communication was excellent if you use Gmail. We use Outlook. Host could not send information through messaging or Hotmail, as Vrbo deleted that in host communication. Grandkids loved the pool. Many games to play on rainy days.

Wonderful trip

House is gorgeous, great setting and neighborhood. The house has all amenities you need. The pool is across the street and easily accessible. Highly recommend for a family to a friends weekend get away.

Great getaway on the lake!

We had a great week at David’s place! It was very comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Great layout, loved the 2 balconies/decks, pool table and proximity to the pool. We would definitely stay there again, hoping in summer 2024!👍

The home was beautiful. Very well maintained. Yhe cleaniest place we have stayed. It was perfect for family meals, family games, and the sitting area was big enough for the whole family. Worth the drive

We have stayed in this house multiple times and it never gets old. We have always stayed in winter but the view doesn't disappoint. In the early morning the water is so still it's hard to tell where the rocks end and the water begins. It's accommodating for our large family.

The house was perfect for us. We have 5 kids all 20 to 24. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the house. The pool was closed for the first few days until they treated the water. Nice close proximity to the dock was a huge plus!!

Relaxing and Enjoying Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family. A great way for us to all come together under the same roof to laugh and relax. Many memories were created and shared here. Only a minor issue with the freezer, but that was quickly resolved with a call to the property owner. Also, the proximity to the private dock and boat ramp made access to lake Cumberland that much easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

A stay high above the Cumberland River

We arrived a few days after horrible ice and snow storms. Everything was ship shape, except that the handyman had forgotten to turn the water heater back on. I texted our host and within 10 minutes had a response and the matter taken care of. The home is exquisite and the view spectacular. We would certainly stay again.

Amazingly Nice

Some of my family and I stayed at this location from Sept. 15-17. We are city folk so we were not used to the long 8 miles once we turned off the highway that was long sharp winding roads that seem to go on forever. The roads were all paved which was a plus. But when we finally made it to the rental and walked in. Magic started. It was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. Everyone was in Ahh and kept saying how nice it was. We all said how we should of rented it for a week. David was awesome to communicate with and gave us everything we needed to know and use. He made himself available for any issues or questions that we may of had, but there was none. Thank you David for being an awesome host. We enjoyed it immensely. 👏🙏

Great view and great house and spacious!

Dave was a great host. He sent lots of information about things to do in the area and info about the resort. The house was spacious and very nice. The view off of the decks was pretty. The road to the house is winding, and it’s a fair drive from the main road, so making a list for stuff from town is a good idea. It was nice being out where there isn’t the hustle and bustle you might get closer to town. The pool across the street was convenient. The house was really nice and clean, I did do a little bit of cleaning in the master bath because I’m weird like that! ;-) We used the fire pit to do s’mores. There is a bit of poison ivy in that area, but we were in an area where we should watch for it and we did. We were quite happy with the house and property and location. Thanks Dave and family for sharing your wonderful house with us for a vacation! We appreciate it!

Lovely home and resort

Other than the slight issue getting in the gate, our stay was delightful! The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Beautiful view of the lake. Convenient to have the pool directly across the street. Very comfy bedrooms and ample bathrooms for 6 women! We did have to stop at the store after the second day to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, so I suggest you bring that with you. Also, make sure you include bath soap when you pack, because that is not included in the bathrooms. The road from the main road to the house is a bit scary with no guardrails in most sections and is around 7 miles long. We had some storms and lost electricity one night, but it was restored within the hour. As far as the host, he was very communicative and sent lots of information about the area, which made the trip planning a lot easier. We hiked, went tubing and rafted under the falls. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
