Lenno “Sopra” Spese är en helt ny lägenhet i Lenno, en av de mest populära och varmaste byarna på sjön på den gynnade västsidan av sjön. Cirka 3 minuters promenad från café, pizzeria, stormarknad, bussrutt. Ingen bil krävs. Privat säker parkeringsplats vid behov hemma. Funktioner inkluderar en pool (delad), TV, DVD, fullt utrustat kök med alla bekvämligheter inklusive mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Fläktar, hårtork, barnsäng och barnstol. Be om mer information. 10 min promenad till sjön och byns centrum. Soligt läge. 2 färjestoppar i Lenno och Campo på gångavstånd. Båtuthyrning, Villa Balbianello (007 Casino Royale), restaurang och strandbar inom gångavstånd, Richard Bransons Villa Cassinella alla ligger här i Lenno. Tillgängligt för turistiska byar som Menaggio och Tremezzo. Bellagio en färjetur bort.

We relocated to the lake from the Uk over a decade ago and live locally here in the village of Lenno so are on hand whenever our guests need to get in touch!

Here at "Lenno Sopra Spese" photos and view speak for themselves. The swimming pool and proximity to the lake is a real attraction for our guests. The home is located modern and comfortable living space inside and out. The home is located on two levels with no apartment above you.Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.

Ideally located between Argegno and Menaggio in the golden triangle and sunniest part of the western side of the lake, Lenno is easily accessible to reach the while lake with regular ferry service located here in the village. Highlights include local market's with superb local produce and seasonal ingredients, the golden sand lido di lenno to take in the sun, enjoy a cocktail or dinner or cool off in the lake, authentic wine and cafe bars and superb home made gelateria to name just a few benefits. In short we offer more then letting our holiday home.
