"Home from Home" i denna fullt utrustade stuga - 5 min promenad till Cawsand stranden!

En modern stuga ligger i ett bostadsområde i Cawsand på den vackra Rame halvön - Chy-an-Forn är fullt utrustad för alla dina "hem hemifrån" bekvämligheter. Stugan är en platt 150 m promenad från Cawsand stranden och bara 50 meter från Cornish kustvägen, och så perfekt för familjer eller aktiv semester-maker!

Carparking ligger - du kan parkera utanför stugan (med förbehåll för en lokal invånare system) och huvud Cawsand parkeringen är bara 2 minuter bort. Fråga för mer information.

Boendet består av ett vardagsrum / matsal, ett välutrustat kök, vinterträdgård och nedervåningen toalett. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum plus badrummet.
För underhållning, är bostad med satellit-TV (Sky +), DVD-spelare, midi-HiFi och gratis trådlöst internet.
Utanför finns en trädgård med tillgång till stugan, medan den bakre finns en liten smyckad område varifrån en grind ger tillgång till en mindre väg som leder ner till Cawsand stranden.

Beautiful home away from home

The minute we walked in to the house, we felt at home. Clean and very comfortable. Loved the village, close to the beach, comfortable beds and lovely garden. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area for holiday.

Perfect place to stay in Cawsand.

This is a wonderful property, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very near the beach. The only negative is the lack of parking but we managed to park for free a bit further up the road. I would definitely recommend this lovely home from home.

Highly recommended

Well located (3mins walk to Cawsands beach max). Very clean and comfortable property and probably the best equipped kitchen we have stayed at. Also had a great conservatory and outdoor space (small decking area). I’d stay here again.

Excellent

The property was clean and very homely with good amenities provided. There was enough room for 5 of us to enjoy our stay and time. The beach was 2minutes walk and people were very helpful. We will stay again and recommend the property. Thanks Gwyn and Jo for a brilliant stay.

Second stay at this brilliant property, granddaughter aged 8 absolutely loved it! Everything you need for lovely holiday, no pets policy ideal for us,who needs someone else's dog hair everywhere? We will definitely return!

Lovely house, very clean, nicely furnished and so well equipped we needed. Less than 5 minutes from the beach and lovely location. My favourite room was the conservatory but whole house was good. 10/10. Will definitely book again in the future

Amazing location and facilities

Perfect for a multi generational family holiday, house has everything you need, it has all the facilities and equipment you have in your own home with lovely outside space….private decking and shared garden. Location is just perfect, just a few hundred yards from beaches and several lovely pubs/restaurants for eating out in a very pleasant and traditional Cornish village. Contact with Gwyn the owner was very prompt. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely cottage in a great little village.

A lovely property with everything you would need for a great holiday. Very nice location in a beautiful village. If you want discos and night clubs go elsewhere, it's not for you, this is a quality break for those who like fresh air, peace and quiet and coast walks with stunning views. Owners 'no pet' policy makes it perfect for us, who wants someone else's dog's hair on the beds and sofas? We will definitely book again, thanks for a lovely stay!

Short break in Lovely cottage in Cawsand

Had a lovely 3 night break with adult sons and their partners. Beautiful location so near the seafront. Cottage was lovely cosy and very clean. The pictures actually dont do it justice.The local resturants and pubs were outstanding. Highly recommended this property and area for a break. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Gwyn for letting us stay in your lovely home I will definitely book again

An excellent holiday cottage

The property was clean, welcoming and situated in the perfect spot - literally just a few hundred meters of level walking to a beautiful beach. Perfect for our family. The landlord was clear and prompt in communication and everything went smoothly.

It really is home from home!

The house is very deceiving from the front. Once entered you see how spacious it is and immediately feel it is ‘home from home’. We had an 84 year old with us who found the property easily accessible. She was unable to use the shower as it was over the bath but for the few days we were there that didn’t prove a problem. After all her generation were used to strip washes😊. The house was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Beds were comfy with ample wardrobe space and coat hangers. The kitchen has everything you need, from washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, salt, pepper, foil, cling film, ice cubes, numerous utensils, even to an apron. There are loads of children’s games and DVD’s if you fancy a quiet night in. The conservatory looks out onto the decking and to the communal lawned area beyond. There is gated access at the back with easy walk to the beach and the Cawsand ferry ⛴ if you fancy a trip to the Plymouth Barbican. Halfway House do lovely meals at reasonable prices. The kids/light meals were a good choice for us (60+year olds) and were more than ample. Enjoy!

Great stay in Cawsand

The property was more spacious than expected. It was great for our family for 2 weeks. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house has everything we needed. Cawsand is a great place for kayaking and paddle-boarding and is well catered for with pubs and restaurants considering its size.

Beautiful Cornwall

Gorgeous, clean, well equipped property, located as stated a few minutes walk from the beach. Lots to do including kayaking and paddlboarding at local beach, plus surf lessons only 15 minute drive away. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. Regular ferry from beach to Plymouth. Mount Egcumbe country park worth a visit too. Fitted in as much as we could. Only caveat - need to book local pubs and restaurants for dinner. Food fantastic. Would definitely recommend and happy to come back again.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Gwyn und Jo‘s Haus und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Es gibt genug Platz für 5 Personen, bequeme Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen kleinen Wintergarten und eine kleine Terrasse. Die Lage ist super, in einer Minute ist man am Strand. Das Örtchen Cawsand ist wunderschön - wer es beschaulich mag, ist dort genau richtig.

2 Minuten zum Strand

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Fewo und hatten einen netten Aufenthalt. Die Fewo liegt 2 Minuten zum Strand entfernt, ein schöner Spielplatz befindet sich im Ort. Es gibt keine privaten Parkplätze. Man kann etwas oberhalb der Fewo bei der Telefonzelle meist einen freien Parkplatz finden. Es waren sehr viele Spiele für Kinder vorhanden. Es war alles an benötigter Ausstattung vorhanden. Leider wurde das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig warm, was für das Duschen von Baby und Kind schwierig war.

Lovely stay in Cawsand

We had a really enjoyable stay in Cawsand. The property is perfectly positioned for a quick stroll to the beach and up the hill to the pubs in Kingsand. The property was really well kitted out and we would recommended it family and friends
