Vi introducerar 401W, ett slutaggregat med låg golv som är som helt nytt! Alla 3 sovrummen har king size-sängar. Det tredje sovrummet är en lockout-enhet med egen ingång, privat balkong, badrum och pentry!

Enhetsfunktioner: fantastisk utsikt, ganska enhet, plattskärmar i alla sovrum och vardagsrummet har kabel med HBO, fullt laddat kök har allt du behöver äta i, stort badkar i master för damerna att koppla av i, gratis DSL internet, super -strandig strandinredning.

Bäddsoffa och 1 bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Andra sovande ottoman i lockout. Enheten sover 10. Alla nya små apparater, Keurig kaffebryggare, disk och bestick. Tusentals dollar i uppgraderingar. Detta är vårt andra hem och det är inredda och möblerade för komfort och bekvämlighet!

Splash är semesterplatsen i Panama City som alla pratar om! Splash är en av Panama Citys senaste resorter på stranden och är en riktig familjesemester! Barnen kommer att njuta av barnens poolparker med vattenrutschbanor, sprutleksaker och andra interaktiva vattenleksaker, en lat flodtur, en "dive-in" biograf (under sommaren) och ett barns underhållning / arkadrum! Mamma och pappa kan fly till gymmet, jacuzzin, strandbaren och grillen eller till strandgränsen.

Splash ligger i Panama City Beach på West End of Front Beach Drive och är familjskul på sitt bästa. Utanför din dörr finns en expansiv 400 fot kristallklart smaragd vattnet i viken och mjuka snövit sandstränder.

Great vacation

We stayed in 401west had a great time, our granddaughters loved the kids play area, Jen was wonderful to speak with, we had a few issues with the TV, but other than that had a great Vacation and will definitely come back again..loved it..

Great Place to Vacation

Great room, pools and wading pool for kids are awesome. Food at pool and in hotel was great! We f you have kids this is the place to stay. It was booked but seem to always have room in the pool and access to amenities.

We love Splash. We have stayed several times and plan on staying again. The only things we wish were better is the elevators and a ramp instead of steps to the beach. The lady at the check in is also so friendly and Micheal at the chair rental is the best.

Amazing

This condo was amazing. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. We were on the 4th floor which made it easier to get to where we were going vs a higher floor. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals, and even 2 coffee pots, a traditional and a Keurig. Not many condos offer each bedroom with their own private balcony. Very clean and close to many attractions. The kids enjoyed the splash pad, pools, and lazy river. We walked across the street to Alvin’s island, for any beach needs and an ice cream parlor. Very convenient. The first evening when we were settling in, we noticed the Wi-Fi did not work. I reached out to the owner and received an immediate response. There was an issue with the entire resort that was resolved that same evening. I was amazed how quickly they responded. I definitely recommend this unit for an all around wonderful vacation. Don’t forget to check out the local springs. They are a refreshing break if everyone gets sunburnt on the first day like we did. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo is this awesome splash resort, Mandy

Great stay

This condo is an excellent choice for family and young children. The splash pad was nice and clean. The room was also very nice with all the cookware you need to prepare your own meals. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best family vacation in years!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was very relaxing and the beach chairs that were included was a very nice plus! The kiddos loved the splash pad they played their hearts out. Family vacation

We had a great time. Really was thankful for the bedroom with the kitchenette. It was perfect for the couple with the newborn. It was completely quiet for baby and convenient for late night feedings.

Fall Vacation

One teip to always remember. Everyone had a wonderful time. The unit was fantastic. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. Our host was excellent. I can’t say anything negative about our condo for the fact she asked if anything needed her attention to let her know the first day so it could be resolved beach service and pools were great. And yes there are only 2 elevators. But we used the stairs a couple of times, thanks for the condo being on 4th floor.

Great for the kids!

We had 5 adults & 5 kids & loved this condo. Plenty of room & all 3 balconies had an ocean view. Kids loved it as there was a variety of pools for them to choose from when they weren’t swimming in the ocean. Property owner was super nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed this spacious condo with an incredible view and sunset

The owner was very helpful with advice and resolving any issue. She made herself quickly available. My family and I were comfortable and relaxed during our beach stay. Not to mention, the WiiU made my Grandson happier than the pools! Sheila C

Family Vacation

If you are looking for the perfect place to go with kids this is it! The condo was just as advertised! Spacious with plenty of dishes, pans, towels etc. perfect location on the beach. Pools both shaded and full sun. Property manager very responsive and check in check out Wasa breeze. If there was any complaint, the property could use more elevators but this is the 4th floor so stairs weren’t a bad option! If we travel with family to PCB in the future would definitely stay here again!

The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very appreciative of the quick reply from Jen the host of any questions we had. The condo had several items for use that you don’t have in many condos. The only downside we had for the Splash resort in general was the elevators very slow, hard to find luggage carts on check in and checkout, and the need for a ramp to access the beach.

Way too busy

The condo that we stayed in was fairly nice overall. The only thing we didn't like was the carpet in the bedrooms which was stained and dirty looking. There were also not enough hooks in the bathrooms for wet towels or bathing suits, so we had to do more laundry than we would have liked to do. The entire resort was way too busy! There were never enough lounge chairs by the pool. The concrete by the pool was moldy. You had to wake up before 6 o'clock to get a good spot on the beach. There were so many wooden lounge chairs on the beach (we couldn't set our tent up in front of them) so we had to walk all the way past the other condo to set up our stuff. It wasn't easy having three little kids. The elevators always took too long, so we had to walk the flights of stairs to go anywhere, also not easy with little kids. Luckily we were only on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, we'll never come back to Splash due to our experience.

Excellent rental

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The only negative issue was the elevators for the condo were very busy and slow. Since this unit is on the 4th floor, we were able to use the stairs at times. Would recommend and would stay here again!

BEST TIME EVER!!!!

The condo was everything described and more. Beds were comfy, a/c was primo (my hubby's request) We took our 80 y/o mom she had a blast. would definitely recommend 401W to anyone. Next summer can't come fast enough!

My husband and I are originally from Boston. We now reside in Henderson, Nevada with our two girls, ages 7 and 9.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Originally, we were looking in South Florida. A friend of ours owns a unit at Splash, and they got us interested in the Gulf Coast. We came down for a visit and fell in love with Splash, and decided this would be a great place for our girls to vacation, as well as a wise investment.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The fact that our unit was a 2nd home and had never been in a rental program before 2016 (the unit is immaculate) was a huge draw. We also love that it is a low floor, end unit so it is easily accessible by stairs should we need them. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and we enjoy watching the wildlife!
