"La Belle Colline" är en härlig, luftkonditionerade, rymliga villa i utkanten av den charmiga historiska byn Neffies. Det finns en vacker privat pool med romerska steg och ett kaklat uteplats med flera andra sittgrupper som i stora marker i ett högt läge med fantastisk utsikt över Languedoc landsbygden. Det finns en stor picknick och grillplats och villan har även en egen boule terräng. Den stora öppna köket är mycket välutrustat och det finns en rymlig vardagsrum. Detta är en lugn och avskild villa i en unik miljö med fantastisk utsikt men bara kort avstånd (5 till 10 minuters promenad) från lokala bekvämligheter i en traditionell fransk by. Det finns också en stor mataffär mindre än 10 minuters bilresa bort med den fantastiska Medelhavet inom en 25 minuters bilresa. Villan har också pooluppvärmning som ingår i hyran för bokningar i maj och juni och sedan även i sep och okt. Utsidan av fastigheten och marken har nyligen blivit totalrenoverad med nya sittplatser med enastående panoramautsikt.

Neffiès

Das Haus liegt freistehend auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschönem Blick über das Umland. Der Pool war im September auf 26 Grad geheizt. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Zum Motorradfahren ist das Languedoc bestens geeignet, wobei auch der Strand nicht zu weit entfernt ist

Belle Colline

Très belle région, très beau village, très belle vue. La maison est bien approvisionnée en produits ménagers et est très propre. Plusieurs problèmes techniques n'ont pas été résolus.Les radiateurs électriques ds la douche et ds la salle de bain ne fonctionnent pas, la douche de la salle de bain n'avait pas de pression la cafetière électrique ne fonctionnait pas elle devait juste être détartrée ou réparée, la vaisselle mis à disposition pas toujours efficace, le robinet de l'évier à la cuisine a refixer .La piscine n'a pu être utilisée la première semaine car en traitement.Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé. les voix et les bruits passent les pièces même porte fermée donc pas d'intimité. Points fort la maison est spacieuse, la vue est magnifique et quand la piscine est accessible c'est un plus.A chaque petit inconfort nous avons pris le parti de le résoudre ou de nous en accommoder. Endroit à recommander si le prix de la location baisse .... Car en état le prix de la location est trop élevé. Ou garder le prix mais améliorer la prestation.Résolument positive et bienveillante.Colette

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We stayed here for a week in August. The villa is beautifully presented and clean. The views from the pool and terrace are amamzing. Such a peaceful location with a great restaurant in the village. Well located for sightseeing. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow - amazing villa in wonderful location

We have stayed at some lovely villas but this has to be one of the best in its category (WiFi speed amazing especially if you do have to work)! The villa itself was clean, well equipped and in an amazing location (pool and air con was much appreciated in the August heat). We visited Montpellier, Sete, Pezenas, the lake near Octon and Belziers - all within easy reach by car. Neffies was lovely as was Roujan (Super U supermarket well stocked with everything you could need.). All in all we had a wonderful holiday and was sad to leave. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Andrew for sharing your glorious villa.

Comfortable villa in great location with amazing views

We had an excellent time in villa La Belle Colline! Villa is spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need. Pool with stunning views was refreshing during the hot days and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there. Location of villa is very good as you can reach the sea and pretty surrounding villages in a relatively short time. Welcome gift was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Perfect house for a relaxing holiday

The house is pretty, spacious and well equipped, but the pool area and its fascinating view into the magnificent surrounding landscape is the biggest bonus. We highly recommend this property and will for sure return.

Ein tolles Haus in unbeschreiblich schöner Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Woche in einem hervorragend klimatisierten und großen Haus mit herrlichem Pool und unbeschreiblichem 180 Grad Panoramablick genossen. Absolut ruhig am Rande des Ortes gelegen, aber dennoch fußläufig zur Boulangerie und in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt im Nachbarort. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabulous spacious, peaceful villa with beautiful views

We had an amazing 2 week holiday at this amazing villa. Privacy, scenery and relaxation. The villa really does look bigger and better than the lovely photos. A great base to drive to beautiful nearby towns and beaches. Meze is lovely as is Béziers. A short walk to Neffies and bakery with shop, 2 restaurants and pretty murals. The Salago lake is worth visiting too. Lots of wine co-operative, the nearest practically at the end of the road. Highly recommend this villa and thank you to the hosts and managing company. We would love to return one day. Fabulous

Villa met prachtig uitzicht

Het verblijf is goed bevallen. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en de airco was zeker geen overbodige luxe bij 35 graden. Het zwembad was prima en het uitzicht prachtig. Ook is het in de avond en nacht lekker rustig. Paar kleine puntjes: de wifi snelheid was wat mij betreft niet voldoende. Verder was er buiten onvoldoende schaduw: geen lekkere veranda of overdekt terras. Er waren wel parasols aanwezig. Overigens was dit geen verrassing: het is op de foto's te zien.

La belle Colline is a fantastic,stylish,comfortable beautifully proportioned villa.from the moment we arrived and looked at the most incredible views we felt immediately at home. The villa has everything you could want or need to enjoy yourself. It is perfectly placed to explore the south of France.beautiful places to visit and explore,like Cap Agde, Meze,with its lovely harbour.I could go on and on but all I will say is BOOK IT.

Nice and new with a great heated swimming pool. Lots of room

Nice view of the country. Well equipped with a manager near by to address any issues.The only issue we had was with the WIFI which was corrected in a day.

Superbe Villa et excellent séjour

Neffiès est un petit village calme et tranquille. La villa surplombe le village et les alentours, et est sans aucun vis à vis. La climatisation aide à supporter les grosses chaleurs, et la piscine permet de se rafraichir. Extrêmement bien équipée et décorée, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour (trop court à notre goût), mais très agréable à 4, la villa peut accueillir sans problème 6 personnes adultes. Nous y reviendrons. Neffiés is a small and quiet city. The villa is on the top of a hill with no opposite view. Air conditionning and swimming pool help to cool from too high temperatures. The villa is wel equipped and we spent a very nice and charming stay (Maybe too short), very pleasant for the 4 of us, while 6 adults can share the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. Superb villa with amazing space and brilliant view

We have stayed in 3 properties in Neffies and this is by far and away the best and think that the pictures don't really do the villa justice. It is modern, clean and spacious and had everything a family of 5 would need for a 2 week stay. The kitchen and dining area are both well equipped and there is plenty of space to eat inside or out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also great and everything worked as it should during our stay. The pool is a perfect size and immaculately maintained. Everything worked smoothly from the moment we contacted owner Andrew and service could not have been better. I would have absolutely no hesitation in re-booking this villa again or recommending to friends and family. James and Sarah Gay

Excellent property - would highly recommend to anybody

This is the first time I've independently booked a villa and I was delighted - the villa exceeded my expectations. Great location, on the edge of a village with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. Beautifully designed, perfectly proportioned rooms, extremely comfortable, fitted with everything you need for a comfortable hassle free holiday. Everything worked perfectly and there was plenty of everything .... the owners had really thought it through - designed for them and perfectly equipped for guests. If I ever built a place in the south of France, I'd model it on this. I'll be recommending it to friends.

We have been visiting this part of France for several years with our children. We could not find the house we wanted to buy so decided to build our own! It was amazing luck finding this peaceful plot with wonderful views with the feeling of being well and truly in the countryside yet being able to walk in the morning to the local boulangerie. We also love the nearby sandy beaches and are still exploring the area and finding new beaches and sights to visit.

This is a truly exceptional villa. The location up on a gentle hillside within the rolling French countryside feels like you are are truly away from it all but in fact close to all modern amenities including a large well stocked supermarket. Nearby just a short walk away in a lovely little village you have ready access to a boulangerie, restaurants and bar and local wine tasting allowing you to have a truly French holiday.
