A superb villa in a great location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful, easily accommodating our large family gathering. The infinity pool was a particular attraction. Located 20 minutes from the seaside, we often went to the beach, but also within easy driving distance to the Sibillini mountains and great hikes.

What a great place for our annual family vacation! Casa Collina is a spacious house, well equipped and very clean. Great pool and terraces, but most of all, an overwhelming view on the Marche hills and mountains. Seen the pictures? Well, the real thing is even better! Exactly what we wanted!

As two families of four with kids ranging from 8-13 this was the perfect places for us all. The house itself is fantastic. The kitchens were so well equipped allowing for us to cook very comfortably without lacking anything. There is an upstairs main house which has three great bedrooms, all with bathrooms and air conditioning. There is also a downstairs apartment part of the house with two bedrooms - one master and another with two singles beds, a bathroom and a living room and kitchen. This space was ideal and gave one family a separate area to themselves. Really it was ideal. The pool was gorgeous with amazing views! We also loved the table tennis table where many a competition was held over the week! Le Marche is an amazing region and there is a lot of exploring to be done around this region - hilltop towns to beach. The detailed information folder at the house was used frequently and a fabulous resource. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to return at some stage!

Schönes Haus in zauberhafter Landschaft

Objekt wie im Internet beschrieben, Fotos entsprechen der RealitĂ€t. Pool ist einzigartig, ebenso der Blick in die hĂŒgelige, sanfte Landschaft der Marken. Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden fĂŒr tolle Ferien. Leise KlimagerĂ€te in den Schlafzimmern sind ein Plus. GĂ€stebetreuung antwortet rasch und lösungsorientiert.

A great place

After a long flight from Finland we were met by friendly Thomas and immediately settled in to this lovely house. The views were better than expected and the pool was enjoyed by us all--young and old. We hope to return some day

Wonderful stay in the country - June 2019

The villa lives up to the information provided and the location and views from the property are outstanding. The weather turned hot during our stay and the pool was a real plus. The shops, restaurants and wineries in the surrounding area were excellent and most welcoming.

What a View

We were a group of adults from Holland celebrating a special occasion and loved our stay at Casa Collina. The house had everything you may need, the views from the house and outside were fabulous and the pool--although a little cold in early May--was great to sit around. The area around is beautiful and we look forward to returning one day.

Great Villa with brilliant views

We had a great holiday in this villa. Great setting and a healthy walk into Cossignano. Not too far to a reasonable supermarket in Offida and the nearby hilltop towns are a good trip out. The villa is well equipped and our group of nine had plenty of room. We like La Marche as it is unspoilt, so prices to eat out are very reasonable. La Fonte near Offida was good on the day of arrival as it is a big place where service was fast. We went back on our last day for the “workers lunch” and were stuffed for €12 each including wine. Loads of fish on Friday. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Fantastic house with incredible views

We really loved our stay at Casa Collina with its great infinity pool and everything provided. The air con was essential and kept us cool at nights and in the day we just lounged around taking in the spectacular views. Surrounding villages were great and beaches really clean although busy with Italians at this time of year. Would highly recommend

Fabulous!

We stayed at this house as two families of four and absolutely loved it! The house is large and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It is positioned in a quiet and peaceful location and the views are just stunning. We would have quite happily tucked ourselves away there for the full two weeks! However, visits to the surrounding villages and towns where the locals are very welcoming are a must and we were lucky enough to have (by chance!) picked the festival period to go, adding that extra bit of fun and fervour to our stay. A trip to the mountains is an hour away, the beach is about half an hour, and a visit to the local Fiorano vineyard offers wine tasting opportunities where the owners are lovely and the wine is extremely good! .. Yay! Obviously a car is a must. We have come home feeling relaxed, refreshed and longing for more! The owners, Colin and Sue have been really friendly and approachable and have offered some good advice and suggestions. Thomas, their agent, was exceptionally helpful and always on hand if needed. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. A definite 5 stars from me! We would all go back at the drop of a hat!!

A Piece of Paradise

What a fantastic family holiday! Not only was the weather hot (thank goodness for the air-con), but the house was everything we needed and more... the views were breath taking to wake up to every morning, the house was very well equipped and the pool was very clean and perfect for both the kids and adults. The local village was beautiful with a church at the top, opposite a fantastic bar where we had lovely evening meals. There were also friendly local shops and a fresh pasta shop. We hope to return one day to Casa Collina.

Superb

We joined some friends who had already been at the villa for a week, which was useful because otherwise we might well have missed the well-hidden "driveway" up to the house... but that is now just part of the nice memories. Splendid location, view over Le Marche fields and meadows, several villages in sight (from the infinity-pool as well)... The villa in itself is very spacious, comfortable, with all modern kitchen equipment, nice bed- and bathrooms (however, still "enjoying" backproblems from too soft mattresses). In all, highly recommended for up to three families, if rented as a whole. Advantage of Le Marche: it has a lot of the charm of Tuscany (less cypresses, though), but, as a plus, rather few non-Italians (except for the very charming and discrete English couple managing the place). Driving up to Cossignano from the coast at first isn't too promising (ugly industrial-type buildings along the road), but then Le Marche captivates you... Quite enjoyable!

We are UK based and having owned a villa in Spain were looking for something different for our retirement and our family enjoyment. We chose Italy and on visiting the Marche region were impressed with its beauty, stunning beaches, interesting sites and numerous activities. Finally the people in our village who are all so friendly.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose Casa Collina because of its stunning private location yet within walking distance of Cossignano and close to beaches. Then followed two years of conversion to provide the ideal family location which suits our needs perfectly. The infinity pool was my own creation with luxury mosaic tiles rather than pool liner and a small baby pool at the lower level. Each year we add something different with new areas in the garden.

With two kitchens and lounges we designed it to allow all our family to visit with the ability to have some privacy when needed but be together most of the time. We all wanted a playroom and pool and to make sure of a good sleep every night installed air con in all bedrooms--still unusual in most Italian homes but very welcome in the summer heat. We also include unlimited Free Wi Fi
