Denna soliga, attraktiva bungalow med två sängar är väl underhållen och fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett par semester. Förutom tillträde till den vackert underhållna gemensamma poolen bara 200 höjd bort, har bungalowen också en privat stor solterrass på taket. Det är inte nödvändigtvis en bil som ligger inom gångavstånd från flera stormarknader och La Habaneras, ett modernt köpcentrum som också erbjuder gratis WiFi-åtkomst. Det finns gott om lokala kaféer (vissa med internetuppkoppling) och restauranger som erbjuder spanska köket, kinesiska, indiska, tyska och sushi. Vi är på bussvägen, eller bara en 40 minuters promenad om du föredrar den livliga kuststaden Torrevieja. Fastigheten ligger också mycket nära saltsjön för promenader, cykling och fågelskådning. Fönstren är försedda med fuktiga nät och fönsterluckor med ytterligare säkerhetsgrindar på fram- och bakdörrar och barer mot fönstren för ökad sinnesfrid. Gratis WiFi är också installerat i fastigheten

Lovely place perfect for us. We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have made a better choice. Very well equipped with everything you’ll need. We spent a lot of time on the roof sheer bliss. 2 minutes walk around the corner there are about 7 restaurants. We had nice meals in them all. Bar Concierto also around the corner was a nice lively bar and very cheap. About 20 minutes walk in the other direction was Urbanisation La Florida Torreta II which also had nice restaurants and a few bars. Habaneras Shopping centre was about 15 minutes walk if you like to do a bit of shopping. We walked into Torrevieja which took us about 45 minutes gentle walk but there are taxis that you can ring if you prefer a taxi. If you want night clubs and loud music this isn’t the place for you but if you want a lovely place to stay with lovely food at great prices and a few drinks in friendly bars don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed we weren’t.

Enjoyed our stay the roof terrace was well used despite a lot of traffic noise & building work nearby.We thought the interior was a bit dark but had lovely art work on display.

Great bungalow 2nd time staying here and loved it again. Everything you need supplied brilliant roof terrace. Couple of bars and few restaurants 2 minutes away lovely pool area although no sun beds. Correspondence with Susanne great and key holder also. Would definitely book again. Thanks so much.

Lovely Bungalow

Beautiful Bungalow in great location close to bars and shops. Owner Suzanne is lovely and most helpful. She arranged a bed gaurd for my granddaughter. Keyholder also very nice and helpful. Would recommend a stay here, it has everything you need with a fantastic roof terrace.

Muy contentos con la estancia. Apartamento muy limpio y muy comodo. Muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fabulosos dias de vacaciones. La terraza de fuera una chulada, y la azotea de arriba para por las noches una maravilla. Repetiremos!

Je recommande vivement ce logement, l’accueil était parfait, le logement est très bien équipé, il y a pas mal d’ingrédients de base pour cuisiner ce qui est top, et le plus est bien sûr le toit terrasse avec le barbecue , super pour passer une bonne soirée Le propriétaire est très réactif

Just Like Home

This bungalow was so inviting, comforting, perfect! We felt so at home that we didn't want to even leave to explore the city! The bungalow was clean, well stocked with all kitchen amenities, books, linens, all daily life needs. It was a well kept facility, and the communication between myself and the property managers was always prompt and met our needs. Thank you so much Susanne! I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Super Bungalow - fantastic roof terrace

Great little bungalow with everything you need on the doorstep. Supermarket shops eateries and pubs just around the corner, all at great prices. Close to both salt lakes to walk and a lovely swimming pool just 2 minutes walk, did get a little busy at times, but we were there in August in a heatwave! Torrevieja is a little far out at about 40 minutes walk but you can get the bus, well worth the walk for the child friendly beach / bay and the night market / fun fair and ice cream parlours! Yum! Great atmosphere. You must visit the Friday market, about a 25 minute walk, the biggest in the area, great value leather goods, clothes, food ……almost everything! Another fantastic atmosphere and great to barter for bargains. Also the water park, Aquapolis, about 20mins walk. Make sure you pop into the Tourist Information Centre first to pick up your 25% discount voucher! The bungalow itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you could need. The sun roof is private and very large, perfect for sunbathing or evening meals. There are external lights so you can sit up there all evening, just make sure you have some good mosquito spray! The hosts are friendly and we used the transfers they recommended and everything went smoothly despite our flight being 2hours delayed! All in all a great value, relaxing holiday. 🙂

Brilliant Property + Location

Brilliant property in a really good location, close to shops, bars, + cafe's. Property is lovely + clean + well equipped. Contact with owner + key holder was excellent. We will definately be returning.

Súper alojamiento

La vivienda está muy cómoda, muy bien equipada, limpia y agradable, fresca, tranquila, con una terraza grande, aparcamiento fácil , cerca de los centros comerciales, restaurantes, y a unos kilómetros de las playas de Torrevieja en coche.

My parents chose this location firstly on recommendation from friends.
They loved Torrevieja because of the ample facilities in the area, the beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping opportunities and the close proximity of friendly bars and restaurants means that there is always somewhere different to eat, drink and socialise within a short walking distance. The local bus will take you into vibrant Torrevieja town with its beautiful beach, market, esplanade and marina.

The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of the urbanisation, overlooking public parkland where you can take a pleasant stroll in the evenings.
Entertainment, several restaurants and lively bars are on offer just 300yds away. However, as these premises are in the next block and facing in an outward direction there is no noise or disturbance to signify their presence.
The bungalow has a private roof-top solarium, fully equipped with sun loungers, patio table and barbecue.
So whether you are looking for peace and tranquillity, lively entertainment, access to the beaches and shopping centres; Torrevieja has it all.
