Traditionellt stenhus på en ingen väg längs Calvari-trappan. Tre bäddar, tre badrum, kök, stor matplats, vardagsrum, vinterträdgård, uteplats, pool, terrass. Solig uteplats, citronträd och pool (ca 12x8ft). Stor övervåning på två våningar med utsikt över Calvari. En mycket älskad tillflyktsort, huset har luftkonditionering, eld, wifi, spel, böcker, kök med kockar och bekvämligheter. Två minuters promenad till affärer / söndagsmarknaden men ändå en värld bort.

Wunderbar!!!

Tolles, ruhiges Stadthaus mitten in der Altstadt von Pollenca und nur 2-3 Minuten vom Stadtkern. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der kleine Pool herrlich erfrischend und die Dachterrasse (größer als auf den Fotos zu sehen) mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und der Check-In Prozess verlief reibungslos. Man muss sich nur über die Park -und engen Straßensituation bewusst sein. Für uns war das kein Problem. Im Umkreis von ca. 10 Gehminuten haben wir immer etwas gefunden. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man aber direkt vor die Tür fahren. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen!

Fantastic house

Communication with the owner was excellent she was so helpful and answered any queries we had. The house was lovely even better than the description and perfectly located in Pollensa- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be going back!

Das Haus mit Pool im Innenhof bietet Privatsphäre - ist aber auch nur wenige Meter vom trubeligen Zentrum mit vielen Shops, Cafés und Restaurants entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Ein Versprechen

Das Haus ist ein Versprechen für eine wunderbare Zeit, es hat alles was ich für eine Zeit in Pollenca brauche, die Sonne wandert über das Haus, es findet sich immer Schatten und Sonnenplätze. Der Blick zum Meer und über die Altstadt sind fantastisch. Und die Nähe zur Altstadt mit all den köstlichen Restaurants und ihren Geschäfte ist toll. Die Straße in der das Haus liegt ist eine Sackgasse und führt zu Fuß direkt zur 365-Treppe zum inneren Frieden. Vielen Dank, dass ich dort sein durfte. Komme gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön und alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Sasha, der Vermieterin. Parken am Haus ist wie fast überall in Pollenca sehr schwierig. Das 3. kleine Schlafzimmer ist nicht vergleichbar mit den anderen. Darüber wird man vorab vom Vermieter informiert.

Our stay at Ollenca

We had a great holiday. The host Sasha was so very helpful and gave us lots of tips and advice to help with our stay. The house is lovely and the pool is a welcome addition. We have stayed near Pollenca before but enjoyed being so close to the cafes and shops. Thanks again for a memorable stay. Denise, Mark, Grace and Olivia.

Great location .

We had a lovely stay in this delightful town house . Ideal location for exploring Pollença , Porto Pollença & Alcúdia . Lovely beaches nearby . Pollença is just beautiful and we loved wandering out each evening into the Old Town finding some fantastic places to eat . As previous guests have mentioned - do hire a small car as the roads are extremely narrow ! Sasha has been a lovely host with lots of helpful information and great at communicating at all times . A great stay for us , thank you very much .

Perfect!

This property was a great find. In a really quiet street, but within a few minutes walk of all the shops and restaurants in Pollenca. The house is very tastefully furnished, of high quality, had every facility that we could need, but still retains its Mallorcan character. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout in making sure that our stay was as good as it was. Can’t recommend this property highly enough - it was perfect!!

Gorgeous house, great location

It's difficult to add to the previous reviewers' superlatives; this is probably one of the best houses we have rented in Pollensa, and in the top 3 of rentals anywhere. Apart from the lovely decor and furnishings, everything is provided for a relaxing stay, including a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival, all cleaning products and white goods, hand soap in the bathrooms, pool towels, corkscrews, knives that were actually sharp, etc. We only left the house to do some shopping on our first day, and late every evening to eat out. The rest of the time we relaxed by/in the plunge pool and on the terraces. The views are great (you can even just glimpse the sea from the upper terrace). It's about a ten minute walk to the bus stop (from/to Palma Intermodal station, with only the last 3 minutes up a steepish hill). The place was very quiet apart from some yappy neighbouring dogs (kept in at night and most of the day). The only things that would give this a 12/10 would be some cushions on the sunloungers and some shade over the outdoor table and chairs - which are in full sun from around 2pm, just when we wanted to have lunch. A small table on the bedroom sofa terrace would have been good, as the footstool tables from the upper terrace weren't really firm enough for cups/glasses. The wifi dropped in and out of connection, but Sasha responded very quickly and helpfully. These are very very minor points though. Communication with Sasha before and during our stay was excellent and we had a fabulous, relaxing timeand would definitely return.

1 Woche Auszeit in der Altstadt von Pollenca

Wir waren schon in unterschiedlichsten Stadthäusern in Pollenca, aber dieses war bisher das Schönste! Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig gelegen und doch nur einen Katzensprung vom Marktplatz mit all seinen Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an Nichts. Von der oberen Terrasse kann man sogar bei guter Sicht bis zum Meer hinüber sehen und den Abend bei einem Sundowner ausklingen lassen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit Pflanzen gestaltet und zudem verfügt er über Sonnenliegen und einen großen Tisch, an welchem wir in der Morgensonne frühstücken könnten. Sasha hat alles bestens vorbereitet und gab uns unaufgefordert hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Pollenca. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und bei der Ankunft erwartete uns schon eine gekühlte Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche mallorquinischer Weißwein. Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter :-)!

Super Property in a Great Location

Super townhouse, in a quiet street but within a few minutes walk of all the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops you’d want or need for a relaxing holiday. We had a lovely week in Sashas house - it is beautifully decorated, well equipped, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of different areas in the house to relax and chill - I particularly enjoyed the top terrace in the early morning with a book - and then later in the day with a sundowner! The upper terraces off the main bedroom are much bigger than expected and are beautifully designed offering great views across to the Calvari Steps and beyond. Sasha provided lots of great information and tips beforehand about Pollensa- which were particularly useful since we were only there for a week and it was our first time in Mallorca. We particularly loved the Panaderia and the fish shop - where we found everyone to be extremely helpful. We hired a car for the week and were lucky to get it parked in the street on our return. The roads are narrow through Pollensa so I would recommend small cars for ease of manoeuvring. Sasha is the perfect owner who is always available to help with any questions. We arrived earlier to Pollensa than the check in time and Sasha phoned/emailed us to tell us when the house was ready so that we didn’t have to wait around longer than necessary- which after an early flight was much appreciated. We had a fantastic family week with our daughter and would definitely recommend Sashas house to anyone considering a visit to Pollensa.

Lovely retreat

Had a great week in Pollenca. The house is on the North Western side of town, about 1/3 of the way up a steep lane running parallel to the Calvari steps. It is a short walk (2 minutes) down to Placa Seglars for cafes, bars and the little supermarket, and another minute to Placa Major for a wider range of eateries and shops. There is a busy market on Sundays. The house is lovely. Smart white walls, tiled/wooden floors and some lovely furniture. The front door opens onto a large atrium with a dining table for 6 to one side and off which is a small kitchen (hob, oven microwave, toaster & fridge/freezer) and a WC/shower. Further on is a cosy sitting area with arm chair, sofa, TV and hi-fi. Beyond that are stairs to the 2 double bedrooms, stairs to the small twin bedroom, and another sitting area looking out onto the pool, where there are sun loungers and another dining table. The pool is small. Big enough for a cooling dunk but not for a swim. The upstairs bedrooms are large with lovely four-poster beds. The main bedroom has a door out to the balcony where there are 2 sitting areas. The whole house is well air-conditioned. We would recommend a stay here to anyone and would come back ourselves. One thing to be aware of (if hiring a car or coming by taxi)….is that it is very difficult to get a vehicle to the door. The streets of Pollenca are very narrow in places, narrower still with cars parked on one side. The nearest parking is on Carrer de la Mare Alberta, which is about 700m away up or down quite a steep slope. The village is lovely though with a very traditional feel and a wonderful relaxed night-life. The walk up Puig de Maria is well worth it, as is the view from the top of the Calvari steps. Enjoy.

Great property in an ideal location

Really lovely property it has everything you need to make you feel at home. Outside pool area is lovely and the terrace leading off the main bedroom is an added bonus and much larger than we expected. Its set in an ideal location within a 5 min walk you are in the heart of Pollensa with all its bars, restaurants and shops. One small minor detail we felt it was missing is an outside BBQ, but it didn't detract from a wonderful holiday. Thank you

Delightful, relaxing town house in a quiet road.

Such a delightful town house. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable with very little noise. We even managed to park outside most nights. The facilities are excellent with good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well fitted and have all the utensils you need. I loved hiding from the family on the top terrace where I could relax with a good book. The beds are extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Excellent location for restaurants and shopping or just enjoying the local atmosphere. The owner had left really helpful instructions for using the tv, etc and local amenities. Very well put together. Certainly hope we can go back. The pool was brilliant to jump into and cool off. Loved it.

Great holiday, ideal location and accommodation

Great to receive the handy hints from Sasha prior to arrival and found accommodation easily, having stocked up at the recommended nearby supermarket en route. Arrived at accommodation which was spotlessly clean - quickly settled in and headed straight out to the pool. The central location allowed us to wander into the square for our evening meals with plenty of choice for the whole family. Overall a fantastic week for us all and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering a holiday in Majorca. The Paterson’s

A Delightful Oasis in the Heart of Pollensa

Traditional, characterful, peaceful home in the heart of Pollensa. A few minutes gentle stroll to the main square, restaurants and shops. Plenty of places in the town to buy provisions. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and equipped. Caring owners - we had a little plumbing problem and it was sorted instantly with minimal disruption to our holiday. Upper terrace leading from the main bedroom was a particular feature with lovely views across the rooftops and town. A tranquil area amongst the flowering terracotta pots to lounge in the morning with a cup of tea and book - or in the evenings with your favourite tipple. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. We decided not to hire a car on this occasion and used public transport - the bus stop is close by and the buses to Palma and neighbouring resorts are reliable, cheap and very comfortable. We would not hesitate in returning to this property, we feel it represents good value - we came away feeling very relaxed indeed.

just perfect

I fist contacted the owner Sasha who is a lovely American woman who was massively helpful and communicated without delay. Sasha gave us lots of really helpful information about Pollensa and the surrounding area. The villa is perfect. from the moment we got in it had just a great feel. very clean and full of character.. I have to say I can't agree with the previous review, there was no sign of a ghost 😄. Sasha and Ian have a well stocked shelf of books not just fiction holiday books but books on Mallorca, language books, cookery books, just fab and so helpful. there is an abundance of music too. my husband and I love to do yoga and there was even yoga mats. well stocked kitchen. bedrooms are just beautiful and quirky. showers all really good. The pool area and terrace very beautiful area to hang out. The terrace leads out from the master bedroom and was my personal favourite, very romantic. off to market and there is a beautiful basket hanging at the door, just perfect for all my purchases. Would I go back to this villa - in a minute 👍🎉😍🏃💃💃💃💃💃
