Glen Valley stuga. Vacker stuga nära Rock and Polzeath

Fullt uppdaterad bekväm och mysig, stuga med självhushåll. Bekvämt beläget på Treglyn Farm nära St Minver, Rock, Polzeath och Padstow, med enkel åtkomst till alla populära turistmål och attraktioner i Cornwall.

Stugan ligger i stora, välskötta gemensamma trädgårdar med gott om utrymme, samt en privat sluten trädgård för att njuta av kvällssolen.

Vi är belägna på landsbygden, undangömda längs en körfält och ligger tillbaka från vägen som förbinder Wadebridge till Polzeath, Rock och kusten utanför, och njuter av en fantastisk utsikt över Camel Estuary och Bodmin Moor.

Glen Valley Cottage har uppdaterats och renoverats under det senaste året för att ge ett avkopplande hemupplevelse.

Välskötta hundar är väldigt välkomna, men kommer att behöva hållas i ledning på den gemensamma marken, men vi har en helt avslutad trädgård där hundar kan släppas ut och du kan njuta av eftermiddags- och kvällssolen.

Lovely modern cottage, very well equipped kitchen. Choice of outdoor dining areas to front and rear of property.Bonus was bodyboards and couple of camping chairs to take to beach. Recommend air fans for bedrooms in hot summers and would prefer towels included at this price.

Perfect stay

Perfect cottage in nice surroundings. Easy access to Rock, Padstow, Polzeath and Wadebridge. Mamas Cream teas just up road are scrummy! Walks from Rock to Polzeath via Daymer Bay really nice

Great Cottage & Great Location

A lovely cottage in a really peaceful area. Great access to the beaches of Rock & Polzeath in particular as well as plenty of others. Polzeath being our family favourite due to the waves.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cottage & would love to stay again in the future.

Summer holiday

This is a great property in a very quiet area. It was perfect for us with all the amenities you need and we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was in a great location too. Brilliant grounds and although we didn't end up taking our dog , it would have been ideal for her.

We loved Glenn Cottage & the location is perfect. The photos & description are accurate & the property was spotless. We settled & relaxed immediately especially with the comfy beds. The cottage had everything we needed & more. We will definitely be returning.

Our getaway from it all.

We had a lovely restful holiday at Glen Valley Cottage. We had everything there to meet our needs and we were able to go back at the end of the day and put our feet up and relax. There are lots of places to see some close and some further afield but never too long a drive. The fantastic weather we had was the icing on the cake. We would happily recommend Glen Valley Cottage.

Very nice place

Lovely and cozy cottage with a beautiful garden. Perfectly located. Eventhough most of the time it wasn't beach weather, there were lots of beautiful places to visit (Minack Theater, St Nectans Glen Waterfall, Port Isaac, Prideaux). As soon as it was sunny the rock beach, particulary for dogs, was the place to go. Also did the sea Safari and saw dolphins. If your looking for a great place to have breakfast: Chapel Cafe, Port Isaac To watch the sunset while eating you should go to the beach hut.

Home from Home

Just returned from a lovely stay at Glen Valley Cottage. From the minute we entered we felt at home. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Jackie (caretaker) had done a great job with cleanliness. Karla sent a lovely email a few days before we arrived which was informative yet also personal and friendly (thank you Karla). Beautiful grounds to look out on, only a very short track from the main road so no problems and a great place for exploring. Totally recommend and will be top of my list next time we are down in Cornwall.

The property is in a quiet and peaceful location. It's a great base for exploring the area, but you will need a car. It is a 5 min drive from Rock where there's a shop, bakery, pub, takeaway pizza, small brewery, and fish and chips. The property has been nicely renovated. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. There's a hosepipe at the back which is great for cleaning up after a day at the beach. There's a storage chest full of buckets and spaces, body boards, outdoor games etc which my children loved. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you'd need. There isn't a dishwasher but there is a washing machine, which we found really useful. We also appreciated all the storage in the bedrooms for clothes, which can sometimes be lacking in holiday lets. Karla was very quick to respond to any questions.We recommend this cottage if you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable base to explore the local area.

The property was a lovely cottage perfect size very comfortable and clean had everything you needed for a lovely holiday and the location was perfect to for where ever you wanted to go also had some great places to eat in the book at the cottage would definitely come back as this part of Cornwall has everything we want.

Der Urlaub im Glen Valley Cottage war sehr schön! Die Unterkunft ist nahezu perfekt ausgestattet (uns fehlte nur das Stövchen für die Teekanne ) und das Cottage ganz toll. Der Check-In war mit dem Schlüsseltresor unkompliziert und flexibel erledigt, das WLAN hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Wir haben es geliebt, bei offenen Terrassentüren zu essen und ins Grüne zu schauen. Die Kinder konnten jederzeit draußen spielen und der Hund konnte ebenfalls ohne Bedenken in den Garten. Generell waren die Menschen in Cornwall sehr herzlich und mehr als hundefreundlich, sie konnte überall mit und es gab vorher ausreichend Informationen darüber. Das war unser 3. Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Cornwall, especially the North coast. After visiting different parts of Cornwall for our own family holidays we fell in love with this area and have returned for many years. We bought the cottage in January 2017 and are delighted we can share it with you.

It is situated close to fabulous beaches such as Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay which offers everything from surfing, sailing, coasteering, walking, dog friendly beaches etc. A few miles from the now famous Port Isaac, a ferry ride away to Padstow, a couple of miles to Wadebridge (which offers the camel trail and bike riding) and only a short drive to Newquay. There so much to do and see in this part of Cornwall we never tire of visiting and are sure you will love it too!

Glen Valley Cottage has been equipped to cater for family holidays and we're delighted we can share it with you. It is one of 10 cottages with large communal lawns, as well as a private, enclosed garden to enjoy the evening sun.

For those of you with children who want to enjoy some outdoor play at the end of a day, it's a safe environment which is totally visible from your cottage. Or you may wish to have a barbecue in the cottage garden.

It's quiet and tranquil setting, well away from the main roads. Perfect to relax after a busy day at the beach or walking some of the fantastic footpaths or stunning coastal walks.
