Balkongrock är en idealisk semesteruthyrning för personer som är nya på ön

Det är 6 minuters promenad från Turtle Beach och 10 minuters promenad från den mycket populära stora sandiga Dover Beach med en restaurang och annan matbod på stranden. En restaurang ligger på sanden.

Balkongrock är ett mycket centralt läge, gångavstånd till turistområdet i St Lawrence Gap. Den närmaste restaurangen ligger bara 3 minuters promenad bort, den viktigaste sydkustbussvägen är 1 minuts promenad bort, en stormarknad är 5 minuters promenad och mycket stora stormarknad i staden Oistins ligger 5 minuter bort på bussen. Oistins är mycket känd för sin fredagskvällar Fish Frying Festival (som nu innehåller en mängd kött och underhållning). Bussar går varje 2-5 minut under rusningstid.

En bil är inte nödvändig om du väljer att bo på Balcony Rock. Eftersom alla viktiga anläggningar du behöver är inom 5-10 minuters promenad. Du är också bara två minuters promenad från huvudvägen bussväg, så det kan vara i den populära staden Oistins inom 5 minuter och Capital Bridgetown på cirka 20 minuter.

Din värd Audrey, bor granne med flerfamiljshuset och arbetar i frisörerna som också är en del av komplexet, så finns det om du behöver hjälp med någonting.

Balkongrock ligger också inom gångavstånd från Dover Beach, restauranger, butiker, stormarknader och bankomater. Det finns också ett biokomplex inom 5 minuters bilresa.

Det angivna priset inkluderar tillhandahållande av rena handdukar och linne en gång i veckan, gratis wifi, kabel-TV med sport- och filmkanaler och AC. Det finns inga extra avgifter, men vi erbjuder en liten rabatt där två personer delar ett sovrum.

Nice apartment close to bus route.

We enjoyed our stay at Balcony Rock apartments. It was easy to get around the island using the busses that stopped right at the corner of the street. Walking distance to the Gap for restaurants. Access to the laundry room was nice as well. Only negative was the street is very busy so there is street noise.

The property is very clean and well maintained!

We had a very nice time. The beaches are close by and the property is right on the main road for easy travel. It is a bit noisy due to the traffic. Hot water for showers was intermittent. Walking distance to the St. Lawrence Gap which is a beautiful spot to hang out and go for dinner. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Cable does not work.!! Some things were missing , no dish clothes. All in all it was okay. Very noisy as main road . We had a great experience!!

lovely central self contained accomadition

Family run, very helpful, central very safe location,1 min to busstop, across the road from Dover beach. Small charge for washing machine. Everything you for self contained accomadition, Wifi included. Booked for my mum and her friend for just under a month, but spent days/evenings visiting whilst staying elsewhere, as was so central. Would defiantly stay here and have recommended to various friends visiting Barbados. Book you won't be disappointed. Julia, London, UK.

Convenient

4 Balcony Rock was spacious, clean and comfortable for our 2 week stay. It is in a convenient location just on a corner off Maxwell Road and is walking distance to Dover Beach and the Gap, quick ZR ride to Oistens, grocery stores and 20 minutes to Bridgetown. It is on a residential street and the neighbours are friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was equipped to make basic meals, bedrooms large, beds comfortable and the a/c in each worked well. For convenience we used a nearby laundry mat for our towels and clothes as laundry access is limited to your assigned day/week and was difficult to access as it was always in use. Note: there is a 5 BBD charge for each load which came as a surprise as not noted on the.site. Audrey had her hands full with visiting family but always made time to check in on a regular basis that we were enjoying our stay. Michael was very responsive to any inquiry during the booking process and was able to arrange a rental car with very short notice from us.

Excellent location, comfortable apartment, wonderful landlord!

We stayed at Balcony Rock for 25 nights, it worked great for us, we could walk to the beach and the bus stop was right at the corner which meant we could go pretty much anywhere we wanted for very reasonable price. The landlord/owner, Audrey, is a wonderful person and she did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this place for a longer stay if you feel you need to get away from resort living and be able to prepare some meals for yourself.

I loved Balcony Rock so much I came back!!

"Balcony Rock is excellent. Audrey is the best hostess you could find, nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed in Apartment 4 twice before, although on my next trip I will be staying next door in Apartment 5. No doubt I will love it as much as no 4. The Apartments are well equipped with everything I need including WI FI and cable TV. I also found the bed extremely comfortable. There is a gas station approximately 5 minutes along the main road where you can find basics but there are also 3 good sized supermarkets a short bus trip along the main road if you need anything more. The apartments are in a great location with the bus stop less than a minute away and are only $2BBD with the beach approximately a 15 minute walk in the other direction. I have liaised with Michael for the booking and he is just fabulous and responds to any enquiry very quickly and gives great customer service. I look forward to staying at Balcony Rock again in the future if they will have me! I am unable to fault the service I have received from either Audrey or Michael and would highly recommend them."

Great relaxing stay

We booked Balcony rock apartments and stayed in apartment no4 We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and everything we needed for a great 3 weeks holliday we shall be going back again as we had such a good holliday. Both bedrooms have aircon so cool at night and great value for money. Audery & Richard are the oweners and mike does all the bookings and nothing is too much trouble always willing to help if needed its so easy to get around as bus stops at the end of the road its about a 5 minute walk to Dover beach which is the nearest one to walk but with the bus stopping outside for 2bds you can get to any beach.Once again thanks for a great holliday we will be back SOON.

It is fully fitted out with free AC, free unlimited high speed internet, wifi, free cable TV with sports and movie channels and the beach is only 6 minutes walk away. Shops, restaurants, atm ect are also within 3-10 minutes walk. You are one minutes walk from a bus stop on the main coast road where you are only 5 minutes by bus from Oistins.
